  1. I'm down for a pair; PM me Gocchin when they become available (green). People are commenting all over the boards; I have mentioned Tourspec on at least two occassions. Not a fan of busy golf shoes busy these are sweet! Personally I think it's a huge marketing mistake (Asics that is) not to have these ready to ship prior to the Masters; look at the buzzzzzz.
  2. She's a peach! definitely ditch the gold paint though; completely ruins it.
  3. That model looks fantastic! Something about it gives me a retro feel; maybe it's the face. I want one!!!
  4. I personally like very clean aesthetics; I'm big into paintfill work so I will personalize my look through creative colors (usually earthy) and grips. However; I DO NOT like flashy badging and toyish looks either; aka. Taylormade.
  5. That set is the one and only 2009 iron offering I would love to own; very nice and refined looking....congrats!
  6. I love the look of these irons; if anyone has a set for sale send me a PM!!! BB
  7. Why not; MOI means reduced twisting and straighter drives; I do no know any good players (including my friends on tour) who ever stop looking for more consistancy. I'm so over extremely deep faced designs; like I said the 701G seems just about right! What appeals to me the most is the combination of square faces and MOI; that's always been the missing piece for me in the J Spec driver market. It was always shallow=closed and deep=square to open. This appears to be square=mid/shallow w/MOI....PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!
  8. Exactly; I could never really undertand why they produced such a deep faced; low spin model of driver for the Japanese marketplace; just doesn't seem to fit the demographic. Also good to see the grooves are absent across the face as well. I'm digging this one but really looking forward to hearing feedback regarding the 701G model; seems like the first one I can remember in the Tourstage lineup that balances the desires of the better players with increased launch and forgiveness. Call me crazy but even a scratch player needs equipment they can feel confident over right! BB
  9. You are playing the 425cc Nano V; same as the one I had. It is a very nice driver too...BB
  10. I played that driver for a while too and the ONOFF is superior in my opinion. I think you might like it...
  11. I'm gaming the ONOFF Plus all black right now shafted with a Voodoo XDV6 (tour only) and it's the longest and straightest driver I've ever played. The bugaboo with this model is the ability to re-shaft (can be done but technically sensitive) so make sure you order the driver with a shaft you know will fit your swing profile...BB
  12. I want a set of tour irons too!!! Hell; I wanted last years set but they seemed to vanish before we ever had a shot at them...BB
  13. These have such a nice clean look to them; I can almost feel that nice crisp thwak already! I love these drivers...BB
  14. I absolutely love my ONOFF Plus driver; had no problem reshafting it either. Did anyone else notice that they incorrectly spelled "hyper effective zone" on the sole? They used another "f" in place of the "e" in effective; "hyper fffective zone"; kind of feaks me out...
  15. What a fantastic looking iron but I think I'm finally over the blade thing; I did my own personal trial to see once and for all if blades truly are more difficult to score with (related to my game obviously) and during the trial period I concluded they cost me 2 to 3 strokes a round. That hurts a bit to much considering my handicap is 5. I would consider myself a pretty darn good ball striker too. To each his own but after this I'm stearing clear of blades...BB
  16. I recently purchased the exact same driver and it's one of the longest and best feeling models I've ever hit; ever! Stock stiff shaft seems soft but holds up amazing well....BB
  17. You know what; let's make this quick....$225.00 shipped (yes it is basically mint). Gone tonight would be nice...
  18. The Fd driver is still for sale and never played since I decided to let it go. I will sell it for $250 shipped; that's incredible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BB
  19. When it comes to a blade (US or JDM) for me the Cobra Pro-MB's are without a doubt my fav's. Ultra clean lines; modern MB so it's pretty darn forgiving and the feel is incredible. I think you would be very happy with these...BB
  20. Traditional Golf for sure; they have a bit of offset and the feel is simply top of the line. I have idea if Mark is still in business or not (I'm sure he is; great guy, super classy) but his irons where 100% Japanese and 100% fantastic. I have a set I would sell if anyone was interested; drop dead good looking irons. Actually; if anyone is interested send me a PM for pics and specs....BB
  21. I've wanted one of these since it launched; who doe's the 460cc model compare to the 425cc? Can you adjust the 460cc as well? Is the initial launch low, medium or high? Thanks boys.....BB
