Any NSpro + Tourspecgolfer = Balloon. NSpro is the last shaft I would play in Hawaii's strong winds, not only for that reason but also the stock UT clubs with NS in Japan are a full half inch shorter than U.S standards but to each is own. They both sit the same at address.
  11. Not true, as the distrib you should know that they make some of their shafts in Mexico now also. Also a question: When does the UT-Series make it to the U.S and what about the M-Series?

Here we go guys, Pictures all taken and TSgirl and I even played our favorite par 5 3 times in a row using the ViQ and F-UT on every wood shot just to figure out its differences. We started by bouncing balls off the face. The ViQ has a more high pitched sound while the F-UT sounds more of a lower pitch metalic sound. They are visually very similar and the differences seem to be in its vibration and feel along with some very interesting performance differences. The ViQ feels muted at a high pitch with less vibration running up the head up to shaft then grip. The F-UT which also felt good, vibrated much more each time the ball met the face. Distance is also affected by the turbo rubber feels like the ball is pushed off the face more than the F-UT. I play X100 soft step in my Utility clubs and the U5 ViQ in graphite Stiff went as long as my U3 w/X100 :surprize: but not as controlled yet with a softer landing. They both are super easy to hit from almost any lie. One is not easier to hit than the other. I do think the ViQ transfers energy more efficiently off its face than the F-UT. Today we tested the F-U3 & U4 vs the ViQ U4 & U5. If you have hit the X-Drive you already know Turbo Rubber works and im sure you could imagine how these sweet utilities perform. ViQ on Left - F/UT on Right ViQ on Top

I will post comparison pics by tommorow for you and talk about some of its playing differences. TSGirl will chime in also because she plays both and swears by them.

Isnt she playing the ERC Fusion Irons now? Does anyone Know?
  17. No it has an internal weight bias....I think. Draw, Neutral, or Fade bias. Im not sure exactly what phil is talking about.
  18. The Axiv 6064M is a gain distance kind of shaft. It kicks lively and should add distance to your drives more so than most shafts currently on the market. This shaft is hottest in Hawaii right now among many of its top pro's. I was able to test it in three different clubs: 1. 9.5 Comp 460 w/ tipped Axiv 6064M Gained Distance and raised the trajectory just a tad over the 553 originally installed. The shaft kicks even easier in a large size head and I recommend tipping in anything over 400cc. 2. 9.5 X-Drive 405HR w/ Axiv 6064M I didn't tip this shaft at all and it plays like a Gem, Added mucho distance over the M65 and is actually a better fit for me because I don't quite swing hard enough to capture the M65's full advantages. Distance gains were huge landing me in spots where I have never been. Mid trajectory and minimal loss of accuracy in exchange for some great yardage. 3. 9.5 R7TP w/ Axiv 6064M This shaft was tipped only a quarter of an inch and played tighter than in the comp or XD. Distance gains were obvious but minimal, much tigher than the 661 previously installed and much longer. Overall the word to describe this shaft is DISTANCE. It kicks easy with a smooth swing and the key is just finding the perfect Axiv shaft for you. I highly recommend the 6064 in Low, Med or High kick points & X flex for fast swingers. I had one installed in one of Hawaii's top amateur players R7 Tour shallow and he too is now it places he has never been before with 757, he did have to slow his swing down a tad and make a few adjustments but he has been rewarded by the results. I mentioned and sold the Diamana almost a year ago and no one listened until tiger put one in play. The Axiv's are better performing, longer and easier to hit and I hope you guys take notice and not let this one slip by. The Diamana73 worked really well in High C.O.R Drivers, keeping spin down and making the ball go straighter and slightly lower with more roll than the others. If you are happy with your distance but not with your dispertion try this shaft. The TourSpec Rombax is tight and weighted perfectly for a strong player. If you swing over 100 with a smooth tempo this shaft could be longer combined with its roll than all three. It to is very tight. If you have distance that you are content with yet want to hit more fairways try this one. Axiv, Its in the Air longer, seems to collect more head speed and ball speed yet doesnt roll as much as the other two. Its still my #1 Choice of shaft. If you want to choose your kick point to control trajectory and add distance to your drives this is the one for you.
  19. the lowest loft is 19* Just a 51g Graphite shaft. I was going to put the normal X100 in there for me but this stiff graphite is performing very well so I will be holding off on the re-shaft.

  21. I put the U4 in Stiff graphite into the bag this week and TSGirl gave the U5 Mens R-flex a try. In one sentence: Its the F-UT that feels like something along the lines of the X-Drive... F-UT + Turbo Rubber and a slightly lower C.O.G works wonders. Muted yet Hot it feels with a very nice trajectory w/stock shaft, this thing after 2 rounds has knocked my UX2 out the bag and TSGirls F-UT. More rounds need to be played but these were the stars of both our rounds this weekend.
  22. We are looking for a great putter refinisher who can do TourSpecGirls in flat Black or something along them lines any suggestions?

Id say about 500-550.00 would be a good price, you would still need to pay to get them shafted and thats usually 10 bucks a club most places. If its the MB's 550.00 easy! If its the Old Cb's 350.00
  24. Guys just put the 340cc XD2 into play, it is a sleeper! : :surprize: I can honestly say the J340 has been out done...big time!
