  1. i would expect u will find , the quadra fex at 75 g will cause u problems if u dont turn ur hands over hard , if ur consistant at htis then ur fine, u will just need t oget down into the ball harder. the FEX is an asomwe shaft ,but if u dont get down and dirty on the ball ball every single shot ur headed way right every single shot ..

  5. ooooooooooooh rearry..... the last letter in the alphabet huh.., what to do with te the kbs then? watch BST then a def one of a kind might just pop up soon
  6. i have the dp s in the aftours and they are quite theatrical. which i like as most of my others are dead set impossible to move i just thought the kbs , which hare DEFINATLY one club longer in distance might suit the af tour heads better bec the af tours ar e quite high , mushy soft and so easy, the combo of a more rigid stiff harder harsher shaft in these heads might suit well. the kbs are no where as nice to play , i find them really quite harsh but incredibly straight long and as the doc says theres no movement sideways, they aer superb for this which is why they will be super at longy! i can see why the bigger boys play these things.. ive found mixmatching soft heads and harsher shafts works a treat , thats why the SP blue in af tours is such a perfect match. i gotta change the dps thos to something a little firmer and lower. the KBS shafts ill try i nthe 7 iron af tour AND the 6 i nthe yamaha 09

  12. perfect stuff... nice socrecard doc! so, the kbs are a good match in these heads? i have a set of KBS c-taper protos that im going to pull form a set of ernie ells callway quad dot forged heads that i just dont get on with, they are too chunky for me, and they are NOT chunkola . ilike small compact. was thinking of agood match for them bec the shaft are so damn straight! i cant move the pill 1 iota with these shafts. i think these will end up in sydney but unsure about heads. was even thinking of putting them i n the copper af tours ????

  19. got this from another site.... somepones post about JP vs USA " think this topic should be changed from USA vs. Japan Drivers to CHINA VS CHINA DRIVERS... 99.999999% of titanium drivers come from CHINA. The only thing that makes it Japanese is the finish work which is usually cosmetics.. So when it comes to CHINA vs CHINA drivers i don't think there is a bad product out there all Manufactures have weighted the heads correctly to minimize spin Callaway, PING, Titleist, Mizuno, Taylor Made, Cleveland, Miura, EPON in general everybody is making good heads these days..." so does ENDO forged mean made in china? im confused..............,
  20. im lead to beleive the old man passed on and his son has taken over the business and gone on a differnt tact to dad . where hiro made THE best putters available, for very expensive amounts. the son has gone into a cheaper mind and delivers a much inferior product now. i got this from competitor of HM, wh o lso admitted the older HM putters are the best japanese putters ever made. bold statement............., but i cant see why a competior would say that if it wernt in fact true. ill say.. u hit the mz 07 and i doubt u will disagree.
  21. i agree with your thoughts and ur right bags are not stakced full of "our" clubs.. TM is still the biggest seller in jp the amount of exotic bags i see is mimimal XXIO is prob the largest seller for jonnie chopchops, they keep thier value better than EVERYTHING. TS is huge here. its my guess.... TM TS ANd XXIO prob get the lions share of the whole market. but as for drivers.............................. dont shoot me here.... i dont htink they do a good enough job. they dont differentiate to others, and the designs on them apart for mthe p51 ai chan model form 08i think it was are just kinda dull, or too garish to look at. yes ive played a ton of them, but thye didnt really do anything. and esp for the guys on here, they dont offer an X factor that were all looking for. they are my thoughts and observations living here.
  22. ok epon zero----diamana X 70S 44.5 INCH 322 GRAM the acid test. if this didnt work it was bye bye zero. bec i KNOW the s diamana x haft isnt to blame. tight course usually a lot of wind esp up high its atop a mountian by the ocean so it can get typhoonal . played this course in march in the worst wind id ever played in to test some other drivers so, i know whats what here and where balls should end up with good shots the shorter length makes a noticeable differnce to control, its unreservadly better. the flight was definatly lower, regardless of how high i teed her up the flight was mid and really strong. these was a distinct lack of lateral movement in any direction. and my misses were much better , (of course to the right.) but no horrid dead set slices. good shots were fantastic. distance was spot on as long as most others and on the faster rolling fairways like today the distance was really good. to behonest , i was hoping this wasnt going to be good , bec id stopped liking it after the horrer stretch id had with it , even after i started so well. i jsut dint like the look of the face at address, but now, after today..... shes right back to where id think it should be. the feel wasnt as electric as with the crazy 80 ls noir. but as i said before nothing ive hit has or will beat the quality of t both these components , they are the top there is. the results today proved i cud have cut the ls noir to the same length nad prob gotten the same results with better feel. but.... as i said that shaft is going back i nthe ryoma at a later date. the epon zero is a hell of a head. its not the longest there is but it damn close and its defiantly THE best feeling head by a long margin. the 10.5 * doesnt seem noticeable anything lower would kill this head. gents shorter shaft length in this driver impoved its peformance immeasurably without any discernable lack of distance id have no prob recommending even shorter lenght and a heavier higher lofted shaft. CONTROL is key to success for this head to perform to its best. the diamana x gives this head the control it needs. its a beaut set up!
  23. ooooooooooooooooooor righty then weekend with 3 utilities 3-4 srixon uti--ns 950 s 4 fourteen hi610 modus 3 tx all of them are fantastic, really really good clubs they play very differntly the shape is nothnng alike and feel is very differnt,. the srixon uti 3 DI i was using instead of fairway woods this weekend , just too see if they are viable repalcements. i was getting the ball to about 220-.230 off the deck it was easier and more consistant than a fairway so yea, they definatly could be on shorter tracks ! swing weight on these make a hell of a differnce the modus shafted fourteen is very heavy and punchy even for a 22* head the flight was lower. much lower than the srixon and a lot more solid. in the wind this club ( fourteen h610 ) is magic i was hittng it bang on 200 yards in to a slight wind with a small very controlled cut , , THE perfect shot for hitting utes i nto par 3s the ball was hitting check and stopping on a dime, this club is awsome i thought the weight would drive the ball too low and too far , but not at all it was dead set on the mark. i hit a few fairway shotsw with a draw shape, and once agn the tiniest shape, got it to roll a bit and it still was low. the 14 i think tho is def not as pure and clean feeling as the srizon but easier to manouvere and better out of deep rough ,MUCH MUCH better out of the rough i think it cud use a slightly flexier shaft but id be more incelind to go a less lofted ute with lighter shaft option. better one??? cant say which is better they arnt alike and the 3 isnt as long as to replace a 5-4-3- wood . but it is relaible enough to use on very tricky holes in stead of a 3 iron or 4 iron its much easier to hit 2 thumbs up for both.. id suggest the modus 3 shaft most definatly, maybe just a slight bit lighter and softer than the TX X flex and the srixon is perfect as is with the ns 950 s wont be changing this
