  1. According to the posts here lack of distance is not an issue with the ZR-30? Rather that it's not exactly forgiving.
  2. Very true, the different weights/flexes means almost anybody should be able to find something suitable there
  3. I thought the main point, the whole point even with getting a 7D is the fact that they are custom made only for you. I think that makes them impossible to compare to other shafts
  4. I actually like the look of these very much.
  5. PRGR makes pretty good shafts, but it's still not aftermarket. So they are worth next to nothing pulled. The exception being if you have a M46 or even a M49 PRGR shaft (rare). Those might fetch more money because they are like the "tour only" stuff, at least the M49.
  6. Looks great..How about the grind? They look like they might be diggy if you come in a bit steep?
  7. I recently got around to put a set of Epon 302s in play. And so far they seem like the ultimate combo of looks, feel and forgiveness. Certainly the best feeling irons so far for me. The leading edge grind make them planty forgiving too for my steep-ish swing.
  8. Unless you have a super-smooth transition and a even tempo swing I'd say that with a SS of up to 105 the oti85 sounds extremely soft in even Stiff flex. I'm thinking at least the 95 version in stiff. Unless the OTIs are unusually stiff to flex?
  9. Finally saw it yesterday, didn't like it very much. Probably because I was never really into Star Wars as a kid. Without the nostalgia-factor it's a pretty lame childrens movie I feel. If this was the first ever SW movie, would anybody be impressed?
  10. Yeah, good thought. Although I must say that when you consider that they custom make a shaft only for you, the way it's made and the quality and the presentation box it comes in, it could almost be called affordable. That this personal service/process only cost double the amount of money that a mass produced shaft that they send out in a flimsy "condom" is pretty special. I'm thinking 7D actually makes quite a bit less money per shaft than Aldila or Mitsubishi does
  11. I've never hit the VS200 but just by looking at them, including in real life, I'd frankly be shocked if they are more forgiving than the AF302s. In that case Buchi must've done something incredible with these
  12. Never got around to owning a Kamui Works club, strangely I might add. This looks like a really cool driving club. Construction-wise, I assume it's the same as the drivers with the DAT face? Ti anyway, for sure
  13. What actually is the standard setting on the M1? How do they set them before shipping I mean
  14. The SPBs are almost indistinguishable to the 125s for flex profile and stiffness. The 125s are just a few grams lighter. Anybody that likes the SPBs will be right at home with the 125s, which is good since the SPBs are now not being made anymore. That's why I'm having my eyes firmly on the 125s
  15. Right now I'm back to the Mizuno 611/Roddio combo. It's just a very good, solid combo, and long too. Otherwise I have gamed the old Zero, t.388, TRPX D013 kinda recently. I also gamed the TS 703 I bought from Stew for quite a while, a very long time even. Just a very solid allround head, great feel, good distance, really straight, semi-deep face and great shape. I still have the head somewhere. Everytime I go check on potential new drivers I for some odd reason never check out other Mizuno Craft drivers, even though my experience with the 611 tells me I should...

  17. Apart from what looks like a darker hue I think they play softer than a typical chrome/satin finish.
  18. I'm thinking Egg HD..The longest with the strongest trajectory for me. Loved mine and for whatever crazy reason sold it, cheaply too, to a good friend of mine after he tried it..And started hitting flat bombs that went further than his driver with it. Can be had cheaply these days, a real 'dark horse' in the 3-wood segment. Get one with the Fubuki upgrade shaft fitted straight from the factory and you're good to go.
  19. That's QUITE a collection there, impressed
