in the market for a new driver. been gaming my ryoma vspec d1 / crazy cb-46 for the last 2 years, the best combo ever. reading a lot of good reviews on R1 ( colour design aside ), so wondering if anyone here has compared / played both the ryoma vs R1. Also, will the R1 fit a crazy or diamana x shaft ? Thanks

Cant seem to get into the link f1 provided. Seems lots of anticipation on the 3 models - love my D1, not sure if anything can beat it. Are the 3 models all legal ? Thanks

Lennie, my tour 2012 plays 1- 1/2 club shorter than my epons 302, same shaft. Do you find this to be the case for the 2013 tours ?

My gamer is the 2012 v forge tour yammies, which i find softer than my 302s. Is there much diff between the tour 2013 vs 2012 ? Thks

Yammys are ok, RC is still the best JDM, Ryoma F2 was complete waste $$ for me :-) Unfortunately, i think the RBZ takes the crown for me

HELP ! Looking for a new head. My current gamer is a ryoma vspec 9.5 on a CB46, secondary an Epon 152 8.5 on diamana x. Have tried the LY02, diamana x on my ryoma head but best shaft on the ryoma for me is so far the cb46. Just looking to try out a new head on my diamana x Thanks

i made a call 2 mths ago between yammy tours, onoff......could not wait for the VG3s. Went with yamahas as softness is just right & closes to my epon 302s

For 4w distance, i would go for the RC 20/22deg utility instead. Put those head on a crazy utility shaft - boom !! Great from anywhere & any shot

Yep changing back to my c-tapers for my yamaha vforge tour. Way too much spin on the pxi. Any other iron shaft recommends ? Super Low & boring is what i want ....and just changed my vote from 302s to yammys. Best club ever struck, but full club shorter thsn 302s....must be the shaft.

the vokey forged 62 is top notch. Stops on a dime - literally every from every lie i hit, i get 1 bounce & stops on the next, within a feet. The grind on the face says its all. Its a beauty of a club & performs as well. The only wedge that checks as much are the yuyuri raws - but those are ball chewers.

Recently bot a 54* & 62* - cant agree more. Easy off any lie & soft as butter. Ths club in its self is a beauty

I am the 2% who cant play this wood. Keep topping the F2, flies too high & short. Strage i know as my rc bbd vs tours is easy to hit & goes miles. Guess i have to dust it off and try again.

drive for show, putt for dough - am sure you'll recoup the investment with a good putter. Funny how we spend so much on a driver ( me included !! ) which we would use max 14 strokes per round and not on a putter which would be ave 32 strokes / round :-)

Yoichi 20 yrs - best out there. For something different, they have coffee grain & peaty slaty botles too !! Mcallans / yamazaki are great, but overpriced
