I remembered the prgr Seven was similar...really stretched front to back.
  2. These shafts are hard to come by...golly they went fast.
  3. If you decide to soft step 1x or 2x them maybe an idea to use So for the reminding long or mid irons. SPO feel softer and launch higher. Ideal for your longer clubs.
  4. Cheaper option...soft step them. Once more if you have to... I used both in my Af tours. Both felt great but if you like a bit if heft in the club stick to the spb... The shimada were higher but I reckon the spb were longer. Both were very very straight. Hutchy would be the one to speak to about shimada in Epon. Cheers
  5. You have to be so careful with those light alloy 1-2g weights. After you get it out....Suggest you replace it with the jbeam crazy weights as the Allen keys works better. Also if the washers are in good working order I don't usually have to tighten them super tight.
  6. Hate to say this hutchy, bro..but better put your name and date on one of the pics...lol
  7. Hi Though I have sold my JB 435 Black head 11.5 0.5open. I used my go to shaft. Quadra Fe 65sx tipped 1/4" at 45" into a deep hosel should set it up not to balloon. Ball launch was high but it felt soon wasn't high.I'm pleased to say the face felt great. This composite ti sounds less tinny than the dat55 face, driver felt very forgiving, I can't say for certain I think it's easier to hit thst my previous 435s...maybe because of the loft. Distance was great...better than the Trpx for sure...hit the stand of trees behind my range...never done that. But at a true loft of 11 degrees then balls flight was just a tad too high for me. High time was longer and the balls weren't affected by head wind that much. But a prefer I mid flighted ball launch. As I play in wind swept sea side courses sometimes. That's why I still game my Trpx D0-13 10 degree. It's not the longest... but I picked it up from a tsg member at a great price and it's working well enough until I find the head shaft combo I am looking for. I might try the Black in another loft..however now I am curious about the ZY-11, might give it a whirl too. But I agree with Chris...these 2 heads are pretty hot..get the right launch window is vital though.
  8. I can't look!!!....OK wow...better start saving.

  12. Hi I currently have a Trpx D0-13 10degree sq shafted with a Quadra FE max wbq65x. Arriving soon a Jbeam 435 black 11.5 deg 0.5 open so essentially a 11 degree head. Hey 10.5 was too low spin from.some of the guys so decided to go with a bit more lift.Going to shaft this with a Trpx messenger 1st sx. I'll give you a run down how both compare. The trpx D0-13 has a standard hosel depth that's why I use a X flex in it...435 is much deeper. My driver swing is 106-108 mph semi-aggressive transition. I can krank it to 112mph...but not much past that. Post some pics when I have set it up.
  13. Really love the shape of the head. Looking forward to comparo too....

  21. Hi I am selling this set...tried it hard stepped so it extra long by 0.5" 5i 38.5". Didn't work out for me...a tad too light. They play very firm..for a regular, I think a few who have used it reckon it plays 1/2 or more flex harder. Condition it excellent...just like new..tips prepped and they are taper tipped. I spray Wd40 regularly to keep the shafts in tip top condition. PRICED TO SELL $210 190 USD PP GIFTED SHIPPED.
