New Diamana Series coming soon....
Courtesy of Toshi@Anserfreak. There is a new Diamana Series coming soon and it is called Diamana Red or Red Mana ( Red Power ) and Blue Mana. Notice the S or M located next to the number 63. We don't know what this means, rumor so far is that the red mana is for harder hitters but that is not confirmed yet nor is a release date for these.

Veca irons??
I see the pres of Kyoei every year at the golf fair in Tokyo. There is some confusion about what they do. They do a lot of grind work for smaller companies and they also do forging. They have catalogs where they sell heads, they call it precision forgings. In recent they have entered the plating scene doing finishing for golf companies in Japan. They have several factories with the main office being in Osaka. They also claim to have many requests from U.S OEMS to do their tour players golf clubs. I am told they own a large factory in Himeji that handles their forgings and the main office has now specializes in plating.

Veca irons??
Its Vega you guys! and they are quality Himeji forged clubs that are very soft. The CB reminds me of the TS-202, very forgiving and the blade is a neo blade with a low C.O.G. good stuff but small product line.

ooops my bad. I remembered the S and C forgot about the number at least the S and C indicate it is a Japanese forging which it in itself indicates better QC. I had no idea about the S & C, can you explain more? From what I researched before I bought my Cobras S--C was a Japanese way of measuring carbon steel. Compared to the usual 10-- used by American companies. ok so to recap, 1018 = S18C 1025 = S25C I see, wow thx.

the best all round import driver?
Tai really does know what is good, he just got himself a custom W505 square face with a diamana 73 stiff USGA conforming. OnOFF, I haven't had much time with the new ones, I didn't hit them in Feb at the show because the face was closed. I can order them in custom face angles though.

the best all round import driver?
He is talking about Import drivers not component clubs. There are many pics of these clubs in the forums.

One plane or two? Which one are you?
Don't remind me... Today I had my usual Wednesday lesson with Pro Regan Lee and he brought his V1 software w/camera to video tape my swing... :wah: So much to work on, I don't even want to get into it. I used to be a 2 plane golfer shooting decent scores with a funky swing until a little over 2 years ago I decided to really work hard on changing my swing. Now I'm a 1 plane kinda guy, but it took me the majority of the year to get used to it. for almost 8 months my scores didn't reflect how good my swing was looking. The result wasn't there. I guess I can say I know how Tiger feels....LOL :pot: I'm back now just having problems with my Driver and 3 wood sometimes, everything else is much more consistent especially down the stretch. I find the 1 plane swing easier to repeat. Kudos to the best instructor I have ever had. http://www.808golf.com/bio/BIO_regan_lee.htm

FS: TS X-405HR w/ AXIV, + Srixon i404s w/ NS Pro Tour 1150s
I'm surprised no one has bought these yet... These Irons run 1000.00 for only 8 clubs with the stock DG shaft. Tai is selling them with the expensive NS Pro 1150 shafts ( same I play ) even better its 3-PW +AW+SW. If you were to buy these new and set them up like this they would cost big bucks :money:

Gauge Design Eldik M
The sweet thing about many of the Eldik putters is that they can be weight adjusted with a wrench you buy up at any hardware store. You remove the rear weight piece which is mostly hollow and insert lead tape into it and screw it back on which shifts the center of gravity further back and increases the moment of inertia. I have increased previous eldiks to 370g head weights. I think these come pretty heavy as is with all that tungsten. Not sure exactly on the standard weight, I only have a couple coming of each model.

Gauge Design Eldik M
Phantom mallet compared to Eldik -M- Many say they look identical but they actually have some major differences in shape.

ERC HOT vs X-18 Comparison pics!
The DFI is more forgiving and feels better. I cant tell which one is longer because I sold my DFI before I had the chance to test them side by side. I don't remember the DFI being as long as the X-18 stock shaft vs stock shaft.

Srixon 2005/2006 new line-up
:surprize: That thing is just ugly IMO.

ERC HOT vs X-18 Comparison pics!
Its a .350 hosel and its non conforming. I have the ERC HOT, FT-3 and X-18, the X18 is my favorite just because it seems easier to hit, The sole design is just to keep it sitting flat and still firm to the ground, the sound is less awkward than the ERC HOT/FT-3 due to the carbon only being on the crown. The stock JV-X shaft was pretty decent, its made by Graphite Design. It too has a lower trajectory similar to the ERC HOT. This driver has beat out the others to get into my bag, its next test is the soon to be released Tourstage ViQ 450cc w/W60 and the new Tourstage XD2 365cc.

Hiro Matsumoto MZ60
Quality putter, HM makes some great stuff, the new line "MG" is as good as CNC milling gets. The model you have is along the same lines of quality. HM putters do not hold value as well as other brands because they are relatively unknown to most, If you plan on selling don't take anything below 200.00.

Ishihara buys its raw heads from one of the many foundries in Himeji Japan.
