To me this putter is " The One " I have had a proto in the bag for several weeks now and it has finally been released to the public. It has the 3RTNC milling marks on its face which helps the ball roll end over end and has this incredible soft feel to it. The head weight is a tad under 350 with its NS pro 130g shaft this club is truly a Gem among the many. I really liked the balde and im loving this one as much if not more due to its A1SPish shape. Here are some pics i took for you guys:

The new 2005 G-Series FB-1 byMizuno Japan has technology to enhance your putting experience by giving you the ability to adjust the moment of inertia with a screw that comes along with it and the head cover. Simply loosen the sliding weight piece foward or to the rear to obtain the optimum center of gravity or best feel for your putting stroke. http://www.tourspecgolf.com/catalog/produc...products_id=698 2005 TH-1 allows you to Adjust the balance from heel weighted to face balanced and toe heavy. by loosening the screw with the wrench included and sliding it to your preference for your putting stroke. http://www.tourspecgolf.com/catalog/produc...products_id=699

More Pics of the X-18 Japan Only Driver by Callaway!
TourSpecGolfer replied to TourSpecGolfer's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
The shaft options are: Graphite Design W60, W70, M65, & M75 all shafts other than the W60 delay the club one month. They also offer Diamana but with the huge back order in Japan they cant guarantee it will ship in a month. I love the W60 and if none of them shaft options catch your eye, I suggest buying it wil the stock shaft and pulling it for your fav. I have had the FT-3, ERC HOT, and X-18 and really like the X-18 best, it dont feel as bad or sound as bad as the HOT/FT-3 the shortest of all three was the FT-3 probobly due to its C.O.R. The X-18 for me was more user friendly with better distance and also the stock JVX shaft worked fine for me. -

I would suggest the Stiff/Reg, I am not one who lets ego get in the way of the game. -

I really liked the stock Japan JV shafts, they are made by graphite design and should fit your swing perfect as is. -
The feel is amazing on the 910's. This model replaced the 900 series and I understand why after hitting them, they may not be as player but they sure are easy to hit and feel great, the setup is still quite player but the quality/forgiveness/feel stands out the most. They are made in Japan like all PRGR products so you know your getting equipment as good as it gets.

I have had these irons in the bag for a short while, very easy to hit with a smooth swing, the sole grind just glides through the turff or ruff. The feel is the normal tourstage forged feel. The ViQ forged have a low C.O.G helping to get the ball up with ease. I had mine re-shafted with X-100's at that time and it gave me a perfect medium trajectory. I hear they work like gems with the stock graphite shaft for slower swing speeds too.

TourSpecGolfer replied to TourSpecGolfer's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
The club head is 420cc's. I can special order any face angle from 3* closed to 3* Open but those special face angles will take an extra month before it ships. Also custom shaft options add a month to delivery also. http://www.tourspecgolf.com/catalog/produc...333bd592558a65d -
Available in conforming or non. The release is 9/23 and i suggest you pre order. if you dont you will end up waiting till the 2nd production run.

If your having problems doing the "submarine" work on your ball striking. It is common knowledge that a shallow face will produce a higher ball flight over a deep face. In my experience I need the ball to go higher when in the ruff.

The C.O.R is high on this club and it feels like HOT. The sound is hollow reminds me of a TM, its very long and very easy to hit with its deep face. They are available in 9.5 and 10.5 lofts and its 430cc's w/ Standard Works co. Shaft its 599.00 Shipped w/ Mamiya Pro force shaft its 649.00 Shipped S-flex is D1 and X is D2

what is the most illegal....longest driver available
TourSpecGolfer replied to plus1's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
The two highest C.O.R drivers in Japan are the OnOFF 2005 and the Yamaha Inpres. -
No sir, try asking again around March 2006.

Works co. Ultimazer V-01R There is a new driver that is getting a lot of action in Japan in recent months from a new company called " Works ". Its cheaper than most Japanese drivers by a couple hundred bucks and I just recently put one into play and can describe it is a R7 430cc on steroids. Its feel is a tad more hollow yet worth looking into. I will be putting it to the test on course tomorrow and let you guys know how it goes against my ViQ 450cc

Tourstage X=Blade 2 irons....Any reviews??
TourSpecGolfer replied to tincup975's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
They are slightly bigger than the MR-23's and a different sort of soft, the 23's have a copper underlay sort of feel while the XB2 feels soft like the normal Endo CB's of past. -
How does the Graphite Design M-85 play?
TourSpecGolfer replied to Godfather1's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
I suggest the M85 X for 110 - 115mph and slightly higher. The M85 is a stout shaft IMO, I used to play an S in my FW and it worked fabulouso, very tight dispersion and it kept my hitting tempo tame and smooth. -
Yup!
