Epon AF152 HT
I am selling this for a friend. The head is in excellent shape (purchased in October and played half a dozen times) and the weight is 195g. You can read what Tario said about the HT on GTI http://www.golftoimp.../?s=epon+152+ht The head would be great for slow swingers, seniors and ladies. $375 anywhere via EMS and PayPal.

My Veilside IQR
Duffer19 replied to mauvanilla's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech GearYou are either very young or very old like me. Told my wife that it would be cool driving around town in a Cygnet. She said that if I do, I would be going thru my 3rd mid-life crisis or serious senior moments.

$27,000 for a club fitting? You can buy a home for that amount in some part of the world.

43.5 inch driver build
I think the rule of thumb is 1/2 inch in length is 6 points in SW. Besides an increase in shaft weight, one might need to increase weight in the head area.

Best mallet putter??
The most popular (not necessarily the best) mallet amongst the pros is the Odyssey Two Balls in various form. It is a 'truer' mallet then the small/half mallet like the Del Mar or Squareback.

Miyazaki Shafts
So B, which model of Miyazaki would be closest to the FE? My ball flight is mid at best perhaps a white would give me a higher launch?

SOLD
If you are using the 7V05, I think the head would be heavier than 188g. The stock Premia is using a 46g AD shaft at built length of 47" (measured at a fitter) and light 45g grip with total weight at 288 or 289g. The stock Premia SW is D1. If your Premia is shorter at 46.25" plus a heavier 7V05, I would assume the head is heavier than 188g to balance out the club to play at a more reasonable D1 to D2 SW. Does this sound right?

Flex options
I totally agree with bogeydog that one should go with softer flex and higher torque, especially with the 3 wood, the most difficult in the bag, IMO. Sometime it make sense to actually use a fw shaft such as the GD SF series instead of cutting down a driver shaft for the purpose. In any case, i can only dream of going for a par 5 in two so I carry a 17* 4 wood instead, a much easier club to launch a ball off the fairway.

You mean the EMB, C. The EMS is great and nothing like the EMB except two alphabets.

Blast from the past
Like you, my basement or attic (depending on where I am) is full and need to clear a lot of items to make room. Thanks and looking forward to seeing the wedge again.

If you are looking for a PT-6 S flex FW shaft I have two for sale at $150 each. I would even throw in two Technity (Epon) FW heads that are attached to it.

Titleist forged wedges
I hope my order was early enough to be the first batch out.

Epon AF-101 reshaft
What"s this smash factor and how it relates to one's game? Been playing this game for 35 years but still don't know the term. How does one measure smash factor when on the course?
-
Epon AF-101 reshaft
Definitely over-analyzing on the golf gear and swing. If I start thinking like that I would never be able to play the game. When I stand on the tee box, my mind is blank and just rely on my muscle memory to take over the swing. Get fitted for some basic gear and just grip it and rip it. Don't make golf into such a complicated game.

Other putters like Miura KM-350?
I personally think the heel putter like the KM-350 is very difficult to master for us midcappers. Do you use the in-square-in stroke like Phil with his Odyssey or his old old Yonex? I have the SC California Del Mar (and the Yonex too) and instead of using the in-square-in stroke, ended up just using the square square stroke like any other face balance putter in order to have a decent putt. Than again thats just me.

Out of the following, what's your pick...
I don't know about the other SDJ models but do have a 51* and 56* D2010. Please note that D2010 is cast and not forged but does feel as soft as forged. Whether it spins more than others, I think, would depend on type of players and type swing. I do find the D2010 bites better than other due to its non conforming grooves and spin mill face. The latest comparison is against a new Geotech GT Bite v2. I find that the SDJ still spins more than the Geotech even with extra score lines (conforming).

Thank you for the reply and where would you be shipping the wedges from?

Chikara Wedges
Hi, I am not too familiar with dot system of the Chikara but could you point out which is the 54 and which one is the 57* on both pictures? Thanks

Black-Ion face - slippery when wet
To be honest, I have never heard such a thing about slippery face on a driver. I have the EMS which has a very shinny chrome like face that you can almost use as a mirror and never experience anything like that while playing in the rain. Perhaps the face treatment of the black Ion is very different than the EMS.

Egg Spoon 15* Shaft Flex Numbers
The PRGR M46 would definitely stiffer than US R flex. If you are 95 mph, I wouldn't go beyond M43. I am 86 to 88 mph so I would be a M40 user if I have the PRGR.

Who is likely to get the new Ryoma driver when it debuts?
What do you mean 'new' driver, B? Another one besides the present 3 models?
