  1. Just my opinion. But these are the best Yamaha irons ever made that I have used. I have only had 1 set of the later RMX.
  2. Grindworks with Patrick Reed win the Farmers. Mizuno with Paul Casey win the Dubai Desert Classic.
  3. I have a Mizuno at the office with my putting machine. Will take a pic tomorrow
  4. Just a random topic brought about from an afternoon at the shopping Center. I found myself looking through one of those small eclectic style gift shops, you know the ones...Fake Samurai Swords, Jack Danial paraphernalia, King Arthur's Sword, Jean Luc Picard's hearing Aid....etc etc. Anyway, I noticed a John Wick Continental Hotel Gold Coin, sort of cool if you like the movies. Got me thinking on what can be used as a ball marker, funny how the golf problem solving part of the brain kicks in to gear at the most random of times right.......So, just wondering if anyone has or had any custom made japan forged...haha, or utilize random other items for this job.
  5. In the pursuit of better driving you do forget that small head drivers can be a lot of fun, well I did, so this is a great topic to bring back the urge of using the old boys that get put to the back of the pecking order. T388 was sold....bugger, but have these 2 smaller ones looking for a couple of shafts. Thinking Xanadu in the Crazy 435 and the LY Noir in the old boy 380 Techno. Faces aren't too deep either.....These should be fun!
  6. Bill Murray at his best...Wort...Just funny.
  7. Welcome to the boards mate. S yard T 388, Epon Technicity 380, Labospec 420 to name a few. You wont be doing bad if you find these to start.
  8. I watched candy shack over Christmas...That is a crack up. Oldie but a goody.
  9. Have a look at the Crazy Noir range Dave. Way back when I first started with JDM shafts and also suffered a high fade, Tario who used to be one of the mods on here suggested the TJ 46 Noir.....and for good reason. Its not a cure for a fade or wont magically give you a low launch draw, but it had an effect on my feel for the shot, it could have been all perception, or indeed better flight stats, I can put my finger on it but it definitely felt better. It was my first JDM shaft which I did keep for quite a while.
  10. Hi Dave.....Pleasure dealing with you. Welcome to the forum brother. Very good crew here on TSG with a wide variety of civil opinion, debate and of course plenty of gear....Lots of nice shiny JDM gear...... Any questions, or if your unsure about anything, just reach out, we will all be happy to help if we can, I am sure of that.
  11. No problem, These will go in the Fujimoto FT-1 and the 99.9 % pure Fujimoto wedges I have sitting around.
  12. Just turned up. Looking forward to testing these even though they could be a touch on the heavy side. 4-PW + 3 x W
  13. Great info mate, thanks. They just stocked the MP 20s at my local club/range. I will have to try these out maybe with a 950 shaft.

      Sorry, sold overnight

  15. Thanks for the info Nobs.....a touch of offset can be ok in the long irons. Always been tempted by the Mizuno, actually tried to get a set of the MP 66 before they were discontinued. Your Yoro 33 will be a nice project. I know you have tried the lite weight shafts and always tinkering with shafts. If you get the chance Nobs, I highly recommend the Nippon Wrap-tech S hard stepped once, with the extra PW Tipped 1/4 inch. You will use pretty much the whole shaft. These are outstanding shafts and stand up very well considering the lower weight. Feel and accuracy is outstanding with no twist in the butt and upper middle shaft. The weights and tolerances are pretty spot on also.
  16. Great gear and prices Nobs. PM sent on the Buchi's GLWS
  17. First and last drop. $500 delivered.
