Let me start by quoting myself: The Eldik M is set in my bag!  It isn't as soft as the Balde but still softer than most with its milling mark design. Its nothing like the Scotty Phantom Mallet, this has a much better feel and actually performs much better. Lennie can you share a Lil about what you think please? Its still new so its just hitting peoples hands this week. The Eldik Ace is very different, Its similar to the 2 ball IMO, in weight and look, its face will have the same insert as the Balde which is very exciting. -M-

Whooo! Solid, This putter and the Eldik -M- are my favorites. I hope you like it as much as the SM490A
-
If you wait a week im sure you will have a bunch of reviews. The Balde just came out. I can already guess what the reviews will say.
-
I was told directly from Tourstage Japan employees that they are very different. Different Materials and Design but made in the same factory.

Guys my Relashionship with ONOFF is very strong, they will make me custom USGA comforming drivers with any face angle and shaft. http://www.daiwaseiko.co.jp/onoff/ JYS6.0 is a Mexican made Graphite Design shaft, stock with the DFI+.

If I were to guess they will be racking up a few wins soon. They always do, Dont they?

Gauge Japan " The Balde " w/ PICS
TourSpecGolfer replied to TourSpecGolfer's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Exactly, They junk'd a ton of putters just to change at the last minute to this new Milling style. Its roll is end over end and it feels very soft. If you can guess what hole and course, ill let you demo one. Well I'm assuming you are on Oahu. Starts with a W, and thats the 12th green if I remember the hole numbers correctly, 10th is a par 4, 11th is a par 3, 12th is a par 5 down hill. Or its the 3rd hole, I'm not sure if the course changed the number on the nines or not, havent golfed there in like 2 years lol. Well thats my best guess, I rememeber that hole distinctly cause I go over the green there and looking for my balls in those bushes lol. If I'm wrong, can I at least find out when they might release the R5 TP to the public in the US and about the price range? Or if you might be getting them at price I can afford like $500 or less, I cant help it if I'm broke lol. Anyways thank you for any info. R5TP is unknown right now, all I know is the Factory in Taiwan produced a bunch recently, more than I would assume the Tour can handle. No release date or even 100% retail confirmation yet. The Guess you made was correct! W, Par 5 12th Hole and stop looking for your balls in my Yard. Once they hit the bushes they are mine! Drop me a PM let me know when you want to Demo it. Broke people living in Hawaii get the best deals. -
its 299.00 Shipped Sir. retail is 35,000yen These Drivers are more expensive than the X-Drive for some odd reason, please drop me a PM for pricing Information.

No my Honma 420RF proto is, I shafted it with the new Fujikura Tour Spec Rombax. The DFI is 2nd longest for me, The face isnt as Hot as the Honma's but its as long or longer than everything else ive tried. I honestly think its the lowest spinning high C.O.R driver around. Im playing it at 44" and loving it.

It came stock with the Ignite-G which is like a JYS6.0 64g 3.2 torque. I quickly replaced the shaft with the new Axiv 6064M. Killer combo, I have a lot of drivers right now and this one is long, strong and drops bombs.
-
No they dont make one that HOT yet, They say they do have the Technique and Tecnology to do so. Im now playing the DFI+ and its almost as Hot as the Honma 420RF. Extremely long with not much spin. Check it out: We could see .900 By the end of 06 before Japan returns to the USGA .830 C.O.R.

TourSpecGolfer replied to TourSpecGolfer's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
There is no 2004 model. There were sets available late 04 because they had to start production early to make room for 2 more CB's that are in line for production. -

IMO that head cover is  Notice the finish on this putter, darker and deeper than anything else I have seen on the market. The Mill Marks on the face promote an end over end roll. It is Carbon Forged 100% CNC milled with a 350g head and NS pro 130g shaft. It has a very very soft feeling to it.
