WTB: Yamaha Inpres Endo Japan Forged
I picked these up last month, Rare condition and 3-PW....Just waiting for Japan post to restart. Would say 8 out of 10 Superb Iron, probably the best Yamaha made for a Cavity.

My Covid Purchases - KYOEI Putter, CGS Orion Wedges
Long awaited Covid purchase Love the look of these. The hollow internal cavity with the slightly wider sole is interesting and somethings I had too try. Love my blades so something that can give that blade look and feel but with a hair more forgiving could be best of both. Lots of mass low down in the back with a slightly larger/longer profile in the 3,4,5 than with usual sets of blades. Sort of makes sense and how I imagined a set of blades in the long irons should be. Very pleasing to look at from the top across the whole set. These will be shafted with Crazy STP 3-pw with Xroz black silver grips. Something different....Very much looking forward to using. Putter doesn't look too shabby either.

Building and fitting golf clubs
As mentioned equipment is key. start with re grips, cutting old ones off with caution for the shaft. This is the first and easiest step In building.....Once you get comfortable slipping new grips on with a vice and vice shaft clamp you can go the next step with a compressor and blow the old grips off. Then if you want to save the grips your removing you can slip a tube over the grip so it doesn't blow out...spare grips are always handy for somethings down the track.

Driver internal pics
Any good as a driver apart from the lefts. Feel, distanc?

Driver internal pics
Yes it would be interesting to see how they are set up internally. From memory Romaro always showed the internal cross section to show off the hex weight port and face structure. Might me worth checking some listings in the pro shop, may have some CAD shots. Is the Miura the one you cut open?

Building and fitting golf clubs
Do you think this makes for more feel/feedback through the hands "not as soft" ?

Wowza...If the drill bit lost round 1....The angle-grinder definitely won the fight. So what your saying is most Japanes drivers are a draw bias? This one certainly seems to be that way with no counter balance on the opposite side.

Building and fitting golf clubs
I think always go with the largest size grip you can comfortably get away with. My theory anyway. After many years of tinkering with set up....builds.......If the grip is too small my hand rotation gets out of wack...Too quick/early a turnover coming in to the ball. So many variables. This is just one of so many factors....Not sure if there is a wrong or right. No doubt lots of sound opinions and experience.... Good topic. Keen to hear some thoughts.

Whats your favourite JDM club ........?
Similar but Different. Modart 14 Epon 202 HT Onoff 358 15 Yamaha Classic Power Spoon 15 All similar size, looks. Best feeling are the Epon and Yamaha. Modart has a very nice flight and plenty long. Onoff 358 is probably the favorite. Best all round.
