Chris, will you have a chance to try one with either hot melt or foam? how does it sound stock? wondering if it would benefit in any way with extra weight of if either of those options helps with sound. From what I've read, previous eggs didn't sound great but this may be a completely different beast altogether.

aren't the heads progressively heavier as you go up in loft, so the length is shortened between them to keep SW more consistent?

not sure it equates to exactly this, but the old one seemed to always produce an unsightly slice every few drives which made it a very tough choice when deciding what to bag. this one doesn't have that signature at all and is quite workable in both directions with great run in almost all cases. sounds and feels good but I agree with others that maybe not as good as the first, but the added forgiveness makes this a desirable and more importantly a baggable driver.

I'm playing one but still dialing it in. let me know if you have specific questions.

I should go back and offer a more complete review, but been trying to log more time first with the 64*. one thing I can say for sure is its very versatile and has been a dream in the sand, which is definitely a weak part of my game, but have been able to confidently get shots out of deep bunkers even when being short sided on the pin! the 11* bounce is great for sand and fluffy rough. need to try more in tight lies and see its performance there.

these look sweet, again, and I'm loving my 64*! was the last batch of 64*'s already following these new design concepts or were they designed based off of last year's model, Chris?
