  1. Lol...How much did Stew pay you??? Or are you his brother from another mother. But yes Stew has been around the traps and had just about everything.....thrice. At least You will get plenty knowledge and good info around here John.......
  2. Similar but Different. Modart 14 Epon 202 HT Onoff 358 15 Yamaha Classic Power Spoon 15 All similar size, looks. Best feeling are the Epon and Yamaha. Modart has a very nice flight and plenty long. Onoff 358 is probably the favorite. Best all round.
  3. Plenty of nice wedges on the market as mentioned. Onoff have always made a nice wedge. Titleist forged Japan model. Personally I like the Crazy Toyo and current gamer. Loved the Three Lucky wedges. Had a set of Seven 587 wedges that were very nice. Always liked the look of these.
  4. Mate I was eyeing off your Modart UT. Gaaawn before I could get to it. Still some very nice gear left, GLWS

Just the off chance anyone has a mint set of heads they would like to part with. Cheers
  6. I agree. Walk in to a supermarket over the holiday weekend then wonder why a golf course is closed. Public transport still operating. Etc.... Exercise and fresh air are just as important as hand picking groceries when you can order them online. That being said....where do you draw the line, I am all for public safety, but ......Its about choice. Sorry for the hijack Nob.
  7. Very good topic Nob Been following this post for a while now, some good write ups on the benefits of lightweight Iron shafts, also transfusing through the rest of the bag or in some cases not. Had the same dilemma over a few years now , I tended to think that during the winter months a lightweight more reactive Iron shaft served me better, my theory was this is due to temperature and the steel not being as reactive in the cold...Probably overthinking the quantities i know.....But non the less it seemed to work for me. Either this or the body just doesn't loosen up so much in the cold, which is probably more like the truth. Maybe a bit of both. As mentioned by a couple of you chaps....As for me now it doesn't matter what time of year it is, or my ageing body.....I totally get the benefits of easy distance. But searching for a modicum of accuracy at the same time. So....Dilemma.....Giving up a touch of accuracy/control, but still having the ability to pull the trigger without the fear looseness or early release, leading me to learn to either play within myself....Or find the holy grail of lightweight iron shaft options. This first one is probably the best shaft I have used that covers all of the above, or comes close enough in all mentioned. My fear for these (graphite) was unfounded once I used....Superb shaft. Current gamer. 4-PW in the Irons, 3 Iron shaft in Vega DI...Weapon! As for steel shafts. I had a set of these many moons ago in RF551s Something I have built over the holidays. Remember them being a good light weight option in the winter months before I went heavy....Full circle once again....Ha, so just garbed a set before they disappear. These are 75g in the reg but 85g in the stiff, in order to use the whole shaft/weight I hard stepped these once. Xroz grip for even less twist in the but, although I know the carbon weave somewhat helps with this anyway. Will be using for the first time today in these heads, Should be a good test up-against the same weight/flex Graphite.
  8. Thanks for the clarity Nobs Good they are still doing gold original mods. Always liked the GF00A SUS303.
  9. Clearly I have been away for a while, I just heard that gold are no longer doing mods on putters. Can anyone shed any light on why. If so who is filling that space on the Japan Market? Is this something TSG club works is now offering moving forward?
  10. Same...3 x Finger prints on the blades and wedges out....Docus Design writing good. Harakan around leading edge top toe or back of hosel. Nice finish.
  11. I say add all the JDM product you are privy to Chris...Good content and reveals with nice pics are always great.
  12. Good mate.....Yes lucky to get a game anywhere ATM. Stay safe mate.
  13. Lots of opportunity....Just knowing when to dip your toe in....Airlines that are too big to fall.
  14. Hey Darren. How are you mate. Hope you are well..... Is Indro still open? Stll getting a few rounds in.
  15. Feel almost guilty leaving this one out...... First full custom driver I had made here at Tourspecgolf. Kamui Works Ray 10* Thunder god driver, Metallic Green.......Matrix Ozik F7 in Lime Green. Best feeling driver I have personally had the pleasure of using.
  16. Great point Nobs.....We will all probably have a favorite or five we have moved on with regret or maybe not at the time, and will probably go back to at least one at some point, yes when we look back with rose tinted glasses thinking why did I do that. I am pretty sure I have even purchased the same item back. Not unlike the proverbial dog chasing its tail.....Crazy. Anyway... My 3 all timers: Modart MA01D+R 9.5*.....Quadra RB 6S Not much to say, I am sure you all know about this one...Current gamer. Great all round club, head is stunning at address with very pleasing sound and feel, easy distance combo that loves a smooth neutral swing. Yamaha V202 9*........Quadra Max WBQ 65S This is the windy stick. Love the distance this old boy combo puts out, penetrating accuracy with a low to mid flight......This combo is second to non when I want to step on it and keep it low. One of my favorite all time shafts in this one. Crazy CRZ-450 9.5*.........Crazy LY-02 7.2 No longer own this one. Just an out right bomber. Owned a couple of these over the years with a few different combos. This combo (LY-02) was early on in my JDM journey, this is the combo that showed me what JDM was all about. At the time (for me) this was a full on JDM Boutique product that put a smile on my face when I pulled it out of the bag on the first T. So many more to choose from over the years..... So the following 3 I wish I had now to use, I loved the looks, the feel and pedigree. Performance wasn't bad either. First release S-Yard T388.....Seven Dreamers JBeam ZY-7 Mat Black.....Basileus b60S Mat Black and Red. Epon AF 152.....Crazy TJ 46 6.9.............This was my first combo purchase from Tario.
  17. Yes mate the look at address is what catches me here also. looks like they have a bit of everything. Not really a weights ports lover in irons, but seems to be on trend ATM. Overall nice looking with quality finish.
  18. Gravy all the way if this is your brand of choice.
  19. Really like these grinds....Pricing Chris? Australian $$$ is nowhere atm
