  1. Got to test these out at the range today. They are definitely very nice wedges. Ball shredding spin, very versatile bounce as you can open up face and slide under ball for a flop. Overall these are some of the best wedges I have tried. They may give the Crazy wedges a run for their money.
  2. Took the Glorious 3W with TPRX FW shaft out to the range today. This thing is flat out fantastic. Very easy to get up in the air and damn long. This combo has a mid flight with a great feel at impact. Sounds solid. Only hitting off the turf today this was easily the longest 3w I have used in a couple of years. Very forgiving. Toe hits had very little impact on distance and only slightly on dispersion. I had the shaft tipped a little to make the combo slightly stiffer and it was a good way to go.
  3. The Honma is a very good DI. Easy to launch with a decent amount of forgiveness. Mid to low launch with a steel shaft. I have an 18 degree and it is long. It is also workable for most decent ball strikers. The 902 is all around easier to hit and way more forgiving. The 902 is automatic point and shoot. Stops tight on greens. Nob for what you need the 902 is better. The A-grind may be something to look at. Mine is being shafted and I will get it out next week.
  4. Chris I have both the protos and the 104's. Great wedges both, but I prefer the b104's
  5. Definitely one of the best wedge setups I have every used. I have a couple of sets and they will never leave my bag.
  6. Thanks TSG and J
  7. Noboru That looks great. I love the feel of SM490A putters. Great feedback.
  8. Thanks guys. These came out just as I had hoped. Will be trying these out soon. Hope they preform as well as they look.
  9. Guys just got these today and they look awesome. I went with the 52 and 58 as that is my normal setup with wedges. Finish is Black Boron with Shimada smoke wedge shafts and black elite grips. They look almost to good to game. Thanks Chris for getting these done.
  10. The 302 is a players club, so it would not be considered a GI type of iron The 503 are easier to hit and less punishing on mis**ts. The Kuros are very nice and easy to hit The 503's are easier and more forgiving then the Kuros, However the kuro's are hotter and longer then the Epon clubs. You should also look into the 2013 OnOff irons as they are a great combination of forgiveness and length
  11. I have ordered one as well.

Dude Craig is joking. Take it easy. We are all friends here.
  13. C The roddio's are superior in feel and accuracy. The MCI's are great shaft excellent ball flight and feel. When compared to the Roddio's they fall a little short. The Roddio's are a tighter dispersion in my hands and i love the way they feel on impact. In a soft head you can really feel a good strike on the ball. I also believe the Roddios and livelier shafts and you can really get at the ball with them. Both play to the marked stiffeness and have similar weight feel to them. Cost wise the Roddio's are more expensive and sometimes harder to get.
  14. Stew I have had several sets with these shafts. The latest was the P2's Great shafts much better then the Aerotech shafts Very Very smooth feel and transition. With soft heads you really get a good feel at impact and they are easy on the joints when you miss hit I have a 120S in an Epon DI which works great. Nice ball flight. The P2's have the 120 Stiffs in them as well and it is an almost perfect fit.
  15. D The wide blade plays great, especially since the gold's mod. I took it down to Florida last month and i rolled some great putts. Greens were lightening fast and the Yamada held up great with speed control and staying on line. I am sure it will bring you many birdies
  16. D That is gorgeous!! Love the the fact you kept the Yamada writing and added a little Gold's flavor. Great Work..

The 425 is a muted sound compared with the 435. As yourpressed mentioned it is a thud compared to a high pitch metallic sound from the 435. Foaming the head creates a dead sound, it isn't for everyone. This is definitely an excellent head and great example of JBeam at its best.
