SYB information?
SYB is a solid brand, it is the component version of Fourteen Golf in Japan. I may just have to add the entire line to the pro shop one of these days.

Taylormade R7 Forged Limited Iron w/Pics!
sorry for the late reply bud, IMO these are a tad bigger than the RAC TP's and easier to hit. best of all they just feel more refined. Its TM's best iron ever. In regards to offset, its got less than most. i still say they are a better players club but at least they appeal to mid range handicaps also. Your looking at the right irons, dont forget BERES and and custom mizunos. My choice is the type J because of the feel and setup, I could be happy with any of these sets main thing is you get it custom built for you. we can do that when your ready. here are more recent pics of the R7 forged:

S25C...1020,,,1018...Different grades of metals?
KZG has a good discription about the right way to make golf clubs. "Carbon steel bars are first heated to 1,200°C+ then struck with a 4-ton air hammer containing the tooling die. The newly formed head is trimmed, cooled and blasted to remove burrs. Then the head is reheated to 800°C for a second forging using a half ton air hammer and again cooled and blasted for burrs. This double-forging process not only eliminates the voids typically found in other forgings, but compresses and aligns the molecular structure in the carbon steel. There is no more consistent and precise method of making a golf club. Each head is individually shaped and ground to exacting specifications by master craftsmen, then stamped, painted, polished, buffed, finished, and plated." ok so everyone knows that cast clubs are made from a mold and forged comes from a heavy press with a die or master. the number 1018 is pretty much the softest carbon metal used in irons like scratch and ishihara, 1020 is and has been used by epon, miura, etc, 1025 is used by Mizuno and most others. It goes way up as wishon uses 1045 for his forged cavity backs. Finish, Design, Shaft & Grip, and other factors play an almost bigger role than the number. Raw 1018 vs Raw 1045 i can tell the difference. but 1018 vs 1025 i cant due to many variables. Japan uses different numbers than USA does i.e 1025C is S25C or was it vice versa, I dont know i have seen both methods used in Japan. if i left anything out or im wrong about somthing please correct me someone :tsg_smiley_yes:

SQ Sumo2 Pics
Its design is solid, Low CG and a deep MOI so that very little head twisting occurs during the swing. same concepts as all other drivers its just they took it to the extreme by making it square and that far back. :tsg_smiley_yes:

This is the best feeling cast club i have ever felt.- Tourstage x-blade mb (vs) Bridgestone j33b
Yes california does have many very soft condition areas, In Japan like the U.S different areas have different turf conditions, thats why they have stuff called the hokkaido grind by mizuno and other regional features to certain clubs. On average Japanese courses are better kept and almost seemless, many fast greens while the turf does tend to be harder. Cali is not the same as parts of Florida or Arizona and Texas, so remember all areas are different. I wouldnt make this a factor in what i buy next but i do keep it in mind for wedges and sometimes i dont want to be using cally's and pings out on hard pan.- Tourstage 2007 X-Drive Redesigned!
square face on all X-Drive models. I heared the 460P could be open.- Tourstage x-blade mb (vs) Bridgestone j33b

Ion sir.- Team Yoshimura Driver
very small brand, no real exposure and has not proven itself yet to the masses.- G-Field Accessories??
No hats or much really yet, bags yes i can get you but they are made of enamel material which is nice but kinda glossy and easily scratched. I have seen and hit their new driver, sorry i cant release pics yet. Its a pretty good club. All i need is a head for myself to try.- Miura Question
they have had them in the past but not in recent i think, they looked kinda old school to me and performed like the royal collection drivers, only mediocre. A new age version does sound sweet.- Kanji Metal Stamps?
no just open the phone book looking for a brand that does metal engraving. usually you give them a high quality image and they can engrave it with no probs.- What is your screen resolution?
