OnOff Forged MB247 by Miura Giken
I remember the CB247 but do not recall the MB on TSG. Perhaps mostly I did not pay attention to blades.

OnOff Forged MB247 by Miura Giken
Just came across this set on a Japanese auction site. Thought you blade guys would like to see it. Apparently it's by MG a few years ago for OnOff and limited to 200 sets.

Geotech GT Forged W-213T Wedge review
Besides the stock PW (45 to 46*), I actually carry a 50, 54 and 58 which I think covers everything. Titleist forged offers the best range. Would have order the S Yard Bold in 54 but unfortunately it wasn't offered.

Epon... Golf Balls!
This might be a silly question but when you count layers in a golf ball, do you count the core as one layer?

From Epon 702 to Yururi Flat Black????
Look good and feel good is one thing but its your score that counts especially the $20 Nassau on the line.

From Epon 702 to Yururi Flat Black????
Do not buy clubs because it looks good. Take a page from Tario, buy something you can actually play and have fun. I would be losing my shirt every time with wagers if I play with blades and long irons.

From Epon 702 to Yururi Flat Black????
If you are a 15 capper and only play 2 to 3 times a month, you would be lucky to keep your game at all. I play 2 to 3 times a week and find that I can just barely maintaining my handicap. IMO, you would really be out on the limb in the forgiving department with the flat black. Stay with the 702 and you would have more fun with golf.

Anyone remember this putter?
Almost got my hands on this putter from TSG years ago but the inventory was lost due to business closure of GD. http://www.tourspecg...rs/prodivl7.jpg I wonder whether it was Sasaya san who did the insert for the ProDivision limited run at the time.

Sending my putter head to Sasaya-san
C, what is the total static weight of your Dad's putter at 34" before putter counter weight on the grip? 360g head weight according to spec sheet is not excessive.

Sending my putter head to Sasaya-san
What's wrong with heavy putter heads? I like the head to be 370g vs the normal 350. Works great on fast green with a steadier and less wristy hand.

Gauge Design L forged
Better yet if you can find a Pro Spec L which is a modified version by TSG/DG available at the time.

Roddio Pentacross Iron shafts
A, I have a pulled I-8 SR flex with iomic grip at the playing length of a A wedge or 35 to 35.5". I could send it to you to try if you like.
-
Roddio Pentacross Iron shafts
I wouldn't tip the Roddio iron shaft and it is not intended to play that way. They are just too expensive to experiment like that. Always wanted to try Quadra iron shafts too since i love the feel of the FE.

That's f1 version of subliminal marketing : )

Roddio Pentacross Iron shafts
I played R200 when I was younger then nspro 850 and shimada k'3001. Comparing graphite to steel is really apple to orange. I can still play 850 but i guess the I-6 might be closer to nspro750. I prefer the higher flight I get with graphite. I guess I-8 would be closer to nspro 850/950 and then there is still the I-10 ( which I heard is very stout.)

Roddio Pentacross Iron shafts
I play the I-6 in R flex but was hard stepped once. I have issues with roddio wood shafts but just love the I-6. The hard step lower the flight a bit and just perfect for me. Would be getting another if I weren't such a cheap guy. Haha. I have I-8 in SR flex on a 51 and 56 sdj and they are perfect light steel replacement for me.

Pleasantly surprised- Mizuno S201 golf balls
I have been playing the Srixon Z star yellow for awhile and moved on to the cheaper Q Star yellow and Bridgestone e6 yellow. Recently on a whim, bought two sleeves of a Mizuno S201 yellow to try out on a social game. I must say I am most pleasantly surprised by the soft feel of the ball on short irons and around the green and distance is comparable to most higher price balls. I know absolutely nothing about the ball but I can only assume it is the cheaper version of Mizuno premium MP or JPX line. Mizuno balls are made in Taiwan and the S201 is even cheaper than the Bridgestone e6.

S-Yard GT & XT irons and Golf bag
It seems that the old Japanese gentleman would have the right for S-Yard for SEA except China and Korea. How does it work for TSG on S Yard ?

S-Yard GT & XT irons and Golf bag
I think the irons are old models. They need to come up with new model to match the Bold.

Anyone try the Glorie Reserve?
DH, in your opinion, is the Reserve worth the upgrade premium from the 2012 Gloire?
-
Anyone try the Glorie Reserve?
Driverhead, I have the exact two drivers in the bag both with the same shaft ( Fire Express 55) and I find the Gloire more forgiving. I have to set the loft at the lowest on the Gloire sine it's a high launch head. Really want to try the Reserve but waiting for the price to come down in the secondary market.
