So guys after a lot of tinkering this spring I have settled on my bag for the summer. Driver: Kamui Nitro with Messenger 1st FW: Ryoma F5 with Crazy FW80 7.4 UT: Ryoma UT 21 with NSPro UT shaft Irons: OnOff Labospec 348's with Roddio I9 in Stiff Wedges: Crazy Toyo's with Crazy Graphite Shafts Putter: Seven SM409A Gold's Modified
  2. Hutchy can't wait to see what the master does with your special putter.
  3. Chris excellent photography. Loved the diversity in the subjects you picked.
  4. Can't believe there are no takers for the crazy wedges. This is a great deal for awesome wedges.
  5. C The F2 is longer then the F3 but the F3 is much easier to hit. If you are a good ball striker the F2 can give crazy distance from the tee. I have used it for the shorter par 4's where keeping it in the fairway is a must.
  6. Great pics Chris. The Ryoma is a ridiculously long UT. Off the tee it is as long as a 5W. I have had no issues getting the ball in the air with it. Yes it is large to look at, but it performs perfectly every time.

Chris the Ryoma UT is the best UT I have ever hit. It is very long flies straight and lands perfectly on the greens. If it came in a 16degree then I wouldn't need a FW ever again

I also have the F2 with crazy FW80 shaft, the Syard XV 3 and 5 FW and the Egg(2013). The F2 is ridiculously long plays a slight fade but goes forever especially off the tee. The Egg is very forgiving and easy to hit off the deck. The Syards are easy long and forgiving FW's. Given all that the F2 is in the bag now the Egg will be sold and the Syards are in the back up bag. To your original question it is a good price for the F2.
  9. Steve The Crazy FW80 is heavier and gives a tighter dispersion. You would still get great distance off the tee with the added bonus of a heavier shaft.
  10. Hutchy Cant believe this lot is here. The price is unreal!!
  11. Hey guys great seller here. Awesome prices on some great gear.
  12. I think the seller took these off the market.
  13. Hutchy Nice gear GLWS
  14. Duffer19 I think that is the best way to describe the look of it.
  15. Richard I also prefer milled putter faces. That is why the Gold's milling is my favorite type of putter face. This is a milled face and insert, sort of a hybrid. I know it sounds odd. But it rolls like a milled face, and has the push of a metal insert. It has a less metallic sound and softer feel. It is almost an hard to explain until you try it. When you try this putter you instantly get what i am trying to describe. Below is a close up of my putter face.
  16. Richard I don't believe it is aluminum. The website describes it as a "Special Alloy", whatever that is. The face feels much nicer then aluminum inserts. Contact with the ball feels explosive with a great roll. Aluminum inserts cause the ball to jump off the face which effects the line the ball is supposed to travel on. This putter the balls starts quickly down the line with a good roll. Stew and Chris described the contact or face to be "springy", I feel that is a fair assessment. For the price it is a good putter to have. Some of us may need to tweak the specs to fit our tastes but as a base this is a good place to start.
  17. Chris you are right this is a nice putter on quick greens as the ball rolls very true off the face. I believe the insert and groove pattern in the face get the ball rolling quickly and on line so you end up with a better chance to make the putt.
  18. CThe grip is very nice looking Traditional pistol grip Tacky feel I probably will change grip to something that suits my eye more

  20. Well this year I was on a quest to find a driver that would be my main gamer. Last year I used the TPRX D excusively and had great results. During the spring I tested the Maxima G, Kamui Nitro Foam, Kamui Air custom, 2014 Gloire, against the TPRX D. The Gloire for me only lasted a couple of rounds it was very forgiving and gave good distance, I just couldn't get used to the feel The Nitro was a very long driver that for the most part found the fairway. The sound or lack there of, was hard to get used to. When the ball strikes the face and makes almost no sound, I lose my sense of whether I made a good strike or not. The Air is very very long driver head and has great feel at impact. However with my limited skill set I have yet to tame this driver. I have been very inconsistent finding both sides of the fairway. The Maxima for me works well. It is long and forgiving.Stays in the fairway and has a nice feel at impact. The TPRX D is not the longest of the bunch but just finds the fairway. Plays a baby cut and that is just fine with me. So in the end I am probably going to game the TPRX and Maxima this season.

Finding something in golf that improves performence and your score is what we are all after. What we as the consumer must decide is whether the cost is justified by the increase in performence. While I can't see myself purchasing a shaft for 2000+ dollars, I have no issue with those that can. Most of my playing partners could never justifiy purchasing a driver for a thousand or more dollars when they can go to the big box store and get one for a couple of hundred dollars. But I find the performence increase to be worth the cost. I also enjoy having something others I know don't have. So for Stew and others that are getting these shats I say " Hooray" I hope you enjoy what you have purchased and that it brings you what you are looking for.
  22. i have one will pm you
  23. Are you looking of just the Gloire Stiff shaft? For the Driver? or the entire club?
  24. Steve I think the lie might be off.Was thinking of seeing my fitter over the weekend to see how things look on the trackman. The timing may also be off since the I9's are a little lighter then I normally use.
