  1. i loved the rombax 6vos , vey very low shaft crayz stiff for its specs, had that in a callway erc , boy thatwas a good club. red bard NONONONONONNONONNONNNNONOo. to high be snanpiing it left all day blue board yes kaili yes but kaili low GD md seris yes! di yes obv the crayz 80 fw and quadra ive played in the eggs til the cows come home yes yes yes..!
  2. After seeing Jeffs kamui in BST today., and my hideous driving yesterday i think i might be after a customed driver andthe kamui new model looks prett darn good. ive read all theposts comparing them , but a few things i need to know what is the closet looking head at address to it epon 101 epon 102 ryoma crazy 460 callaway ft tm white piece of golf spam it looks pretty rounded to my eye like the epon 101 i have not see one n the flesh if thast the case. i m all over it. im thinking 9.25* x 200 gram x slight draw biased tilt on the lie hmmmmmmmmmmmm this is gong somewhere gents . those who have had one help me out a bit pl chaps. all the reviews say it impossible to split this from the ryoma, in performane if thast the case and i can have a custom one , then im all for it.
  3. i found them just lovely. the dgs didnt do a lot for me , got soe good game time in with those and didnt like them at all. thats when i realised the ns shafts make such a difference. ive got plenty of the rawheads as well and i think they feel great. u can almsot feel the ball sticking to the rough finish the sieda wedgeand the tour wedegs are supe rsoft. with the KBS black shaft in the kyoei heads they def feel harsher but go longer. thsoe KBS wedge shafts i think are terrific

  5. god yea! ill game the ryoma stinger that day gee the courses are in spectacular cond as well. my home track is juts like a painting at the moment u gonna use my clubs ?
  6. i like the look of the kamui 420 been ogling one of those fo a while. not my specs but gee t ey look good.
  7. everyday soft club the yrurris could do that job easily. they are slightly larger than the miuras and softer. razor like look to them the modus are good shafts, prob a bit more veratility than the SP which go straight. iahd DGs400 i nthem errrrrg! hideous. anything NS in t hese really will make them feel uber soft
  8. agree 100% the kaili is just a brilliant fw shaft at a good price. ijust got one i n my ute and was very impressed with it once agn if it wernt for my ludicrous love of the top shelf id play the kaili in every fw i also find the GD md range a briliant fw shaft, gets the ball alittle higher and softer on the green. the kaili i find lower more penetrating
  9. welcome, the veil is lifted. if uve got the 1957 so dont double up no need the yururi flatback are prob the softest club ive hit i made these with NS orange, good straight high flight. too high for me but boy they were terrific, realy hold thier line well, (thats the NS SP at work) super small sole have a look in BST under miuraism for a cpl of piccys of the differnce in size between the yururi nad miura thsoe yururis were greta to hit the 8-9-pw especially i liked to hit at greens , i found them really accurate.
  10. doubt it the yonex 380 i got some good results with at a range but choosing the 10* was a mistake for me beci hit high balls anyway the shape of the head att address i love, the fce is prominent and very pear shaped. the match i played it in with the quadra was awsome i illed the bal that day, but too high ,in a 9* this wuld suit perfectly and for the price??? serisly very very veyry good driver!
  11. well ill say i was just in love with how they went, the feel of them is just fantastic the kaili 80 is a top shaft ,fantasic striaght shots ,but hte crazy are a MILE better. im going to resist the urge to swap the shafts in the RCS, i might just have to put crazies into those the adams black and that green voodoo thing i it oh dear , i mswapping that grren thing out immediatly that adams head wil get a better shaft for use back home. saying all this th eres stil nothing liek the feel of the yamaha, and rc ute heads those with a crazy ute shaft boy oh boy. awsome stuff.
  12. First hit with a cpl of these today in a cpl of exotics heads 16.....18deg Distance incredibly good not that far off 3wood accuracy better flight low piercing bullet lile , handled anything i threw yesterday easily feel absolutely beautiful, the kick felt very high which i love and it slung in the ball def has that al-dente crazy feel the heads were tour exotics 16* + 18* actually really like them. i used these with my RC 24* diamana kaili 80 s, now thats also a top saft! but i was in awe if the crazy performance. def wont be doing anything to these things, on 17 i hit it 270 to 3 feet behind my budies driver absolutely dead straight. going to have a rethink about my woods yet agn, bec this is going to be hard to get out. ill take piccys tonight 10/10
  13. Im mixed on it bec i got the wrong bloody loft nut the good uns i hit were pure and sweet
  14. bogey im in a quadry what to put in my yamaha 440 power length, im pulling the ahina 60 s its way to long at 46 inch and too light. and thinking of putting either the p9003x, the roddio tour s7 x or after spoons experiment the di7x but ................... im still considering a quadra or a crazy the proto ive got is in my epon 102 but in not happy with how im playing it. its one of those if i go to it once i hit it poorly but if i constantly hit it il leventually get it wired. it great for in oz when i can play every day. the yammy head sits a little more upright which i absolutely love the look of and that will counter the tendency of the proto to favour the right side. in the yammy does the qaudra sing?
  15. i cant wait to see what the have done the the wood range! this yrs woods are just incredible, i think there best effort yet if they can improve on this ill be blowed over. this might be a yr of full bag yammys
  16. im under the assumption the p9003x is 83 gram
  17. hhahhaha T, u better get onto yamaha early and pre order more than usual thsi yr!
  18. gamed these on sunday . the ora in X flex is noticeably heavier, sturdier, less moveable and thumping than the stiff version the head shape being the same is great bec i get to test the shafts out and see how much difference they actually make . the 2011 heads seeeem a little lower than the 08s they are less forgiving than the 08s. but def not as hard as the 2010s somewhere in between the 08s seem to have the most forgivness and are the softest to hit, a bit easier than the others the 2011s juts look so money, the clean round lines nad shae is truely the best. big big fan how ever the 08s are the kings still. just the most enjoyabe over all to hit
  19. hes gaming the ezone baldes now i see there was a big tv show on him and a cpl of TV personailties in a shoot out last wekeend , and he was gaming the ezone blades
  20. gotta agree. ONLY thing ill say that isnt a negative what so ever but the sole is wide on these, i took me a cpl of games to get used to the wide sole after hitting blades for so long, it was a bit differnt to look at the largeness of these and then i hit one off the screws and it all changed. i still like to play my blades, especially on harder pan ground like my home track in oz but for lush rich soft fairways oh boy yamaha= pleasure
  21. yes they must be. interesting shape they have just gone back to the 08 style and flattened out the muscle, and made it combine with the rounded lines of the 11s by hte looks of things jee i love yamaaha they just just refine whats already the pefeect iron
  22. $450 lashed to go the sst pruing and shafting was more than half this price
