i think ull struggle on this one sir. i can ask about if ulike?
  5. the yamaha tour irons are great , the newer models are very much geared towards greater control, the 2011 are a lot more robust! u can get a set of thoese without too many problems id think. nothings wrong with miura USA.... its just not miura giken. apples and apples. as they say the "whole miua giken experience fitting experience is priceless" the isms are much better blade than the 1957 which are just an issue ,the isms are customed made , best selected shafts blahblahblah...... im not extolling miura really ,but ive got a few sets they are good. IMO yamaha are as good if not better , but a differnt style of club, dont worry about thick topline, they arnt ,and the narrow neck assures ur looiking at a VERY pro esque club . the 2011 ESPECIALLY so.
  6. or................ where that bulb is on the back , put some lead tape over the gold emblem , my clubbuilder that introiduced me to the ryoma did this for my first one. it bought he flight down and made it heavier. i just coloured the lead tape in black pen and it looks fine
  7. hahahahah glad someone else recognises the srixon pro 100s ... i have 6 sets shafted with differnt engines to cater for ALL conditions. these are so damn good, its the PW that annoys guys tho, personally i love it. but inever thought to say that bec these are"old" 2003 models. these are my gamers now. and ive got a LOT of blades to play. these get the nod these days
  8. u got the kp-x? what shaft and what loft? oh ur going to laugh when u see how long this thing goes. what weight as well. bec if its the 10.5*(which is light ) id suggest gettting a cpl of heavier weights in it the 9.5is lowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww im reshafting mine this week tugging the fiamma and putting in the bb7s think that mightbe beaut set up i reshafted the 10.5 with the crazy ls noir but its to light hits moon balls, 100% carry. i want bit more roll just make it heavier and it will be much better 44.75 inch these are serious heads for hitting the ball hard. idont think ive got anything longer as with everything blance is key the GD90003x 10.5 * @ 44.5 inch driver is incredible. its o nthe cusp of me being able to play it to its full extent bec that shaft is just so full on!
  9. now THIS is goingto spur thougths on shaft length i bought my 4 yr old daughter a $10 generic "7" iron its not its just a cheap kids club prob about 20 inchs? what ever it is i dont know but it s a kids club so u get the drift. we were playing i nthe garden with it and i was chipping balls to her about 10 feet , ididnt miss one, i dint miss a beat. now i was actually thinking of taking this out to a game and seeing whats what with crazy short shaft length ,designed only for short shots of course, bec the accuracy and distance control just mucking around was eye opening. i guess its like robert garigus playing a 29 inch putter?????
  10. price change $115 and $150 just want to clean some room these are very good clubs.
  11. not the original but yes
  12. 192 gram head, 9*endo forged( i believe) compact round head great sound. little too light for me was shafted with a rombax v605 which . was terrifico but far too light. so that kinda shaft is perfect i nthis head its in aswome condition no marks not dings dents aything of the sort ems paypal $175
  13. one of my older experimantal heads, small tokyo comoany ownd by my old clubmaker dat 500 ct cold forged titanium driver head 438 cc 9.5* played this 2 yrs ago its fine , wont say its the best thing ive ever used but certianly NOT the worst, not even close it might make a great piece for someone to play round with or as a back up i the materials are certiainy good! ems paypal $150
  14. ok i do have some things that dont cost the earth these were my old drivers one i wasgoing to rebuild, but i got lost somewhere so... who know s somone must want these. they are really good drivers just a litte long in the tooth good enough for retief till about 18 months ago! ones got an idiot mark on the toe but its not that alarming piccys show it the black one is pretty darn good. just a bit of extra curricualr paint work to get rid of that typical TM rubbish colurig on the base. ems paypal + shipping $150 silver 425 $200 for the black beast cmon come get em. help me clear my decks for future expansion!
  15. might want to take MUCH better piccys than these id suggest sir.
  16. ooooooooh good stuff...........! driver if its ryoma MAKE SURE U GET IT HEAVIER than 198 gram 202 or 204 is so much better. iknow htis ijust rebuilt my 2 202 and 204 gains in distance is significant raises centre of gravity makes shots lower much much much better driver build diamana x perfect choise. i sugegst the 70x for you at 44.75 or 45 inch crazy f16 head 16.5* is this the one(?) is so its great very good choice. crazy fw 8- 8.2 flex................!!!!! DONT get the lesser flex at yr swing speed! crazy ute shaft in s spot on not a worry there at all. best ute shaft by a mile . baldo = oh nononononononononono......, look at hte royal collection new utes. nothing better than these! miura 501 what are those? have a look at a few other newer options and the range from miura giken NOT miura usa the cb1006 or new cb 1007 if u like miura. or my new favourites that i dont play but the design and shape is my fav of the new lot , the srixon z-tx . just my 2 bob. for what its worth ( at yr ss which is mine) ithink u cud do worse than check these out!
  17. jee whizz theres a few to choose form. if ur a very good ball striker then the tourstage 905 are prob up there as good as there is , as are the yonex ezones, both from 2011 u can get customed mizunos a set of which wil be tested soon on this site i feel. miuraism blades forget those 1957 things.dime a dozen get the specially customed verison maade for you . af tours form epon are super easy to play. depening on yr ability theres a few very very good options that will delight you i assure you.
  18. actually ill have a look i think im going to rebuild that kusula shaft with another head. its ok but its a bit light and not tight enough for me, thats a good shaft in the ute.
  19. well got a tour issue miazaki kusala 75 s that i can do?
  20. well i have a lot of sub 44.75 inch drivers i DONT loose that much distance really bec a 290 yard shot in the trees is a shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit shot . and a 270 yard fairway , middle yes shot is a good shot. i kwno what id prefer. my 2 very short drivers ive built are the 43.75 inch / GD p9003x shafed yonex nextage 9* and the 44 inch ryoma d-1 /GD p9003x and i dont find they looe much at all if any the heads are 202 and 205 gram to compensate and the sw is still d2-d3 overall weight at 325+ gram not a problem. i play at NSW and ill only take the ryoma now its that relaible , and its long. the run i get with this is great. and the accuracy is second to none. the yonex i take to longy when its horriblly windy. keeps the ball well down. both these are very very good purpose built drivers and i dont think they are much shorter at all. and il lguarantee they are straighter
  21. well i get really good distance with it and always a draw. prob right im after tighter dispersion aswell its def not an X flex thats for sure. i need /want somehting tighter im gonna put the diaman x back in it. thats was an unbeatable combo

this was a funny chance meeting thats ryoma relevant..., i was playing yesterday at my home course in japan and we were the last group off at 10.00 am . yes u read that right tee times here form 730-10am thats it. so on 16 we were told to pull over and let the seniors comp guys come thru. no probs. i turned to get my kasco out of my bag for the short par 4 and i heard "stewart-san ?" i turned back in utter amazement to see "ryoma-san" beaming at me. what u doing. i asked ? "oh im in the match play mens final club champs right now , "were just finishing a 36 hole final" "oh hey is that the ryoma i sent u on thursday he asked.. " "yup." "sugoi ne!, ( excellent !!!) " yes its is i replied its a littele on the stiff side but this thing KILLS the ball. first game just breaking it in. "ganabatta ne.. (good luck)" same i replied yes my new ryoma d-1 202 gram 9.5* square headed, / shingo spec m6 proto 2010 shafted beast! yes this is the new one. nad its humongously long, the extra weight make all the differnce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they were being , followed by a flock of blazer wearing membe officials and a cpl of compulsory kawaii girls. he teed off .. i turned to see what he was using in his bag .... ryoma black d1 with STOCK dg 65 s made for ryoma shaft driver and the f2 similar shafted stock shaft. he killed his f2 form the tee to a point where you could not walk down and place it any better about 260 ish. great tee shot when they played thru i teed my kasco 12.8* FD stinger X shafted weapon and hit it to just about the exact spot he was . i KILLED mine. cudnt hit it any better high soaring draw. hes prob 50-53 yrs old ish id think and he clobbered the regualr shafted f2. that got me thinking. bec i m sure faster harder than him and we re wre no more than 5-10 yards apart , at most! his was a great flight not low not too high and all carry. he went on thwin the final 3 and 2 so i just learned ryoma san is the club champ at my home club AND he practices what he preaches! yes the ryoma fw is a hell of a club!
  23. glad u mentiond TS x series chris. bec they DO play very much differntly to the other lines. and realy only the very best ball striker should be hitting this line to get the most out of what the clubs were designed to do . ive got several x blade series and the old maru US blades form 03 and these lines are without doubt the smallest most compact heads there are. they dont feel as good as most of the other brands (besides the marus which it think are peerless with the NS mv226 shafts) unless u really hit the sweet spot. and u loose a ton of distance if u dont. the new x905s are easily thier best designed irons, the look is fantastic + they are just a wee bit easier to hit that the older models. in fact ill go so far as to say they are THE best designed blades ive seen. that dont play easy or sweetly unless u middle the hell outta them. u miss the sweet spot and u know about it. if u get the middle 90% or moret then there arnt many better blades, if at all. they are like scimitars u can make the ball do anything u want. just dont miss the middle.!
  24. can put a multiple amount of shafts in it as well. lots of steel options form x100 to tour issue to ns 950
