2006 G-Field Forged CNC -L- w/PICS!
Chirs, Talk about customer service. I emailed you 2 weeks ago asking about the forged L. You said no more stock. I said please tell them to make one forged in carbon steel and no insert. Give me 2 months to save up for this baby. I just bought a napa, have a set of irons on the way, and am also currently bidding on a BHB7 long putter. PM me with pricing.

Gauge Japan Tour Zero
AK, My experience/ thinking is more, the faster and smoother the greens the purer the ball will roll on it's on with a decent stroke because the skidding action on the first few inches seem to be less affected by the conditions. The milling marks help when the green is not so smooth and not so fast because it will promote the less skid type action. Just my theory from playing extreme differing conditions.

Gauge Japan Tour Zero
Chris, Interesting with "the no milling marks for faster greens". From experience I would tend to agree. Also less loft as well.

Introducing the Gauge Japan Forged Terra!
Don't the guys saying "looks like a red X" mean that it looks like an Odessey Rosie?

Tourstage updates the X-01 line of balls
Are there any changes to graphics, etc to distinguish the older models from the newer ones? No wonder these have come down in price quite a bit over here.

Tourstage TV Comercials from Japan!
Interesting most play the X01 over thw X01S and X01H. I have that preference as well. Spin is so noticeably better around the green with the x01.

Mistubishi Bassara Shafts?
They also used these as the stock shaft on most Japan Nike retail woods in the Forged 350/400 series. I only it one. I can't really comment on it. I find however that the other Mistu shafts outside of the Diamana are very good as well. I would take most of them over the Proforces, EI70s, and Prolites.

Tour Only Fuji TourSpec 671TE Stiff
Haha, Sorry can't relate. My golf season is 365 days a year barring typhoons. If I find a head that is interesting I might buy the shaft outright. Will let you know. In the meantime I'll just bump you p.

"Funky" Import Driver Headcover
Check out Chris' Ultraman headcover. That is so cool. Most of the Japan headcovers have better durability as well. I just picked up the TM Tour headcover, like the one Chris has in his catalogue. It should be here next week. I hope it fits my R5.

The Most Popular Shafts in Japan!
The Japan only MW64 is a very good shaft. Unfortunately the one I have is a bit too much for me in X Flex. Anyone want to trade me a S?

The revamp of Honma Golf Co.
Trust me Willy know what he is talking about. I will wait a couple of weeks for the TourWorld 400 driver to be a hand me down in my direction once he decides what to shaft his TourWorld 460. People keep saying Honmas are overpriced, they maybe to an extent. I have yet to see a "bad" graphite Honma shaft, ill fitted to the player yes, but spec/QC and level of technology, Honma graphite shafts are equal to the $200-350 Fujis/Mitsubishis/GDs.

Looking for Putter
That has been one of my holy grails as well. The only import "8802" I have tried is a Honma from the early/mid 90s. Bronze color. Felt good but the shape wasn't the exact shape I was looking for. More like the Napa Oil Can. I prefer the softer shape of the 8802 and Napa gun blue.

Older set of 14 blades Tour Blade 600??
Don't get too excited. These look like 15 year old blades. I was just wondering more about the "S Handa". Is he a known clubmaker/designer or did I just pick up a set or personalized set? I would say I didn't do too bad. $75 for 3-GW. The shafts say Regular but the step pattern is in between DGS300 and DGR300 maybe an inch closer to DGR300 also lighter feeling shafts

Older set of 14 blades Tour Blade 600??
I'll post a pic this weekend. I've never figured out a way to post pics here. They look like a really old model. I would guess early 90's. It is still the older fourteen logo, actually no logo just the word fourteen on the sole. Very clean simple looking blade. A slightly wider sole then most blades of the early 90's. A tad more offset than my MP32s. The big plus is that it doesn't have the huge PW that is in most Japanese clubs.

Older set of 14 blades Tour Blade 600??
I just picked up a set of Fourteen blades. They look like an older model (really older). It says S. Handa Tour Blade 600. Anybody know anything about them? Who is S. Handa? I picked them up 3-GW (8.5/10)for the price of a 2 full tanks of gas so nothing can go wrong there. I love the grind. It has a killed leading edge that also now matches my Callaway Tour issue wedges.

First came the GiAnT drivers.....Now the GiAnT putters!
Guys read my response which is the fourth reply. The Macgregor putter was called the RESPONSE. Also Shipping for this club would probably a bit more right Chris?

Time to have my Macgregor Response done in 3Xblack.

Anyone see the new X-Tour Wedge???
That is almost the exact grind on my Callaway Tour issue forged (not plus) wedges. I love them for one of the courses I play regularly. I hardly hit them fat even when I get a little steep. Mine are really heavy too. D6.5 even with GAT 95 shafts. I wish mine had a little more heel relief.

Bridgestone/Tourstage PV-4 putter
Rolls very good. The best feature for me is that it is not hot off the face like most SS putters. I don't know how to post pics here. The guy I was playing with the other day bought mine on the spot. I had to order another one. The PT502 seems to a lot better quality than the PT501. Also the 501 has a site dot and a site line :wah: .

Bridgestone/Tourstage PV-4 putter
IIRC from trying them out 3 or 4 years ag. "Aluminum" looking finish. Nice mill marks (not so sure anymore). The ones I tired were a little light, I like all my putters to be at least 350grams headweight. The feel was very similar to a SC ProPlat, kind of hot off the face yet still soft. These should be very cheap now, they weren't too expensive back then. Honestly go find a Katana putter. I have pic of the one I just bought. The best quality for value putter I've tried in the past 2 years, heck even for 2x what I got if for it's still a great putter.

Srixon I505 vs PRGR TR910
they're by swing speed - meters/second I'm not good at M/S conversion. So which shaft would flex similar to a DGS300 or a PX 5.5?
