Thanks A! These are GREAT irons, I am just continuing to tinker and I had to try them out (similar to the TRPX driver and shaft).

As my addition continues, moving these before I think twice (and to free up the backup bag potentially for Epon Personals if I can find them). These both are great clubs (driver and irons). Both purchased new from TSG this month. I am only going to sell for cash (unless you want to trade your Epon Personals) and somewhat going to be firm on price as they are practically new. *** TRPX D-031 (10*, square face) with a TRPX Air Stiff shaft (45.25"), D2. KEEPING. Not looking to split head and shaft. *** Onoff CB-358 Labospec irons with Nippon Modus3 Tour 120 stiff shafts (standard loft and length, 1* up). 6 iron and PW haven't been hit, others 1 round and 1 range session. Headcovers always used. SOLD (9/10 condition). The photos from my phone don't do these irons justice and make them seem a tad darker than the finish, they are fabulous to look at and in mint-like condition. Heads only available: $OLD net + shipping

Great minds think alike (though I think you with a Gold's treatment and Crazy iron shafts) will be beyond this world :) I might have to go for a combo set of 316s and Personals, with Modart wedges, utilities and fairway woods and the good-ol Zero as the bomber. Yummmmmm.

:) You can say Epon irons have a special feel and place in my heart. Modart though is climbing up on my love list :) I think Epon, older Crazy shafts and now Modart are going to start dominating my bag(s).

Long shot, but looking to trade or buy a set or heads of Epon Personal Blades in good condition (would love it if the owner used headcovers ;) I have a fair amount of gear we can pick and choose some combinations of gear or some cash, etc: (9.9/10) Onoff CB-358s, (9.9/10) TRPX D-031 w/ TRPX Air Stiff, (8/10), etc. (updated to WTB or WTTF) FOUND!

I didn't really have issues with the 316s in the wind but previously playing the KBS C-Tapers and then the PXIs, both of those had a great piercing trajectory which probably helped in the wind. I am loving the Modus3 in my 316s and probably just need to get used to the overall setup in the 358s.

Hutchy, those irons sound like something to frame above your mantel, bed or next to you as you sleep at night :) If Gold's can pull that off, that would be one set to rule them all ;)

I have only had my 358s for almost 2 weeks now. 1 round and some range sessions. While I am not sure if the Modus3 is the right shaft for me in the set, the heads absolutely are gorgeous and are amazingly forgiving but provide great feedback and feel. Either with more time or maybe tinkering with shafts, this set could be amazing. For the price, the quality, forging, looks and playability are second-to-none.

The Gold's wedges are great! Hmmmmmm, modified irons, sounds dangerous for my pocket book ;)
