  1. Yeah, I've had one round with it. It looks fantastic at address, very compact. I have The M6 xstiff in this, and even though I'd like to describe myself as a bit of a hard hitter, this was one tough Shaft. I didn't swing very well that day but still, this was a difficult combo for me. I have The 10 degree head and I still had a hard time getting it to launch. The Shaft felt stout, extremely stable was not easy to load. I did hit a few bombs with this combo but all in all this head seems to need a higher launching less stiff Shaft to work for me. The M series Shaft seems to play really rather stiff to flex, felt stable. I play it at 45.5, maybe that is shorter than ideal for The M-series, making it play really stiff.
  2. I haven't hit it, but The HG 445 looks The best of them all to me. Not often mentioned for some reason. Looks wise it's The best, can..t believe it would feel less good than The 435 or 435II
  3. Cool stuff! I especially like thag it's android ready and iphony at a later stage, ha ha
  4. Yeah The X really IS an X. Gonna check The cpm On this, maybe it has been tipped like 2 inches or something, ha ha? I mean, I got up this morning and had a sore left ankle from "pushing through the ball" yesterday..But you are right a heavier but softer Shaft might be just The ticket.
  5. Yeah, it looks incredibly good and so "hitable". I have it at 45.5 which I thought would soften the Shaft a bit. But it really felt like steel pole this shaft. Going down to thaniya to have a look around soon.
  6. I just heard so many comments about the zero being a bit hard to launch and not very forgiving, here's hoping another Shaft will make the Mizuno less difficult to launch/harsh. This one is at 45.5 now, which I usually don't have problems hitting. Thinking about putting something smooth in this Shaft wise, maybe a fubuki or kaili
  7. I recently picked up one of hese in almost as new condition, fitted with a Roddio M6 X-flex Shaft. This combo sounded good to me on paper since Im a bit of a hard hitter. The guy I bought it from has a pro friend, so this was built to his specs..had a round with it yesterday, didn't really have "good" swing day, but my body HURTS today. This Shaft felt incredibly stout to me, and coupled with the 611 it became a very hard to launch combo, even though I usually hit it high, too high even. and this is the 10 degree head..The whole set-up felt very unforgiving and punishing, I really had to swing hard to get something out of it, and the head felt really hard at impact too, which was surprising. I did hit a few really low spin/low launch bombs that had a lot of run out, but overall this club just felt really tough to get going. I haven't hit the Epon Zero, but I get the feeling these heads are somehow similar, very demanding. Now I need to get a softer, higher launching Shaft in this head, that might make it the ultimate combo of low spin and easy launch with some potential to get some run out. The Roddio Shaft really is a beast though, I swing around 110-114 and I felt like this Shaft didn't load/bend at all.

    Excellent post, I fully agree.

Do they play soft, these shafts? Maybe one for smoother swingers
  10. First off, I'm extremely surprised you only hit 235-245 with a SS of around 115, or even if it's now down from that. Anybody with that SS should move it at least 275-280 without much trouble. When i saw the beginning your post stating you love the P9003x and saw all your shafts are Xstiff I was immediately thinking "hard hitter" so I was really shocked when you stated your distance..It sounds like you should be able to hit your RC hybrid around 235..? Anyway, keeping the weight up is a good thing I think, but I would advice you to go with the S instead of the X so you can get more yards with less effort, especially with your knee problem. I think the heavier weight will make timing less of an issue, so go with S. In my experience a heavy shaft lets you go down in flex and still retain accuracy, plus gives an easier to feel kick.
  11. Where I am (Thailand) there is an Oakley specialist shop in most of the major shopping centers, selling all kinds of stuff from shoes, golf gloves, golf bags and head covers. In which country are you?
  12. Don't they have your preffered lofts, or why are you bending the clubs?
  13. Not to mention it's very light for a fw Shaft.
  14. I thought The S was for shorter (under 45) builds and The M for longer than that.
  15. Are there really that many people that have hit this driver? Seems like it's hard to even buy one at the moment, the first batch was sold out?
  16. How long do you play The driver? My m6 is at 45.5, looking forward to trying it out
  17. I normally like deep faced drivers, but tbe 388 looks so "hittable" for lack of a better word. I like The kinda oval shape of The face
  18. A bit OT, but I just got The Mizuno mp Craft 611 with The roddio M6 x-flex Shaft. Havent had The chance to hit this combo yet. Have you used The m6 before?
  19. The only downside is The name, otherwise amazing looking wedges..

I have set of x-flex with The 5-iron at 38.5. They are sitting idle at The moment, was thinking about getting new heads for them..but maybe
  21. They bend The clubs to ordered spec after making The heads. They don't have different forging molds for different lie angles, would be extremely expensive to do that..
  22. Looks a lot like my older model kyoei/vega blades. But The GS blades are s20 and Kyoei, that also makes The Yonex MBs, mostly forges s25 if I'm not wrong? Who makes The Yururi blades? Kyoei too?

I must say that the OnOff forged looks awfully nice in photos..Like some sort of perfect blend type of iron.
  24. I've got one of these, 10 degrees fitted with a Roddio M6 in Xstiff. haven't had the chance to hit it yet, too busy at work at the moment.

Looked like the best numbers came with the CRZ 450 with the CB46 7.7 SX?
