WTS Tourstage TS202s and TM Firesole Forged blueprinted
Jinjuwooa, I may not be the authority on blueprinting, but my understanding is that clubheads are adjusted so that they weigh, feel, and play consistently from iron to iron. When shaft lengths, grips, and heads are completed as a finished product a blueprinted PW should feel similar in characteristics as would a 3 iron. I am sure if you had more questions or for an authority on the subject you could ask Joe, one of the nicest guys in the business. His screen name is Joey3108. First! Hi Duke ! How are you? Hope things goes well w/ you. To add to what you are mentioning on my blueprinting process, I should add wooden dowel, neutral bend point spine possition, grip weight, hosel depth, loft and lie angle adjustment and a lot of phone conversation. Please add if i forgot something. :) BTW, THanks for a nice gesture . It's always nice to hear it from a nice guy like you. Joe

Perfect launch angle ?
Depending on your swing speed. The faster your swing speed is the lower the angle it become. 11*-13* is base on 100MPH +/-, however if the swing and shaft combo cause you to baloon the ball, those 11-13 isn't gonna do you any good also. So spin rate comes into important consideration also here. Too low is hard to hit but yet too much will cause balooning action. Matching it correctly w/ your ability to swing the club is a must here. Most people are overrated them self IMO. Knowing how you play on the course is the best fitting, combine w/ the statistic from a good launch monitor + clubmaker's knowledge on every products he carry or sale and off course his good motivation of his sale too. Good luck! joe

Fujikura news letter
MY pleasure guys! :) About the spec of the club ( just like scratch's question ), Manufacturer tested it and checked it what's on it. They go base on what they got when they tested it, however playing carracter is not always reflect 100% on the spec. Because of that, clubmakers has to undertsand the exact playing carracter of every shafts they carry in their shop. The better he judge the shafts, the higher his success rate also in fitting customers. That is why I don't carry every brand out there, It will takes so much time and money for to test everything and I don't think my brain is good enough to store them. Just Only Fujikura shafts alone kind of tough already. So I decided top 5-6 most popular brand only that i can carry. Cheers! joe

Shaft Help Please!!!
The shafts on top of my head now are 553, 569, 652, 660, and PRO3. But any of these shafts won't help you if never check your swing first. Oh , one more thing, When you hit the heavier and shorter shaft you gets more consistent, It's normal case for a hitter. They get more feel out of heavier shaft. No doubt about it. cheers, joe

Shaft Help Please!!!
I would love to help you here as much as possible but from a limited experience w/ Fushion, I don't have an idea how much different the trajectory of those 2 clubs. So I will try to help base on what you got only here. What is your launch angle now? and How much higher you need? And what is your spin rate is ?I will try to reply it one by one from the quote on your post here. IMHGO, It shows here that the issue here is more on loft of the club not on the shaft. Just my 2 cents! Hope that help your decision, but if are looking to increase your trajectory, Just like Robbie said " tour release" should do the trick. Good luck! Joe Kwok

shaft length - fourteen, syb, fli-hi etc
Correct! IMO, If you want to play it shorter ( 1/2" or more ) , You have to adjust the weight internally...Unless when you open it up it has no weight adjustment by the tip. Good luck! Joe

Swing Weight Change in RM - Help Me Understand
THere was one of my post on the other forums regarding taking the rat glue out from inside the head to bring the total weight down so you'll be able to reshaft it w/ a longer shaft to get the right swing weight. However, you must understand that we don't know how much rat glue inside. If you are lucky, then you should have no problem. Do some search on this post or call me. My take on the shim: IMO, the best is a aluminium shim that i get from hardware store, which is exacly the thickness of the different (335" to 350"). From my experiences IMO, The least/thinner epoxy between the shaft and hosel wall, the better and stronger and truer spec too. If any body need more info to discuss your problem on your club, You can email me and i'll give you my # to call and discuss it on the phone effectively. Please understand that if I'm busy at that moment, i'll have to make you call me back or i'll call you back. Regards, Joe Kwok

nv tip in 3wd
IMHGO, No one can give you the exact # here, so you might want to get yourself a frequency machine if you really want to match it "perfectly" w/ you driver or go to a really good and experience club maker that can promise you he will get it on the spot. IMO "Feel" wise comparing 75 to 85grams... This is a tough one to judge. Good luck! Joe Kwok

983 E with 660 TR X from Jow Kwok: first impression
now that you say it... the sound of my K changed when I went to the pro lite... Joe: did you go full insert or did you blind bore it a bit? if you didn't fully insert it . that could seriously affect the resonance of the headShaft is untipped and inserted 1.75 inches. I don't think so, unless there is a hollow spot. Even that I would hardly believe it. The hard proof is when you change from graphite to a steel shaft, this will definitely louder. Joe

983 E with 660 TR X from Jow Kwok: first impression
No No, Not on this head. I didn't add weight inside the head at all, In fact I remebered that i only add only a bit of lead plug by the tip. And I'm sure this will not cause the sound ata ll. 3 things on top of my head that might cause this, 1. Some heads are just slighly different, most like is a good sign of a hot face. 2. Yes, Most of the time when you reshaft w/ different shaft will change the sound. Epsecially if you went to a better tighter quality shafts. This is most likely the cause! 3. Hope this is not the one! A cracked face. Some cases doesn't effect the distance but definitely the sound. Depending where it crack. I rarely fond an E w/ a cracked face, I saw some on D. Get a quater and tap it around the head ( face and sole ), if there is a crack spot, it will gives a different sound. Good luck! Joe
