Have you tried your BOLD Wedge?
Is the stock NW120 DCR a tip heavy shaft or did it have a lot of tip weight in it? That may explain a bit of the original feel.

Why does this Wedge Design work?
Wont' additional weight on the heel encourage a pull/draw/hook and vice versa for toe weight? The engineering to marketing comment was funny.

Crazy CAVITY BACK irons
Thanks again T! Not that I am a better striker of the ball but these do look interesting. Not sure what I'll so with them if they are still available as I still love the RomaRo H and the SDJs CFi are coming good.

Crazy CAVITY BACK irons
Thanks again T. Is this the only CB with the crazy winged logo behind? Also, have you got a shot if the cavity? I guess this is more a game improvement as opposed to a players CB?

Crazy CAVITY BACK irons
Thanks T. I think this is it. What is the model name and who forged it? Any other detailed specs and info on kind of steel? I think this mal have a slim slot in the cavity?

Crazy CAVITY BACK irons
Thanks for this T. I don't think this is it. I recall there was a CB model with a crazy tribal wing logo at the back similar to the MB.

Crazy CAVITY BACK irons
C, if you have an old stock pic if it, can you post it? There are several CB options over the years so I'm not sure everyone is in the same page. Thanks

Number 2 Crazy 435
wmclarenf1 replied to Craig's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech GearWhat a hoot if it turns out to be a 20 year old 200+cc persimmon head on a plain old steel shaft :-)

Crazy CAVITY BACK irons
Apart from whats available n Crazy's site: http://www.crazy-shaft.com/products/head/iron/index.html I recall Crazy had another player like CB in the past with the Crazy Wings logo stamped on the back iirc. Anyone know which iron model that is and who forged it for them? The current line up of Crazy CBs ain't that appealing to me. Thanks.

Number 2 Crazy 435
wmclarenf1 replied to Craig's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech GearGreat writeup again Craig! Can;t agree with you more on the 435! Interesting to see how for you, this oldER head still delivers better than some of the newer heads on your list. Rather the same for me as well. Actually, I'm surprised this head works as well as it does for me with my slower swing speed. Sure I still have bad drives with it but like Chiro, for consistent average drives, the 435 is still top dog but the Maxima Type D now that she is shafted with the LY02 (albeit a tad stiff LY02) is threatening the 435. Can;t wait to see what the Top Gun is for you. Thanks again for the time and effort.

Wedges required.
Sure, give me a day. The Miuras or SDJs?

Wedges required.
Hi Ian, Any interest in Miura Wedge series 50 and 54 and Y grind 60? Or possible SDJ raw finish 51 and 58? All heads only and all conforming grooves SDJ included

4 Drivers with the same shaft play differently
I'm not surprised C. The different hosel depths and height and head weights (not sure if I am using the right terms here but I'm sure you get what I mean) will make the same shaft play and install differently. I just put in a LY02 into my Maxima. Where it came from it played to 45.5. In the maxima, it plays to 45.

Gold's Factory Update June 2013 - Craig's Putters
T, For face milling, does GF only do PZ milling or can they also follow the mill pattern of the GS mono line?

Very nice Craig! Congrats!

YURURI NANTETSU putter
This finish will rust in humid climates. Definitely not maintenance free although it is a very nice putter.

T.388 rolls on
I guess it's always quite a bit of a turkey shoot when you can't demo. Good luck with whatever you choose and I hope it works for you.

Number 3 Yamaha V440
wmclarenf1 replied to Craig's post in a topic in Out of Bounds: Lifestyle, Luxury, Autos, Hobbies, High Tech GearSo this definitely puts the 435 in your top 2. Eager to see what the other top 2 driver is for you.

Three Luck Sky Dream Jump Irons
Found a set of these and have shafted them with the Quadra 752i shafts tipped 1/2 inch and hard stepped once. Feels softer flex than the 652i SR shafts hardstepped once. Also got in a pair of SDJ TB pair of wedges bent to 50 and 59*. Will see how these go. May have to order in a 56 to be bent to 54 TB if these go well.

T.388 rolls on
It'll have to work its way up and beat my D1 first before it can even hope to give my 435 a challenge.... Sounds like a title fight build up LOL.

Have you tried your BOLD Wedge?
I'm sorry this didnt work out for you Craig. As you know, I actually found the Bold rather good but not good enough to replace my MT DWDs. Toying around with some TB SDJ wedges now. Initial range impression.... a lot more potential than the Bold (for ME) and its stil as I got in a S200 which is damn heavy now that I am used to NW110 and a GP Tour Wrap grip which is too big for me... Try the DWDs or SDJ if you wanna try a new wedge. Not the latest but greater than the latest for me.

3 iron 4 iron replacement...
Why not just get back the egg I+. They work great. And newer ain't always better.

Playing differences of Crazy CB-46 and TJ-46 and 531B Prototype
Thank for this. Ae you sure the TJ46 6.7 plays equivalent to all the rest in 6.2/6.4 flex? Doesn't feel like it to me but if true, it is good info and maybe explains why I sometimes find the TJ46 6.2 a tad soft at times but just a tad.
