  1. mighty fine my friend! do you have any with a white sightline??????
  2. i say ignorance is bliss....if we knew where the sweey spot was we would probably hit it even less lol! i know i dont hit the club out of the spot i intend to all the time! cool gadgets though!!!
  3. not what i wanted to hear....i was hoping to try the jpx after the xst but i HATE the hollow feel......ya never though tho, the ho in me may not be able to resist!
  4. those new pics really do show how huge the neo is!!! not sure which i like more, the neo or the black crafting balde!!! Chris have you noticed much difference in the forgiveness of a standard size anser compared to this?
  5. if its a hook you got ...with that swing speed i would suggest..... 1. if you want a high ball flight a fujikura tour only vt80D in x, untipped 2. low ball flight go accra se80 m5.....this IMHO has way less feel than the fuji and is an animal...hard performer

any chance of getting pics sent to [email protected] ps would u sell head only?
  7.   thanks for the back up chris.....it is hard to describe feel and yes fact states that scratch are a softer metal...but the feel of the gauge is :surprize: . and one thing ive learnt is that the only way to truely compare clubs is to personally test them yourself! i would be very interested too see what anoher NON GAUGE crazed member thinks!
  8. id rather keep the paint job smooth and clean MCsub! lol only kiddin... as for the stock shaft im not sure what it is modelled after, however all i know is that it is incredible easy to pick of various lies, gives a great high flight that is very very manageable
  9. ive had both custom scratch wedges as well as currently the gauge design 05 models! both are outstanding quality and perform very well! The grind of the gauge wedges actually suits me perfect therefore they are what i use, however scratch could exactly replicate this! In terms of feel i personally would have to say the scratch FEEL softer! and definately produce more spin and grip. i know the info suggests and the materials use say that the scratch are softer.....but whatever strange way i hit the ball, the gauge do feel softer! Having said this i havent tried ARI'S new spin milled face and super deep grooves.....therefore the latest scratch models may be one to test!
  10. Dave do what a true ho would do ......buy the xst and do a comparison..then sell the one you like least!  xst is the job! cant wait to hear your review on the mizzy though!
  11. to chris and the guys who called this one....its a performer...and the slashed price in the catalog made it easier to justify lol!!! zodia whats the flight like with the m-75? is it easy to get up or does it stay flat? stock shaft in this beast is class! however im still wanting to reshaft mine .... i want it to be workable with a high flight! but i dont ant it to feel to whippy! i was thinking of the red diamana or either the gd w60, m-65 or m-75! any suggestions
  12. great write up fhantom! ive heard many good things about the japan srixons and the feel is meant to be quality! hpefully you can post pics soon so we can see these babies properly! the triple sole wedges certainly do look sweet, but i was dubious about the feel......i was worried they would be very hard and harsh....obviously you dont find that the case! to complete your bag i would have to say...... 1..for a 3 wood go for the tourstage xst, this with the stock shaft or the nippon works a dream...it very easy to work and produces a nice high trajectory....that doesnt seem to ballon! 2. for a putter it really is down to your eye, but i would highly recommend the gauge design m4 pro request putter chris has! i got one in the other day and im still astonished by the feel and roll! mallet would not be my first choice however i think il be using this one for a while yet! if you cant stand mallets then ity is a must, to try the one or the balde.....I used to be a cameron lover, but ever since trying gauge ....im hooked!
  13. definately is a red hue of the new 435! and im not sure i like it, but bar the colour i love the look and shape of the head! tourstage 435 isnt out for a while yet......so hang tight to the srixon!

Dave i felt the same about the shape until i actually received it! HONESTLY i think it sits sweet behing the ball, and the more i practise putt on my carpet with it the more i like the shape! i know your a massive ho to dave.......dont let this one slip by, its a worth while try! Phil my garage has the stock in it! ya wanna see it, its crazy......... :surprize:

is that a girly paula creamer shaft i see? lol. sweet set up, what do you think homez, is it animprovement over the scratch or not?
  19. the red sure is unique, but i would sway towards the silver with the two sightlines! ya know this will be a quality putter because it has the weight, the forgiveness and the sweet sweet 3rtnc face!

guys after recently falling in love with the new 3rtnc gauge design face on my 'the one' putter i simply could not resist the temptation and went ahead and bought the M4 Pro request model from chris! It arrived at my door two days ago .....i took it out yesterday and :surprize: this thing is hot! sits lovely behind the ball and it is probably the first mallet ive had that i can look down at with ease! the roll is very similar to the one where it sticks to the ground, ie it doesnt jump off the face! however the feel was different, it has a crisp muted feel at impact. this is definately not as soft as the one, which for the greens in ire at this time of year is suitable! Most of all I love the weight of this, with our greens being a tad slower now, i feel as though i can get the ball to the hole more easily...Dont get me wrong "the one" will be in the bag again, but probably not till the faster greens are back! i was hestitant when ordering this, but now i realise it was a great decision.....i have the massive neo blade coming also, which imo will be more fun but not as reliable....the m4 pro request is solid!
  21. fhantom i think all tourstage irons are now produced in china! any help guys? Hey plus, I know the insert is either titanium or a titanium composite. I'm thinking it is designed to move weight around and give more cavity-like forgiveness and blade like appearance without sounding hollow (think mizuno fli-hi). This is pretty much the same construction of the current TS X-Blade. It looks to me like it raises the COG which should definitely bring down and create a more boring trajectory. As for the production place, I think the only clubs being assembled in China are the ViQ irons and maybe woods--but I'm sure someone will chime in before I can verify that (I have some of the catologs at home--currently at work). beruo great info bud!

not for me then! lower launching 3 woods and i are a bad combo lol! shame, thought she looked sweet!
  23. quality! i think il be ordering mine with the p eries graphite design! like the comparisson pics Zodia! new x blade seems to have a higher cog.....ie more player! what does the insert consist off? tungsten? fhantom i think all tourstage irons are now produced in china! any help guys?

not a problem! i really like the look of this, royal collection / sonartec 3 wood sit so well behind the ball! i just dont get on with them.... 3 wood is my trouble club, its the one club i consistently find hard to hit.....i just ordered a tourstage xst w60 of chris so fingers crossed it will work! if not il be ordering one of these!!! Paul, you looking into one of these? it looks like a performer.......id say she would be sweet as chocolate cake with a diamana in her!!!
  25. comparative pics will be good, although the easiest way to judge how MASSIVE it is is to look at the tungsten ignots on the face, and how relatively small they look in comparisson to another gauge putter with the ignots....... :surprize:
