should work fine.. scrape the shafts tip like always and use a larger ferrell.. the shim should work though* :confused:

pretty sure .335.. i think it is a ys-5 shaft in the cobra's...

that's the correct shim.. call one of the dealers listed on rifle's web page-- the PX wood shafts are new and just may niot be on the web pages yet..

alright--- i still think you have a tour x-stiff flex shaft.. from what i have sen on their shafts>> TOUR AD accuracy & distance than designed by -- and underneath that is the type of shaft and flex.. W-70 <S>.. the "s" at the end may be the trade mark symbol-- NOT 100% sure and maybe others will chime in.. or email >> [email protected] with the question...

some good ones>> accra sc-75, ust v.2 75, ys-power 75, i assume you like shafts in the heavier range.. 70-80grams-- since you play the speeder757.. others>> accuflex evolution, harrison 2.5ti-75, aldila nv 75 some good all around shafts thats are less than the 757...

tip one inch and it will play to a x-flex.. half in and it will just firm the tip up some.. bring it up half flex>> s+ standard bore hosel> 1.5'' lenght.. bore through ---- NO TIPPING!! you'll have a board

oh yea,, after the frequency meter reads the cpm's it flashes "swing like hell" :smile2: it's one tuff shaft... hit it well...

half inch increments for all 3-9iron, pw,sw,lw,gw all can be the same length 37''.. your on the right track.. and yes-- good shafts.. different feel -- more silky feel to them but still have that nice control of the DG's.............. :cool:

just a guess here but>. 265-270+ should be the range...

low risk, heat gun on the hosel and if wants to be extra careful-- wet rag on the rest of head.. with a good puller -- not alot of heat will be needed..

tour spec, not 100% sure of it but do recall the accra people telling me they were made overseas... i'll see what i can findout..

even with the tight spec's this shat really plays very well for the mortal golfer.. in a fwy wood it is dead on rope straight shots.. the sc-75 also is a great fwy shaft and cost alot less..

you can still get a custom job done on the irons.. get the lie checked if you do nothing else-- very important and why change your swing-- may be for the worst.. length also can be altered if needed.. 2 minor things that can be done for not alot of money and will make the irons only play better.. my 2cents.. :cool:

look at the accra sc-75... been a very good shaft for doing what your looking for :cool:

weigh the tour stage grips after you take them off.. if you like the swing now-- find a grip that weighs the same.. i don't know the tour stage grip weight.. if the new grips are lighter you will most likely have a heavier swing weight-- more head feel--since most cord grips are i know of are heavier than the csline blacks..

tipping the shaft that much will push the x flex into a xx or more.. very hard feeling and will do the opposite-- most likely have a lower ball flight and club that feels like steel pole..

played an tour i-rod fwy shaft.. the real deal.. not for the weak swings my friend.. did'nt even tip the shaft for a 5wd and it plays tight***

v2 55>> 55-57 grams, 3.6-7.2 torgue v2 65 >. 63-66grams, 2.9-3.1 torgue v2 75>> 75-76 grams, 2.2 torgue.. from what i have been told.. mid kick in all.. middle hoop strength is the key to these-- ala very much like the accra line.. low torgue-soft tip and butt section- powerful middle section.. just say a model - not hitable- paint job is a ruff tecture.. much like the MFS series from mcc/apache..maybe a month away with some filtering out sooner.. price range > 70-80 maybe... just info* :smile1:

blue>. best i feel for a quick tempo swinger.. a little firmer feel than the nv-65 - it has a very silky feel to it.. ball flight for both real close.. nothing too high-- mid ball and good distance with both.. the blue just seems to play best with quicker hands players.. form what i have noticed and hit..

both will play out very close in flex.. but the long irons will be softer and go higher with the flighted rifles.. the only main difference i think..
