ohh nooo. normally i hit an 8 or maybe a hard 9 iron . about 150 .., in general it goes.. well normal lofts the PW is about 125-132 ish.., .. but the 44* PW goes rediculous distance. it totally messus up ur head if ur not used to steroid injected lofts. ihit the 9 iron over the bakc of the green at nishi nasuno 3 weeks ago on a 147 yard par 3 .., flew the green into the back bunker. i cudd thrown the clubs into atree!! my monacco shafted clubs normally with a NON cut shot 130ish pretty spot on. with the modus take say 5-10 yards off. -
ok thats done cheers.., il pop u a pm.

ok i got a greta idea of distance tonight with this vs the jbeam 425 tour flight oodles higher, incredibly straight can amke this thing do anything can hit stingers with it got ito turn over a bit and got it to slice, but had to exagerate the movement to get it.. not advisable nor required just hit it staright ,becc tahst where it wants to go. oh nad the the jbeam is 30 yards longer, easily

12.

mmc i agree the jbeam 435 spins less DEFINATLY and is lower and longer the yamaha sounds feels MUCH better but aint that far behind. the 435 is a great driver head , prob no1 for the big thumpers.

prob worth mentioning they are in pretty mint condition as the phots show. adams super black idea. 19* roddio pentacross w-8wa stiff.... 3.1 torque... 81.5 gram well. this was built to go 200 but it goes just about 220 ish plus/minus a bit. for me. id think of all utilities i have built this is prob the most versatile. and really good to hit one. i had to build the NEXT one to get me back to 200 yards. but this one is workable. mid flighted and just fantastico. an ultimate utility, utility paypal EMS shipped price.. $300 adams super black idea 21* diamana thump 465 ct Xflex 103 gram 2.2 torque "thump" is dead right....! move this about ur doing ok.. 195-205 ish range for me. seems spot on. high thumping heavy 24* ute. wanna hit a green?? hit this baby. PP EMS shipped price $260 all these were re-made by me, once i pulled those hideous green aldilla things frm the adams they started to rattle and hum no wonder these things are the kahoonas on tour. shafte them right and oh boyo.... good to go great to play awsome utes.

stability is amazing it doesnt move at all spin seems very very low. has to be considering i had a ls noir in this head pervious ,that went far too high the bimatrix brought hths down to a lovely arc. its still high but no balllooning at all. still not long but its deadly accurate. i dont think i have a more accurate driver period. just not long low spin VERY low launch the metal tip is fine its a totalyl differnt feel ,like hititng steel but with the feeel of carbon. its not ... great. no means.... but it works! and id prob think people under a certian swing speed that dont hit long, this wont suit very wel unless ugot a huge lofted head. i wouldnt like to hit this under 10.5*... even that might struggle. the 12* was perfect . i was hitting this and my gamer the diamana X and the diama X was much longer nad a much better flight path. but.. the bimatrix was arrow straight. i went thru my usual courses on every hole while i was swimming on sat arvo. and there is prob only 3 holes on most courses that this wont give me an advantage bec of ditance. and or hitting into the wind it would prob get too high and short.. but .. it wil be straight...! i can use this INSTEAD OF A 3wood and or the kasco now. this gives meHUGE otions potentially. ill game her o nthe weekend and im taking it to melbourne . accuracy has a price..!

i had another huge range session on saturday on course with proper balls. im ranging more than playing at the moment, my golfing buddies have all but retired! but if u saw the range i play on..,. well.... ud understand. its amazingly good so i went head to head with perosnals... yonex... srixons.. miuras.. yamahas kamui were just 1 set , the others i had 2 of in just the 6 iron the monacocs are better all round the c10s are punchier, better to keep dead straight. the monaccos (in x ) are stil workable ,the c10s arnt. moral to the story.... if uwant these perosnals to just move about a bit then the monaccos are perfect. if wuant to hit bullets then the heavier clunkier ones like X200 or the like will suit better i didnt really notice any differnce in distance between the perosnals, but the monacoos are a bit higher. but only slightly i DID find these heads DO hit the ball higher than all the other meantoned i wasnt going head vs head test . i was doing shaft v shaft that why i took 2 of each with differnt shafts to see what shaft i actualyl like the best and play the best. miura 5002------ x100 + monacco TX srixon pro 100------- NS 2f15 + c10 yonex ezone.-------2f15 + 2s14 kamui 100---------x100 yamaha tour 2010 + 2006 ---monacco X and DGS200 the epon HEADS are flightier , and higher than ALL these. so if uwant to keep the ball down.. id suggest a slightly less flighty shaft! that why i swapped out the DPS (modus3 ) 2 weeks ago.. this was VERY noticeable against these other clubs and every club was a 6 iron the epons were the most enjoyable to hit. they have that something extra. the yamahas are RIGHT up thier strasa tho. the monacco shaft 2010 is mustard! its more workable and had that thump...... gee yams are good. oh to be spolit................,

thats one clean looking set up u got there.. would game that in a heartbeat.! few more piccys would be very nice. ur right on the long irons for feel thers NOTHING better in golf .. (except of course.., a drained 12 foot slider on 18 for par to seal the victory and steal the cash....!)
-
hah sorry yea shud hav been more specific
-
the 10* head i find is perfect with EVREY shaft i put in it. the 9* is LOT less forgiving and needs a higher laucnhing shaft for normal people. the bb6x i nthe 9* was great but it leaked right with slice , the 10* idont find that .., i might push it a bit but not a real dead real slice (comapred to the 9*) as a general rule with yamaha, ive found u can go the higher loft with confidence for the general majority ..., and 10* is nt really a high loft! never trust a shiiiiiiiiiiiiity fall out of the sky range ball.. they lie like a roppongi stripper on a thursday night at 2am...!
-
you got it... ive snapped 12....by loking at them.... in winter.. chuck norris got NOTHING on me...! god no.. ive never had an issue at all. with any club i was just asking bec of the initial post. id never considered that normal playing temps cud make the club " potentially vulnerable" i do know that in colder conds higher laucn and a flexier shaft = more distance. thats about it. perfect....
-
what i shud have said...... was......., its whippier than the shafts i normally play. if u match this agianst a graphite design p9003x. or a diamana stiinger X... or the GD bb7x... or crazy fw 8.2...... which most know .. i play......'then.........., well u see what im saying......, its whippiER..... as i said tho.., its a very good shaft ,and an excellent stock issue, as all GD shafts are. without exception but its not suited perfectly for me.... ur right it does hit the ball very piercing and low nad what id call a strong flight. which suits this head pefectly. but when u got the 2 differnt 3 woods i have then this one is a perfect blend of both. as i said if u had. like most guys, just 1 spoon............., then this would be perfect. but ilike the egg off the deck better.. and ilike the yamaha better off a tee. as an allround 3 wood this takes beating. but i dont need all round i want specific. thats it.
