  1. Zodia in recent has done quite a few models for Yonex tour pros in Japan. like the cyberstar MBs and the cyberstar wedges. I will take scans as soon as i free up some time for ya fellows. Problem is Zodia has discontinued all models as of now and currently has zero released products, they say they are coming up with somthing new but at this moment they are shutty D's.
  2. Some colors are in stock right now but i think most will be available by early june.
  3. Copper finish, to give the forged steel a softer impact. this stuff looks really good guys. If its owned by Endo and they claim it was designed with the combined data of all their best forgings I think it will be pure performance.
  4. Soft Forged Head, CNC milled RAW face and grooves, Body has got a clean brushed satin finish. I have a few sets of 52* / 58* Its 175.00 per wedge plus shipping.
  5. CV101 is cast, SFI Forged is from Endo, The RC DB01 wedge is cast, the RC DB Forged is unreal. One of the best wedges on the market IMO. The quality of their castings are amazing, not what you would expect and most people couldn't tell that it wasn't forged. The T stamp on the wedge isn't the same as Y cutter, actually the grooves are sharper than the Y's. Royal Collection Products
  6. They don't do a thing, they are actually all the same weight and its just an option for cosmetic purposes.

  8. The brand is called EPON. they are owned 100% by Endo Golf, the largest manufacturer of OEM clubs. They are using their combined design and material expertise to create clubs under the epon name which are supposedly their most high quality forgings ever. I have some samples of each wood, iron, and wedge coming within the next month. I am excited to see and test these and look forward to sharing some actual picas with you soon.
  9. These are not and were never made available to the public.
  10. You can order custom mizunos from TSG with a different finish, grind, and stamping.
  11. Your right and by the looks of the top line on the profile page it doesn't appear to be much. go to vintage TM irons section they describe the 300 forged in a similar tone. Whatever the case I'm not thrilled about the cavity design or the use of S25C instead of 1025. Worth to note is TM usually never mentions the grade of steel, perhaps these are special perhaps they are not.

  14. I havent tried an axiv in my fairway wood. I am tempted to try the new V-Spec in my G-Field Utility wood. If you thought the PT-7 was light be safe and go with the PT-8.
  15. Grind Studio is for tour pros only. They havent released a retail product yet. I am on it though trying my best to establish a strong connection.

  18. I only have 5 sets coming, they will be out this July. I suggest pre ordering to anyone who wants to secure a set. The skinny is that these were created based off of the 300 Forged at the Taylormade Japan Tour pros request, using the same numbers for top line, offset, and sole. The areas viewable are finished in brushed satin while the base of the sole is in mirror chrome. I am not sure who forged these but they are described as a soft rewarding forged feel and they are for sure a Japan only limited edition release.
  19. Taylormade has got a whole lot coming out soon, including the new R5XL series, the R7460TP, the Satin TP wedge, The Corza long length, and of course the R7 Forged Japan Only Limited Edition Irons.
  20. Forged of S25C, thin topline, very little offset and traditional design. Sounds like somthing you guys would like.
  21. Raw wedge with lots of spin gauge Japan did for their 4th aniversary. Sorry I dont have the specs anymore.
  22. We have had it for pre sale in our pro shop for over a month now. Also Up close pics of it from the Feb Tokyo Golf Show. Square face, USGA conforming, 455cc, and great shaft options. June 1st release I already have them on the way. Click Here For Tokyo Golf Show Thread!
  23. Golf Style is for sure more up to date than Golf Classic, but it says specifically in both Golf Classic June 2006 with phil on cover and Alba June 2006 he switched to 675 from the 665. I honestly dont care either way but text says so in both mags. check it out for yourself.
  24. Very Few, The biggest by far are Srixon and Tourstage but they don't control or penalize players that use other clubs i.e RC fairway woods, Bettinardi putters, Grind Studio Wedges, Taylormade Drivers... Actually the majority of players who use domestic equipment are those sponsored by U.S domestic companies. Titleist & Callaway seem to put players under full bag contract. Taylormade has many players but thats a German OEM if it matters, you also don't see TM forcing players into full bag contracts as much as the others. There are sadly even restrictions on shafts in some cases with the U.S domestic OEMs in both Japan and the U.S tours. Its a money game I tell ya. The Sponsorship game is a bit different in Japan, the clubs in players bags are more diverse due to less pressure and $$$ to play what their sponsor tells them to.:tsg_smilie_money3: FYI: rumor is Tigers New 2006 Nike Irons are a different more forgiving grind than his 2005 MP-14 similar grind. A lower CG and wider sole is what i'm hearing. Its actually the 675, I think you must be reading golf classic which usually provides slightly outdated info. Checkout the latest Alba, they even say he switched from 665 to 675. This image is from golf classic but the info isn't. Fujikura 675 Click Here I wasn't aware of this but Daisuke Maruyama made it through Q school coming in 7th place yet decided to spend the majority of his season on the JPGA Tour. Click Here
