ive been working really hard at he 2-3-4-5 irons , and im getting pretty comfortable with them. ive got an egg 6 iron that i reshafted with NS950 hybris shaft in S , that works as a quasy hyrid, iron kind thing goes really high and falls dead to a spot. thats what i want 190-200 yard club. for "just in case" shots. i gamed that yesterday in a free for all bag and had great results with it, so im gonn keep to it , just in case.

i guess it's official...i'm a jdm guy!
what a great set of sticks. ihad those heads a while back, and they are so sweet., good shaft choice to keep the ball a bit lower. these ones are in the final of the best looking sticks out there i think , the blue GM look awsome dont they . i got a set of blue ones without any shafts on em . bec i just found the GM to be too fat in the righthand so i benched them in all but one set of srixon pro 100s. ill play them a bit in OZ next week to see if i can get them wired a bit, bec i love the feel of them ,they are so tacky. oh BTW welcome to JDM!

MIURAISM sb-01 heads 3-pw
leme just say this about ease of use. these are thick, they are small heads compact heads , but thick throughtout the muscle. tourstage are thin and long, u dont felll ike uhave to hit hard at these heads , like u do the thin long ones. they are much easier to hit well and they ahve a much more satisfying feel to them bec of the thicknes. for somew reason i dont know why i just dont gte along witth them like the yonex or srixon pro 100 but they feell better. if u read fro miura san he say the smaller heads are in fact easier to hit than huge bulbous GI irons. i didnt find them hard to hit more than others, i love the smallness of them. but for me im 100% about looks at address, and i like the yonex srixons better. so i hit htem better these are def better feeling, they have something extra in them that u just cant quite describe. im at a total loss as to whats wrong in me, somthing akin ot the epon 302 , i had a sismilar issue, fav club but i couldnt gte em to work

well this is my last hurrah, i just cant hit utilites immaculate, used sparingly top of the top of the highest tree in quality terms i cant begin to say how good these PROBABLY are, wel lthey are for my palying partner, which is why i bought them. i just cant hit utes..end of chat. not a mark on them i think ive used them no more than 3 times and i doubt even that. they are incredibly solid , heavyish clubs. the shaft is the top . doesnt play real stiff, just fine. 24* with roddio pentacross i8 stiff 21* with roddio pentacross i8 stiff--------------------SOLD--------------------- 21 * with KBS tour 90 s steel---------------------------SOLD------------------------ paypal EMS shipped $300 each with the roddios or $ 175 the KBS you want a solid hybrid look No further.

Finally RYOMA Magic !!!!
i tell u what tho. if u play a lot of differnt courses. with varying degrees of diffiulties and lengths from tees, like i do. then having the ryoma as the "other " driver is a very very good idea. the reason i went bezerk with drivers is bec i play a differnt track every week, and i want to maximise my enjoyment bec its so fricken expensive to play. i literally have a differnt driver for each course . i OBV dont really need to do this, but hell , im in the belly of the JDM beast so why the hell not! i packed my bag for sydnery last night , and im tkaing a crazy amonut of clubs this time and ive already designated drivers to courses. the ryoma i predict will be gettign a GOOD solid work out this time, and end up living in sydney. hell its a hobby and u gotta enjoy ur hobbies. but, just get a ryoma, AS WELL, not instead of..............,

Why have a open face Driver?
exactly. so why do i use one?

Finally RYOMA Magic !!!!
thats the thing ,im not a real fast hittier. . 50m/ps i max out at. but the diffference between the ryoma and the club blader X has is quite significant feel wise, its much more metalic ,the ryoma is thuddy but thast not a negative, but as balder said he likes this epon feel and with the proto quadra shaft in it it has a very distinctive feel, "twang" ive used that feel exactly and i know it feels. to go to the ryoma feel after this i know (think) he will be unsatisfied. even building my 202gram higher centre ryoma i still dont like its thud as much as the more "robust" feeling heads. the epon -proto has a very distinctive feel, its a wondeful combo.

Finally RYOMA Magic !!!!
the set up u have now is better than the ryoma for feel.

Desire to change my FW shaft. suggestions?
GD doesnt really get any airtime part form the tour AD di bec of tiger. prob the most popular FW shaft i see, and is very very nice /easy to play is the PT . black with blue bands. ive got a set of them in my RC 304p and they actually played better in them than a cpl of rodddio protos i out in, easier to play. these shafts are HUGE here, they are in so many fairways as the stock up grade offering. yet no one has a clue. i really dont think GD does a good enought job marketing thier wares to the world ,esp as tiger plays thier shaft now. GD arnt the uber-schlokken super exxy ultra top end of the market , they arnt walk away cheap, either ,but really the amount of thier shafts in clubs here i think outweighs everyone else by a long long way. it seems every 3rd club here has a GD shaft in it. if it aint DI its gets nooooooooooooooooo love

EGG Spoon....im so late to the party

Desire to change my FW shaft. suggestions?
ok. so no quadra FW , think u might like that puppy! price is good o n these now. if u dont like the crisp F7 range then u prob wount like the fubuki either id think. ahhhhhh forgot,....., the kaili is THE best 2nd tier shaft especially in a fairway its the exact specs of the stinger without the boron i got 4 f these in yamaha tour heads 3w and 5w can not go wrong with these shafts. beautiful to hit and play. feel better than the GD i think. of th eGD p9003x in a fw is awsome man, heavy thumping great shaft diamna thump for utes!

wedges need recommendation
yea they are ball shredders of the highest order. best to take 3 boxes out with you per game if u use yruri. the 1.618 he maeks are get this WORSE! they are rediculous. u want spin get yururi. funnily i loved the lower 48- 52 * but i couldnt get my head i nto the higher lofted wedges. no idea why it just didnt go. the low ones tho are magic for me. if he did the 1.618 forged in stead of cast. , oh brother.
