  1. Main item for sale is a 3XB Red X 34" in 9/10 condition. Unique from the point of view that the sole plate is also anodized in black. Have never seen another like it even on Ebay. Finish was applied by black oxide services who are second to none - beautifully done. $349 shipped and Paypal'd. 905T w/ GD YS6, 9.5*, 8.5/10. $249 shipped and Paypal'd. Never Compromise Milled #4 (like a Del Mar 3.5), 34", 9/10. $100 shipped and Paypal'd. Odyssey White Steel 5 - will include that with purchase of either the Red X or the 905T. OR can be had with the NC #4 both for $160 shipped and Paypal'd. All shipping quoted for CONUS - others please enquire. Pictures available for the 3XB Red X - please email me: [email protected] These are steals
  2. Dying to try a set of i505s but they won't do NS 1150s and won't do heads only either. Ideally, I would actually spend a week with MP60s, NC-1s, and i505s to settle my personal debate.
  3. At least I'm not the sickest man on this board! :finger:
  4. SOLD. Thanks again acrazygolfer.
  5. Good condition, 8.5/10, shaft was tipped one inch @ 42.5" (standard). Very solid fairway wood with the M-75 being tight yet lively with great feel. $280 shipped EMS 3-5 day, insured, Paypal'd to the CONUS - other territories please enquire. Please email if interested: [email protected] or MSN, AIM, Yahoo Chat: taipanli
  6. That would depend on the shaft but not too high off the deck with the Diamana and don't know yet off the tee.
  7. Preliminary review: played first round with it and hit 3 shots. I'm impressed - feedback is awesome, can work it both ways, sound is a tad higher pitched than the F-ST+, ball flight slightly higher due to shallower face (it's by no means shallow but the F-ST+ is deep-faced). Need to factor into account that my F-ST+ is shafted with a Tour AD M-75 stiff (tipped one inch) whereas the X-ST has a Diamana 83 stiff. Maybe it was a fluke but had a 245/250 second on a par 5, had to play slight fade around a tree, left is water, right is bunker - hit the perfect high fade which moved the exact amount and landed nice and soft right at the mouth of the green. The other 2 shots were slight pull/hooks hit off the toe but still went ok distance and didn't move too far left. Way too early to give a thorough review but I know it'll stay in the bag and the F-ST+ is off to BST or Ebay. It also looks amazing.
  8. My two favourite manufacturers. Based on these comments, I'm glad I got the X-ST. I still maintain that Srixon make better drivers and Tourstage make better fairway woods, at least for my game. I'd also have to favour Srixon for irons. Amazing to me that neither can come out with some awesome wedges to compete with Gauge, Mizuno etc.
  9. Not sure if non-golf equipment is permitted here but I have a brand new Patek Philippe Calatrava 5127R (Rose Gold) for sale. Received as a gift (yes, big favor for someone) but I don't need another high end watch. Comes with box and full papers of course. She's a beauty and was recently launched at Baselworld 2005. http://www.patek.com/CommonForm.aspx?uc=Co...sionId=256&OV=1 Anyone interested please email me for pictures. Retail is US$17,400 but I'm willing to let it go for much lower. Chris - if this listing is not appropriate, please delete :smile1:

I've always been a big fan of this head shape. Owned numerous versions of the Del Mar 3.5 so I definitely had to try the Gauge version. The Forged L is nice and heavy, the black finish is excellent, I like 3 sight lines (i putt better with 3 but prefer the look of 1), and it's soft. The lines of the Del Mar 3.5 are slightly smoother but the Forged L is overall a lovely flat stick. If someone really wants one now and Chris can't find one, drop me a note and we can discuss
  11. 100% not Tour. Worth about $200  The T stamp appeared only on Tiger's putter for a little while. This is a stock Studio Stainless stamped with a home stamp kit. Paintfill can be done by anyone.
  12. Thanks Mac. Hard to find lifelong good friends these days.
  13. Glad I don't like the looks or I'd have to control my urges again! The wedges look real nice but knowing what specs Maru likes, I'll never have to buy any either
  14. Thanks guys. He will indeed be missed, especially for the times when I took his $ on the course!
  15. Don't want to get heavy on this board but wanted to tell you guys that a good childhood buddy and regular playing partner passed away last thursday night in his sleep of a heart attack...aged 43  He was 5'9", 160lbs but could smoke it off the tee like few i've ever seen - pro distance. At one point in his younger days he considered turning pro but decided against it. We played about 20 rounds together every year and always had fun. Fun loving guy, fastest tempo, great imagination on the course, but always wanted to pound it! "190 uphill, I'm hitting 4 iron and you?"..."think i'm hitting my 7" - LOL! Seriously, that was him. Half the time he'd make it and half the time he'd pull it so far left cuz he just swung too hard! If you find this corny, don't read on - just my way of saying bye to a golfing buddy; José - you know how much fun we had on the course and our last boys' trip to Phuket was a blast. I'm glad I got to share those moments with you in your unbelievably brief time on this earth (most of which was spent on the course! haha). Every time Alex, Jack and I tee it up you'll be present with us and we'll remember you. We'll miss your stupid jokes, your passing wind all day!, your unreal drives, me managing your game when we teamed up, beating the crap out of them in Phuket, and all the great conversations we had at the 19th. You were a cheap bastard! but oh so generous with you heart and your time. Fanling will never be the same for us whenever we play there but i'm sure you're in a much better place now. Now that you can play all day, just remember to club up and swing a little slower! I'll always miss you my friend. Didier
  16. Glad you're happy with it. I bitch if things not done to perfection and would obviously state if any flaws at all. Not much left to sell! Only F-ST+ w/ M-75 stiff (tipped 1 inch), and a 905T 9.5* w/ YS6 stiff. Fairway wood is $280 shipped and the 905T will be sold for real cheap. Actually would like to offer the 905T as a bundle with a unique Red X 3XB with black sole plate - how about $500 shipped - that's a steal
  17. Ask Chris if he can source one first
  18. Almost everything's for sale. Somebody interested in my Forged L?
  19. It looks real nice sitting at home :spit: Will review once I play it a couple times.

Played MP60s for 2 rounds. Very forgiving and soft enough. Also look nicer to me than MP27s. I'd go MP60s and if not totally happy, dump them and get the MP27s.
  21. Have hit my MP60s w/ 1150 stiff side by side against NC-1s w/ 1150 x-stiff. Comparable distance - x-stiff obviously feels more stout but not overly so. If you're an aggressive hitter stick with the X. If smooth tempo, soft-stepping the X should be fine.
