  1. Hey T no the all black Octane is not a US offering, I know it's in Europe and I thought Japan?? BB
  2. Will we be selling this particular Callaway model in the Proshop? Thanks guys and Happy New Year! BB
  3. Yamaha is my all time favorite JSpec brand, as Chris had mentioned in the past they really are the Titleist of Japanese market. I love that they do not stray too far from there roots, this allows folks like bogeyman to remain loyal to classic designs that truly hold up to the test of time....Happy Holidays, BB
  4. The Axiv-V is a sick shaft, love that bad boy...BB :)
  5. It may be cool as hell but I need to reserve my opinion until I see it in hand, the white ghost thing is a bit wild...BB
  6. 17* for me with the Fubuki 70 stiff, I've had it loaded up in my pro shop all weekend, it's just so hard to spend $675 bucks on a fairway wood but it's inevitable, gonna happen soon. I have a quick question before I order this, can I get custom length and swingweight? I'm looking for 17* D3, 42.5' lengh....T?
  7. I'm personally a huge fan of 16/17* fariway woods, so versitile. I'm a mid to low spin guy and enjoy the added playability for more positions on the course. Having said this if this club is very easy to launch then the 15* may be the best of all worlds, I want one of these soooooo bad! BB
  8. Ebay can and will always be a crap shoot, I take the time to communicate with the seller and ask for something (anything) that shows me his/her interest in selling legitmate product, if not I will pass...BB
  9. Love it! To me Yamaha is the Titleist of Japan, always going to temp me no doubt!! BB :)
  10. Thanks T, how would you discribe the face angle? This club is on the short list for sure...D
  11. Do you happen to know the tip diameter? Thanks for the feedback, appreciated...BB
  12. I really have become interested in this club fellas, does the face setup shut at address? If not can the 15* Spoon be ordered at 42.5'/D3? If the answers are square and yes thi may just be my next purchase, LOVE PRGR, hip golf company...BB
  13. I've forced myself to avoid golf equipment on Ebay for this very reason, I support my favorite retailers who go out of there way to offer me a fair price and quality service....BB
  14. Very interesting post, my cousin owns a longtime Tool & Tie shop working materials in lots of CNC processes and when I discuss this with him he laughs...BB
  15. Het T which model is lower launching, the V201 or the V201 tour model? Thx, D
  16. After reading more I'm leaning towards one of the V201 models, I'm trying to figure out which one has mid launch, the tour model or the 460cc model. I'm not that hung up on the volume of the tour model (430cc) as I'm a pretty consistant ball striker but I do want the one which launches higher...Thanks for the info, really appreciate it! BB
  17. I'm currently gaming a Ping i15 as well, very interested in purchasing the same model Yamaha, can you compare the launch/spin? thx, BB
  18. I'm interested as well, definitely on the verge of ordering a Yamaha driver just not sure which one yet, the V201 looks sweet but the D201 typeS has potential as well with the right shaft....BB
  19. I'm going to buy one soon, I've been looking at them for years now and simply can't resist. Guys any feelings on the D type S, sounds perfect for me on paper...BB Launch? Spin? I can't decide between the 10* or 11* model, I will definitely upgrade the shaft too!
  20. To add to the confusion, the fitting might be spot on but the equipment will need to be on spec as well for the effect to really be felt, it's only a part of the process to have properly constructed bag...BB
  21. These are SWEET but I wish they had the old grooves (I'm sure they do not), hate the new ones and will stick to "old stock"...BB
  22. Yes I did mean the F series, good to hear that kind of review, it has a titanium cup face so I'm guessing it's pretty hot, anyone else? Chris was yours a decent swingweight? Yeah I'm going to give the Quad 6 a shot, seems like one of Mizzys better offerings. I play my fairway woods pretty short so I could always tip it a bit and add a small weight plug and a lighter grip...BB
  23. So I picked up this fairway wood for a screamin hot deal on the Bay and I was hoping somebody may have seen/hit this sucker, on paper she looks hot! Only concern may be the Quad 6 stiff flex shaft appears to only be 63grs, kinda light but I will still keep an open mind, sometimes lighter shafts in fairway woods increase ball speeds...BB
