If you are a good consistent ball striker then the T388 is a long bomber. If you need some forgiveness then the XV is the way to go. They are different drivers in feel and ball flight. The T388 is low and runs a long way. The XV more traditional ball flight and can be adjusted with altering the type of shafts used. Hope that helps Pete
  2. C Thanks for the write up. Sounds like you may have a winner there. Forgiveness with length just what most of us are looking for.

Mark The Egg UT is the way to go. Straight shots with soft landings. Very forgiving.
  6. Chris I have both the XXX FW and the FW80. The XXX is just as you put it smoother and softer shaft. Great if you want to try and keep a very smooth tempo. Ball flight is higher then with other FW's. Great compliment to the XXX Messenger 1st shaft The FW80 is much heavier shaft and plays slightly stiffer then you would expect. The ball flight is defineltly on the low side. With the F5 I am using the ball has a much lower trajectory then one would expect from an 18degree wood. This is a great FW shaft and should be on most people's short list.
  7. Absolutely love the Ping and the Yamada. The TSGer's that own those have great taste!!
  8. This looks really interesting. Wondering how my swing would do with such a small driver.

  11. So I got back my Crazy wedges from TSG Club Works I sent in both the 52 and 58 wedges, they were unplated raw wedges. Over the past two years they had rusted over and had many little dings in the sole. After discussing my options with Chris I went with the Soft Black finish. We added paint fill to the the back of the wedges to give them some added flare. The TSG crew were able to remove the dings and make the wedges look brand new. I am happy with the work and now am ready to move on with another Club works project. Please see the attached photos.
  12. I have set of wedges coming back in a few days will post pics then

  14. The TPRX is a higher launch. The 535 with the MUSO XDB shaft is a mid launch combo.
  15. I have both the 535 and the TPRX D The TPRX is just slightly more forgiving. The 535 has a better feel and sound. The 535 is also longer by a few yards. For me the two are a toss up. Can play either and be very satisfied.

I get it you feel upset with the situation, but this isn't the place to air out your issues. Hutchy is in deed a stand up guy and I have nothing but good things to say about him.
