  1. You realize you are arguing "unbiasedness" with a person calling himself Miuramaniac, right?

Am in agreement… Nice looking bag… Why the Scratch wedges over something else, like oh I don't know maybe RomaRo?
  3. Volvik is the best ball made...
  4. Am in line to vote now... Can't comment on either the Diamana or the AD DI, but a 10.5 * head should give you mid high trajectory even if you go lower launch shaft. If I remember with the driver you were playing in San Diego was a 10+ with the Diamana, I would go with that.. Your trajectory was quite nice...
  5. M, Great write-up, would love to hear more comparison to the Hex Black as that is my current gamer...

Why do you know the softness of idrive's balls?

I think the biggest surprise ones for me were the Maruman KS Zero. Really liked them, but they don't do a conforming version so I have a 52, 54, 56 and 60 that don't see the light of day anymore… Had a trio of Chikaras that spun too much and chewed balls up like they were paper, have to say they were my least favorite… Traded for a pair of Yamahas, just haven't shafted them up yet… Also eager to hit the Crazy wedges I have on order...
  8. I believe that constitutes price fixing...
  9. I only had 2 swings with it… So I doubt I actually nutted anything, but I know what the RomaRos feel like nutted… Nuttah Buttahs… sorry sometimes the New England accent comes out...
  10. Take the second place prize back from that wanking sandbagger...
  11. Well, I should have the opportunity to try the ONOFF Forged from '09 soon and will also be able to compare to the '13 Yamaha Blades whenever those start shipping… Also, managed to take a couple of swings with Potuna's ONOFF Forged a month or so ago. Based on those two swings I don't think they are materially softer than the RomaRo...
  12. The RomaRos are shafted with Attas Tour 110 X flex, the Epons are shafted with the UST IS 980/990s combo set...
  13. Pardon the dirtiness of the clubs and the poor camera quality. Also, the 6 iron got a bad ding from a buried rock… However if someone would like to donate a dozen Epon balls to my cause, since T won't do it , I am sure I can find the time to wash the heads and borrow the wife's camera. Could even set up the kiddie pool in the backyard for a second dozen... The order is PW, 8 iron and 6 iron In the face pictures the RomaRo are on top. In the sole pictures, RomaRo has no paint fill and in the address position, Epon has the all black ferrules... Faces: Soles: Address: Back:
  14. Can attest to the quality of the head… Great FW… Compact is an understatement, it is almost the same size as some hybrids...
  15. You meant low balling… Yes, usually people are afraid to publicly low ball… Usually when I do it, I say it up front.. As in, "I know this is a low ball offer, but if you get to the point of wanting to sell it…" In this case, I would equate it to making a pass at a woman that is out of your league. Could be taken as a joke or if they happen to be desperate enough might follow you back to your room…

OK, how about last 6 months...

How about those that have purchased Epon clubs in the past year...
  18. Yes, which irons would you like?
  19. It was a long shot trade offer... How is that hijacking?
  20. Have a Yonex Ezone 14* 3wd with a Crazy Sigma 50 FW playing at ~44". If you be interested in it for the Ryoma...
  21. I have a head only Yonex 380...
  22. I agree with the comparison to the Personals, but have only found it hard to get large movements. Baby draws and fades, <10 yards, are not overly difficult but the > 15yd movement is tough.

You can also bore out the hosel... Shouldn't have any impact on the head performance... I played a Fubuki in an Adams Super XTD, they play loose to flex by a decent amount. At least the one that came with the head did. Didn't pay attention whether it was an OEM Fubuki or real. I was trying to find a use for the AD EV as I did not get along with it in any FW or driver I tried it in. So it was an experiment that turned out well. If you already like the EV in other stuff and also already have the Fubuki, I would start with the Fubuki. If however you are like me and don't get along with the EV and don't care if the experiment goes awry then have some fun. I absolutely love my ONOFFs with the butt cut EV. On the Crazy UT side, I have an X flex and a couple of S flexes. Not a fan of the UT shaft from Crazy. Can pound the crap out the FW80 and Sigma 50 FW but not the UTs. Prefer the QFE to the Crazy, but like the Attas Hy most out of the hybrid shafts I have played...

I have butt cut and trimmed for FW lofts to do it... Using GD Tour AD EV 7x in a pair of ONOFF utilities to great success. Just ask Potuna..
