It's really hard to say what's the best. I honestly feel that sony is one of if not the best. I have always been satisfied with sony products for a longer period of time vs Samsung. It's a bit pricey but worth it in the long run. Yes Mr.D I totally feel ya the new rates make everything look fake just as you say. Do you know if this is something that can be changed through calibration?

Gold's Factory Tiger Plus Tribute Putter
TourSpecGolfer replied to TourSpecGolfer's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
These are not limited edition, I thought up the Tiger Tribute model and it's doing very well, then Sasaya-san kicked it up a notch with the added weights. -
Good eye Goodsie! My guess was that it may be the exact same except with their new MDI tech in it. They reference it yet don't show a comparo.

Big Thanks to Mr.D, Had no idea that this shaft existed before you posted this. I went ahead and did a write up on GTI about it and here ya go: New Diamana 'ahina Shaft Mitsubishi Rayon is set to release their all new Diamana 'ahina shaft in Japan on October 16th. The Diamana 'ahina features a similar bend profile to the original white board and utilizes the same Multi-Dimensional Interlay technology (M.D.I) as the more recent Kai'li model. The combo produces a very stable low launch low torque shaft designed for maximum stability and control. The 'ahina shaft maintains great feel via a very soft butt section and keeps its control characteristics from a stiff tip and center section. It's the natural progression after the white board and kai'li and appears to be targeting PGA Tour players or the strong amateur level golfer. The new Diamana 'ahina will be available in three weight configurations 60, 70, and 80 grams with a variety of flexes. Diamana says the lighter weigh 60 gram model is a good choice for players with a smooth tempo looking to create more head speed off the tee. The 70 and 80 gram versions will feature more stability via a stiffer tip section for the more powerful player. Above there are two charts, one showing the bend profile of the new Diamana'ahina shaft, the chart shows that of the 'ilima and kai'li the new 'ahina features the softest butt section and stiffest tip section. In other words expect great feel and a tight trajectory. The second chart shows the 'ahina starts out just as high as the 'ilima yet notice that it stay's on a flatter more stable trajectory to eventually end up the lowest of the bunch. What does 'ahina mean? The next generation Diamana 'ahina is named for a rare Hawaiian Silversword flower which grows only on Mount Haleakala. This plant, found only on the island of Maui, lives on the slopes of the dormant Haleakala volcano and is literally called 'ahinahina in Hawaiian. The Silversword is most noted for its Silver Bloom and has been considered an endangered species since 1922.

Master Sasaya just produced a new version of the Tiger Tribute putter named "Plus" It features heavy weights in the sole. FYI these weights are not adjustable. They just look adjustable.

I'm happy with my Rebel T1i, yes wish I had the T2i, but yes wish I had the 60D! In the end its the photographer that makes the difference, kinda like golf how its the indian not the arrow? Well what I found is if your not the hottest player (like me!) you can get pretty far in buying your game ha ha!

I'm into Euro cars as well but damn this Mustang is really sweet. 2011 M3 base model comes in at 60k. That's pretty much what you see in the Video. or we can get extreme with the GTS M3 for 170k 444hp + lighter weight in a nut shell 2011 Mustang GT base model comes in at 30k. Same as in the video. or you can get extreme with a GT500(55k) + Super Snake shelby option(25k) for a total of 80k. 725hp+ plus upgraded suspension in a nut shell. Both car's are not for me, I just think Ford is really kicking serious tail now days. My style is the new cayenne turbo!

Yup Kuro was awesome and prices are very solid now days, I remember when the Kuro cost a fortune. I have some experience with it, For me that TV was all about the quality of black right out of the box. I wanted to match the Kuro's black on my samsung LCD and succeeded with a couple rounds of calibration from a geek squad friend that had the software and hardware to do so. IMO what really puts the latest TV's out front is the refresh rate, almost makes blue ray look so real it appears fake if that makes sense. Another feature is how thin the TV's are now and the 3-D features. Also its really tuff to rate TV's based on what you see at best buy or fry's as the standard settings are cranked up for brightness, contrast, and sharpness. In the end I really suggest calibration as it improves black's big time and your TV will use much less energy and extend its lifetime.

Have you guy's seen the new VS Fairway wood by Royal Collection that Gocchin posted on GTI? I'm on the same boat with you guys that If I didn't own the PRGR Spoon and had the game to handle something more workable combined with lower trajectory this new VS would for sure be in consideration. RC FW's are all about feel, shape, and workability.

I'm considering the soon to be released Tourstage GR Forged Irons, they look awesome!

PRGR Egg Spoon & Egg FW Images

Another thing is now days foundries like Endo are putting serial numbers inside of the head or even under the plating for irons and wedges. They do this so the numbers can't be tampered with or counterfeited. -
Thank's spoon, I agree the 210 is more forgiving than the 208KGX model. I consider the spin to be average compared to the other conforming wedges on the market.

Sorry Rustific, Nothing specific I can think of, smaller club makers may have a selection. There is the Geotech shop in Chiba you can go to that has many components. Honestly even in Japan TSG has the widest selection of component club heads as we offer product from a variety of Japanese brands.

The 102 is a fantastic driver for the good player. It's top 3 best feeling maybe even takes the top spot. It looks like a 430cc head but it's 460cc hiding it's size very well, sleek and simple yet solid design. Distance is good, forgiveness is decent compared to others but better than most in the players driver category. It reminds me of a slightly bigger yamaha V201 tour model driver. Similar setup and feel just a bit more forgiving. Nothing negative about it if your the type of player that should be using it.

I agree 100% and this has caused me some difficulty with Crazy Shafts. I now know to go one flex down un tipped. In some cases I go 2 flexes down.

Hi Tsuioku, By badge i mean the golf circle on the bottom. The biggest giveaway is that its a 460RF which was IMO is the honma driver that had the most flakes floating around.
