not bad looking, but hard to tell in a pic without an actual iron head in it. I've bought many a set of headcovers that I ended up regretting because I could never tell how it looked on. can you put an iron in and snap a snazzy pic for us, Chris? oh, I'd also consider branding these with TSG (or something else not a club maker brand) as some people are particular about their headcovers not matching the brand.

That's awesome R, great to hear and also agree the smoked copper is a very nice looking finish and while I cannot attest to the finish's ability to help with performance, I will say my copper crazy proto wedges have supplanted themselves in my bag! I've been loving these things and don't mind the finish wear as it looks good with age, and I'm giving these things some serious lie condition opportunities. Happy to say I hit my first one hop slam dunk on a green-side chip this season with my 58*, and have been having all-around good short game with the puppies :) Here's a shot from maybe 2 months ago with some initial wear, and will try and get a more recent pic as its def worn in more with he wet grass I've been playing in lately.

you want exactly what BKF will do then, so I'd suggest that as I know that won't cause any problems. the patina comes back quite fast if you just hold the putter head a lot, but the shiny purple hues burn through and it looks 10x better than that mustard dull original finish

cleaning with choji oil won't change the original finish. I've also used bar keepers friend and it takes the dull original burning copper finish to a more vibrant copper, then using your natural hand oils, you can get nice purple hues and eventually, it gets back to a darker patina and like the original yamada burning copper finish. the original almost has a mustardy dull finish which I don't prefer as I like my copper to have some sheen popping through here and there. I believe there was a thread floating around about this where I posted a pic of my putter after a bar keepers friend cleaning. I can also post a pic of its current state which has darkened up and patina'd quite nicely.
