Epon 703's
I have to agree with free... The Roddio's put a new meaning on smooth. If you're considering graphite these rule the roost. As per the steel shafts you have, the Modus would certainly feel the best where as the C-tapers would most likely be the better performers.

Epon 703's
What have you been playing

Epon 703's
Had a chance to hit the 703's. They are amazing and IMO much better than the 701-702's in every way including feel. I play a players CB for the most part and the 703's were not shovel like. The 703's (for me) were much better than the 503's.

Seven Dreamers Shaft
I wouldn't buy it. Name and or brand recognition means nothing to the guys I play with. There are only a select few who would ever know the difference and I have to fly across the Ocean to play golf with them. Still not convinced they would be impressed..... Maybe if I drove the ball way past them and was in the fairway every time.

Seven Dreamers Shaft
Have to admit I'm struggling with this one. I'm huge on feel... if it doesn't feel good I don't really care if the performance is just slightly better. This one... is going to have to feel beyond amazing as well as a very large, very noticeable performance gain in both distance and dispersion. I'm not kidding anyone when I say I have my doubts the gains (if any) will warrant the price. Standing by..........

ONOFF LABOSPEC CB358 Forged Limited Model
I have the I-10's in mine. I had the lie angles and SW's checked when I got them mainly because I didn't know what the SW's were. Lie angles checked out perfect (what I ordered) and SW's were spot on. D1 5-9, D2.5 PW. My miss is on the toe side. After about 6-7 rounds I haven't even come close to the toe. So far so good here. Everything I can think to say about this combo is 100% positive.

sold...thanks for all the nice posts and of course Thanks to TSG!!
Let me tell you what's wrong with these irons: Because they're not a boutique brand they don't get the hype others do. Not very many people play (buy) these so they don't get the reviews as others do. Let me tell you what's right with these irons: Everything. There isn't a better set of players CB's on the market.

ONOFF LABOSPEC CB358 Forged Limited Model
Interesting you would describe them this way as this is the same "feel" I get with them. And yes, the Roddio's are much better than what I was expecting. Gives the word "smooth" a new meaning.

SOLD -2014 Gloire driver: head only or with stock R shaft
I've tried to kick mine out of the bag over the last few weeks with the best from the US and JDM offerings. Has turned out to be a complete waste of time and has only made me realize how good this driver is. My SS approaches 100mph. I gauge a driver how it performs when I don't put the perfect swing on it as they all perform well when nutted. This one performs best for me regardless of what swing I put on it.

Resale value of irons
Custom sets are much harder to sell. They were made for you. I would advise against going this route unless you plan to keep them. Those that release a new line every year take a pretty good hit as well. From my experience Epon has had the best resale value. After that the popularity of the clubs seem to be the driving factor along with limited production. Brand name recognition is important as well. Most importantly, golf clubs in general make poor "investments" unless you're buying them to try and improve your game.

Awesome gear for sale (Adidas, Romaro, Epon, PRGR, Kamui Pro)
If I swung hard enough to use these shafts my back would be in worse shape than yours.... Great gear, wish I could take a couple of items off your hands.

Is this Kobayashi-san's Final Design?
Can't disagree with anyone (yet).... I'm thinking we might have some different answers... At first I was going to say the Zero?? but after further review I can def see the 460 ZR in it. I'd consider repainting the crown.

ONOFF LABOSPEC CB358 Forged Limited Model
Had my first round today. Will have another tomorrow and again the next day and will then post my review. I must say they look waaaaaay better than I thought they would. Shape/size is much better imo than the previous models. The 358's are noticeably more compact (compared to 2011 and 13's) and have less offset. Really like the finish as well.
