do u now.................... good for u. i think ull enjoy it
  2. i coundnt get on with mine. they certianly spin wll and have a lovely feel , but they were too chunky for my liking. i tried to love htem i really did, but i played the thinner kyoei much better in a wedge off so they ahd to go
  3. nah i got my fourteen 4 driving iron with ns sp blue , i hit that really well in melb. and the egg 6 iron which is bout 25* those will tkae care of all safety issues i have.
  4. cmon chaps stil got the 24* to go. someone must want this puppy. if ur a ute guy this is the ansmer.

i did have im using the srixon 610 driving iron now but the 16* 18* utes i use instead of fairway woods on sorter courses. for some reason the 21-25* i just cant get , i pull the easr off them every single shot, i gave that up. the longer lower lofted ones i still hit really well, but they arnt really par 3 utes i try hit these one about 240+
  6. hahahahahhaah yea i do it al the time simplest easiest and cleanest way ive discovered it to just paint the stamping fill it all in chockers full leave it over night till its BONE DRY has to be completely dry.. then get a stanley knife, the blunt edge NOT the sharp bit and just scrape the residue off, dont worry about paint everywhere it comes off so easily. with a tiny amout of scraping. and leave the paint full in the stamping. then just wipe over wit ha cloth the tiny flakes that are left. mine come out perfeclt every time no scratching the club at all.

right i can def comment in earnest on these heads now.. i played them almost ever yday in oz with differnt shafts firstly the diamana x in the 10.5*- huuuuuuuuuuuge high soaring bombs. the enola gay is a focker freindship in comparison to this driver. finally got a cpl to go draw after 10000000000 attempts and the differnce in legnth was massive. easliy 20 + yards with a good swing, but once again i found my self trying to hit the daylihgts out of it , but i was getting it clean most times. the face just says hit me and hit me hard so u do! one thing ive noticed, thers literally NO roll with this driver what so ever and even tho it goes so high theres no aprent struggles in to the wind. i have complete confidence when i step up to drive , but,,i feel i cud get some more distance so i put it in the 9.5* head .. see how this goes this weekend. if its not a significant gain its going straight back to the 10.5* basiliues fiamma 70x -9.5* wow, i cut the shaft to 45 inch it was 45.5 and it was irking me, far too much butt hanging out of my hands for my liking . results. everything went left for the first 10 hits, then i moved my hands back to the end of thbutt and WOW..........! low low low low bulletts, back to my old swing tosee what it can do , and it was low plenty.........of run agian small draws, and the feeling of this shaft is amazing! really really like it a lot. its totally opposite the th e10.5*, this is easy to swing at , but it does go better if u go harder at it. the movement is noticeable but NOT large, thers no big arc it kinda heads left then straightens on that path. i hit all fairways with it at manly and it was too long on most holes. esp if i stepped on the gas.. the feel ofthis combo is special ,the shaft is a differnt animal to whta i use. nad i like it a lot, its very rubbery but ina good way rubbery twang. awsome driver. liking this plenty... can see myself using this at turtle bay no probs im a bit confused as to the problems with its quality , mine are first class. the look is beautiful, the finish is top class ,adn the components are top notch i certianly will vouch for its quality nad it s performance, i think it top of the tree stuff. if ur after a driver head u can belt, i have NOT hit anyting better than this. no sir. and i miss**t this driver a LOT less than most others. working on the perfect shaft for itstill.

ok ive had a few rounds with these last 3 weeks with very good results in all. the new shafts made a huge differnence to the SW, they come in at d0 light heads i guess...., the feel is typical of all Tourstage blades. but i think these have bit more oomph and the miss**ts are no where near as penal as the oldermodels. the monacco shafts look really cool in tese as well. nice shiny heads and gold shafts with black grips. niiiice. if anything id say thats hte new clubs i get to turn over a wee bit too much too often. monaccos are semi heavy shafts and kinda flighted. im finding these very easy to play , and lateral movement isnt what i thought it would be... its better......., i can get these to move a bit on call, not like the ns pros, those sing..., these are def a true temper kinda shaft with a bit more class. the shafts definatly suit the head for feel a,nd performance, flight is realyl good , i played these on a very blowy day at longy and they worked brillinatly, the wind wasnt a significant factor compared to other pairings.dont have a 3 iron, i think id like one in this set tho. again these arnt going to break distance records but no blade does.. they are very accurate ... the more i play them the more im liking them.. thinki need a slighty heavier build tho.................,
  9. im with chris on the finish. very tasty if only yamaha did this !!!!!

yes this egg doesnt go high the 8.2 crz fw flex sees to that. its more penetrating than high lobbing this one. its good for hitting from fairways in all conds. much easier than the 15* egg. got this one good too. quite a shock to see hwo close the yamaha was in the same * to be honest i like hiting the yamaha better

well i STRONGLY suggest you consider a diamana kaili, i use it in my egg15* adn theres no point replacing it with anything better. it suits this head to a tee. keeps the ball down nad u get oodles of distance carry + run. if ur thinking of a change this might be a great bet

hahahahahah gee i wish i was shot making manic instead of just a maniac. goodise i got a problemo.. i have 2 magnificent crazy ute shafts in some tour edge exotic utilities in 16* and 18*. which is great, but the lie angle of the utes is far too upright on these. far too upright. so i either pull the shafts and use thme else where which leave me in a pickle as the length is too long to play in 19* and 21 * or i somehow bend the head/hosel (?????) if i pull em and butt cut , wont they then become double stiff ? yr thoughts great fully recieved........................,

ive got those utes, they are the most ungainly utes ive ever seen but they perform really really well. that matrix shaft goes well i nthem. very versatile utes. u went with an illima shaft in hte egg. thats a very differnt take on most eggs u wil lsee about , as the egg gets the ball inthe air so easily and so does hthe shaft. do u find it balloons at all? i have a 70 x illima and have no idea what to stick it in for i fear it will go too high.

well u realise its not just playing golf up here, bec no one here does that ,theres no weekend comps. its all setai(business) golf which SUX i cant get a comp, hence my bud and i haveto play match play nassau to get the feeling of competition. not even a stableford comp! plus there are 3 huge driving ranges 15 mins from my house, with trackman. makes it a noi brainer to go out hitting pils a cpl of times a week. not to mention the 3 bigges retailers on my way home... im trapped in a JDM golfing matrix . thast why i love going home and gettign back to basics and palying comp on links. the real results come out there every time, theres no hidding!
  18. someone jump on this shaft NOW its awsome!!!!!!!!!!
  19. no non o no no!! dont make the least fav clubs the trvel clubs!! how much more do u play on hols that at home? iONLY useth ebst sticks on tour as i psend so miuch time on course. take the yururis!
  20. i used a set of the yururi raw last week and i gotta say iwas shocked at how much moret hese spun than the yonex ezones we shot 10 balls to the pin with the yonex and the yyururi and it was no contest the yonex tho are more versatile , but fr out and out stopping power, well im re building my kyoei raws as we speak. i gamed the yamahas a lot as well and they are ( for conforming ) seriously good wedges. the bets feeling af all. plus they are versatile , bec they have such a tiny thin sole. i cant beat the tourstage x wedges tho , overall, tru thte yururi spin more. but i get the most consistant shots with the marus.

no no weight hte 44 as the shaft is 83 gram

the results were one off shots where i got the ball clean in yards he yamaha i only hit twice both the same. the epon i hit once. the gdp9003x with kamui i hit about10 times the rsults posted was one of the better shots. trackman had position on the virtual range of where all the balls eneded up, plus trajectory around straight most of my shots were right of centre and the longest ones were just left. the longest average of the driver s were both kamuis . the crazy was shortest the plot of ball dispersion was all pretty close to be honest taking away the mahoooosive slices when i treid to hit itoo hard just for affect. on my swings i tried to replicate the exaact swing each time. for me if................. iwas given l lthese and told to choose one . the club out of these id game would be the yamaha tour , as it was the easist to hit and the resulsts were spot on . didnt feel like i had to muscle it up the others i think i need to hit hard except for the diaman x , that was longer , but the yamaha felt better
  23. so, Goldmans bought my local range a few weeks ago. no biggie there except they put the per ball price up to .. wait for it...... 23yenP/B 30 cents per ball. thats JUST naaaaaaaaaaaasty! but they did put a trackman in permantly in bay 13. an extra 500 yen for 30 mins... not bad at all. the clubs. yamaha tour 2012--crazy cb-50 8.2 45.25 inch 10* solid contacts--crazy 50 sigma 7.7 44.75 inch 10.5* kamui pro k-px---GD p9003x 44 inch 10.5* kamui pro k-px---diamana X 70s 45.25 inch 9.5* epon zero---crazy ls noir 7.7 44.75 inch 10.5* hit a few balls with each and tok the snapshot of the results of the balls i got clean. results..............., solid contacts --sigma 65m/s ball speed. 11.9* launch angle spin rate 3733 carry 247 overall distance 261 this is the set up i liked the least, didnt feel great and found it hard to get left at all. everything went slice love the look of the face on this driver better than all. conclusion need shorter GD p9003x will be perfect. kamui pro--diamana X ball speed 66.1 m/s launch angle 11.7 spin rate 1998 carry 243.4 overall 276.6 liked this for a strong penetrating flight and uber stable in bad conditions. good driver!!!!!! yamaha tour 2012--crazy cb 50 ball speed 67.2 launch angle 11.4 spin 2555 carry 250.9 overall 274.1 only needed to hit this twice as usual. love it. its "trusty" kamui pro--p9003x bs--67.4 la-12.1 carry 252.8 dist.- 277.2 shorter club made for control that turned out to be "hammer time" to be honest.. afterhitting this theres no point i hit anything else. but i will and do. this will be gamed on a seriously regular basis. after thought the guy in sydney "virge" that makes my clubs downunder made this , took it to the range last thrusday and said this is hte best club hes ever hit and the head is easily the best head he ever hit "what the hell is it?" i now tend to agree. epon zero--ls noir bs 67.5 la 12.3 carry 242.3 overall 269.8 i still maintain this is the best of the drivers when hit well. and the worst when not. i need somone here to translate these numbers for me bec for a start im not sure if they are that accurate. certianly not what i got in real matches for a start the epon has a lot more roll than i got on here but the overall range on the trackman indiacted it had the least carry. the kamui 9.5 is REAL low . i think lower than the equivalent epon. im going back agn this week with a heap of irons to test heres an interesting stat..............., prgr egg 17* crazy fw 8.2 yamaha v 17 diamana stinger 70x prgr egg bs 61.6 la 11.6 carry 218 overall 239 yamaha v 17 bs 63.4 la18.8 carry 219 overall 242.6 THIS really shocked me to see. i expected much bigger gains with the egg. oh and the iron i took srixon pro 100-- ns proto DP x ( tour proto to the modus 3) bs 53.4 la 16.2 spin 5841 carry 171.9 overall dist. 186.1 these are fantastic clubs i hope these numbers are what i "need" thoughts pls fellas

ooooooooooooooooooh now theres an amzing set up. u wil hit balls miles with htta set up. seriously guys get the crazy boron , the stingers arnt around anymore . every now and ag one pops up but i playedd the crazy boron in my epon 101 last week in a comp. and i assure you................ its awsome.
  25. after the matches in australia which i played poorly on most occasions. cpl of 36 points but nothing good at all. i played many and varied again. irons were the srixon pro 100s with heavy Ns protos c10s which ive discoverd are my prefed shaft . bec they keep my tempo slow nad smooth the yonex ezone blades with lighter higher slighted Ns protos the 2 f15 which i play here in JP in my other set of srixons , they suit the srixons much better. these were too light in the yonex for me, i was swinging too fast and thinning a lot of shots. the tourstage 905 blades with TT monacco , which are a little light as well ,but gee wizz thjey are one of the best performaing feeling irons sets ive ever made . i need x flex in these, these were great.. BUT the no 1 set i have are the OLD tourstage m-23 us-blades "maru" with the m26 shafts reverse weight flowed. these i absolutely LOVE. these suit my game perfectly. i left these in oz bec theu suit the courses so well. the fairway woods i was using were the 2007 yamaha tour heads with diamana kaili 70x and 80 x in them. once again ill say these not much better for the price than the kaili. in fact they have to be top dog. the ute...... ah the ute, well i reshafted a fourteen tc910 4 driving iron with a NS superpeening blue in stiff, and was hitting it superbly . not thesoftest homliest feeling club i have but i could rely on it to get me on to long par 3s and out of sticky situation. so its bagged. i was rotating the 3 wood with a 17* adams super black...didmana stinger ute depending on course length adn the long ute is just so nice to play.. untill i hit craigs epon crazy ute---crayz UT shafted ute. WOW......................................! drivers once again were rotated epon zero--crazy noir kamui pro k-px--diamana X maruman conductor--stinger 70s yamaha tour 2012--BB7x kamui pro k-px---stinger 70s ryoma--GD 9003x kamui k-px-----basillieus fiamma 70x ahhh what was best waht was best.............................. the ryoma is the best for hitting staright, i gamed this atNSW links and didnt miss a shot, distance was just behind th epon zero by 10-15 yards but....................... as some one said.. "fairway, centre, long" every time. impossible to ignore. fligh was low bec i beefed the head to 204 gram with gel . moved the COG up and got a ton of roll i think its perfect but not long the yamaha tour i gamed last comp at longy and was driving over the creek at 270 on the fly. never even tried that before. flight was mid high, soaring bombs. if the skys ur friend then the 10* bb combo is sensatinal. that now lives in oz happlily . that driver as it comes is a beauty, no need to change . the logest drives i got off wre surprisingly with the maruman conductor stinger 70s combo from the middle of this i got a cpl to drive a green at peninsula. one went long over the back. i was in awe of it, but non centered shots were painfully punished in distance. accuracy was great with it. feel not what im looking for the combo plays brillinatly but i have better feeling drivers. its got a place in oz all time, and ill game it a lot . but... flight was mid high to soaring .. very very good performing driver. one of the best easily. head was conductor 9.5* powerfull straight... very very good! the kamuis................. longest. was the stinger 70 s of all driver 9.5* just piercing mid lighted bomber with tons of roll. no bias left right. centerd hits were just wow. the fiamma i gamed last match at manly , was too long ball kept rolling in to the hazard, waste of a club. flight was low right to left . LOTS of roll. wind totally unaffected the shots. thsi is an UNREAL feeling club the shaft i absolutely love. love it. slingy feel, low runners. very very good shaft. dont have to try and kill it , just gets down there. well worth an investment! the bag tho that makes it JP debut next weekend tho. is... yamaha tour -- cb 50 10* kasco fd 12.8 *---quadra fex 75 xs yamaha v 17--diaman stinger 70x srixon pro 100---NS proto DPX tourstage maru NS proto E11
