I was at my club builders couple weeks ago and the Cleveland rep was there. He told us that Srixon was going to be coming out with a line of premium clubs including drivers and irons for the us market. Not sure when this is going to happen but just overheard the conversation.
  2. The Bangvoo is straight but ball flight is very low. If i swing really hard at it then I end up hitting off the toe. When I catch it though the ball goes a long way and has a good amount of run to it.
  3. Chris my other shaft options for the 535 are the TPRX and the Crazy Boron. I will try those if the Bangvoo doesn't work out
  4. I was also concerned about that but went ahead with the combo anyway. I don't have a comparison of this head with another shaft, but in this combo the distance is very good. For the moment is the longest driver that I have.
  5. I have both the D013 and the new 535. They look similar but not the same. Sound at impact is very different. Much better in the 535. Distance wise the 535 is longer. Forgiviness is about the same. I have the D married to a TPRX 1st shaft and the 535 with a Bangvoo Premium shaft both in stiff.
  6. Just got mine will be building it this week and taking it out to the course over the weekend.
  7. Excellent irons here fellas. GLWS

I currently have both the Epon F4 and Premium Brill balls. The Epon F4 is a great all around ball, nice distance and good spin control. The Premium Brill balls are excellent, uber long off the tee. Great spin and very easy to spot in the rough as they have a shiny coating on the outside. You can't go wrong with either ball.
  10. B That is just awesome. Hope she brings you many birdies!!

Thanks Richard My knee is better, just have to get over the mental part of the recovery. The Seven putter is the BEST putter i have ever used. True roll with great feedback. I am making more 10+ footers then ever. My buddy just got one as well and he was blown away by the roll and accuracy of the putter. It was definitely worth the money.
  12. Way too much going on in the cavity! Good thing is that you probably can't see it at address.
  13. Chris I was actually born in India and moved to Canada when I was 6 years old. I have been to Varanasi and Udaipur both of which are just awesome. Agra, Mumbai and Delhi give you the feel of Indian city life. At time the cities can be an assault to the senses but when you get used to it, you can see the crazy hustle and bustle of life in the city. Goa is also a must go just to experience the beaches.

Thanks I was a single digit player back about 5 years ago. I had an unfortunate accident on the golf course that resulted in a torn up left knee. After it was repaired and therapy, my swing was totally shot. Couldn't get back to my left side on the down swing then I lost my touch. Slowly I am working back to playing the way I used to. My handicap went from single digits to 18 and now stands at 12. Hopefully with hard work I will be back to single digits again.
  15. Chris I have been to a few of the places you took photos of. These are a great representation of how beautiful India can be. Great photos! Thanks for sharing

Thanks Steve I am sure you recognized the bag.
  17. I second that. Very hard to find in the US and the shipping will kill you. Excellent ball.

Rich The bag is a Porter Frame Walker. I was able to pick it up from a member here on the boards. It is very functional and has a understated elegance to it. The 101's are in the bag next to this one. I will not be getting rid of those. The labospec irons are very similar to the 101's. The main difference being the quality of the finish is much nicer on the Labospec irons. The two irons compliment each other very well.
  21. Hutchy You always find a way to put up some great gear in the BST. Can't wait to see whats up next.

Thanks I am pleased with the setup E I got rid of the 3W to play the 5W on a regular basis and have the F2 for longer steps.

Thanks Hutchy as you know I have tried a lot of combinations to settle on this set Thanks Ed. I am happy with how the whole set plays.
  24. Hutchy The wedge is surprisingly good. The ball bites well on the grooves and lands soft without roll out. It would be nice to see a wedge like this in a higher loft to compliment the set
  25. Chris I have had mine now for 10 rounds of golf and about 6 range sessions. These are special irons for sure. The feeling as I mentioned before on contact is Sublime. There is no other way to describe it. The ball just flows off the face with such effortless force. I don't remember ever having a set of irons that felt this way. My first few rounds I was hitting the ball off the toe and getting poor results. Since then I have found the middle of the face again and the shots have been just perfect. The irons have a Bronze appearance to them which makes them stand out. The Roddio shafts are perfect with this head as if they were made for each other. Glad I got them.
