Depends on where in Japan you are going. But if you are going to Tokyo, Victoria Golf in Shinjuku has most of the latest major brand clubs. If you are seeking boutique brand those are harder because you have to locate a club builder who carries the brand. For used clubs, Golf Partner is a good place to start. There are multiple stores within Tokyo. I like Golf Effort because they carry boutique brand clubs more so than the rest. Also, March 23-35 is the Japan Golf Fair at Yokohama.

Took my Zodia 921CC / AAA 2015 combo out for a round today..... I love it. The penetrating trajectory helped roll the ball even in the very soggy fairways.

Based on what I have read, the unique high toe design supposedly increases the CG distance from the hosel axis and helps prevent the occasional Duck Hooks that were a common issue with previous JBeam heads with short CG distance. I thought hard about possibly trying one of these but my MA01D+R / 7D combo is working really well at the moment.

Gorgeous finish!

I really like the shape of this one! Nice and shallow. With Ti fairway woods, it's been a mixed bag when it comes to feel and sound. Some are muted and pleasing while others are really high pitched and tingy. How is this one? Good to see that many of the new clubs are going shallow these days!! So much easier to hit off the turf when it is shallow like this.

You are spot on. I was expecting a lower launch due to the deeper profile, but it is mid launch. Definitely not high launch like LS001.

Richard, Thanks for the thorough and exciting review of the Bullet! Sounds very intriguing. I'll be in the market for another head soon after I get my AAA 2015 shaft. Perhaps I need to look at this head as a potential candidate. Right now I am thinking about getting a G400 Max and build the ultimate fairway finder ... but my current gamer MA01D+R / 7D combo already finds the fairway the majority of the time. So perhaps I should go for something more exotic and out of the ordinary for my gamer number 2. :)

So my S-01 was ordered with the smaller shape option and a custom finish. Otherwise stock. At Address, mine looks pretty much identical to these Tours. And you are right about the sole... mine are slightly narrower especially towards the heel. Interesting..

Based on the description on the post there, it almost sounds like a double kick shaft? Just picked up a used AAA 2015. One of the best retail shafts ever in my opinion. Without a doubt, I’m sure this new one is gonna be another performer.

I had this head last year. For those who prefer shallow profile heads, I think this is one of the best shape at address. The bulge and roll of the face was perfect. On the other hand, the sole is definitely too busy and at the end I could not stand the sound. Loud, hollow typical DAT55G sound. I really wish they released an SP700 version on the LS-001 as they did with the RS-001. but of course with less busy sole design.

So the S-01 Tours are just smaller versions of the current S-01 wedges? Still the same 99.3% pure iron? Loving my Craftman World S-01 so far ....

I got to use it during my fitting session. During the 60 min session, I did not get a single putt to settle on the dimple. The put was from 2.5m away .... It is extremely hard to get the ball to climb up the slope on a straight line. But if you can master this, pretty sure you'd be able to aim and putt the ball to where you actually want it to go.
