  1. Wow Dont know about you guys but I can see this little chicken getting a bit confused here.
  2. For what it is worth I cant split the Miurism SB01 an the Buchi Blades from last year. Buchi takes forever to get done but the customisation has pretty much no end. The custom SB 01 have less options and were much quicker to get done. Both have almost zero offset. I could not recommend one over the other especially for a quality player like yourself.
  3. Yeah mate getting to a silly price. Maybe TSG needs a wanted to give away section
  4. Cool mate Dont have anything to trade for you, but boy I like looking at nice putters. Nearly as much as the White Pointers at Bondi
  5. Yeah Chris, spot on Really different sensation, unlike any other putter face that I have hit. Cant say it is growing on me, but boy it putts true. Maybe I am just spoilt in being lucky enough to compare it to other top notch putters including several Golds. I think it is a putter you will either love or hate. No middle ground. Performance wise it is as true and consistant as any other putter I have hit. So if you are after performance, dont let me talk you out of it as you may miss out on something that could change your game. And putters are not normally something I comment on. They are just too much up to the individual.
  6. Have not played many graphite shafts in irons but am very interested in what you choose and more importantly how you find them.
  7. Sadly I have not hit any of these yet. Saw them in person for the first time recemtly, and all the woods look as good in the flesh as they do in the photos. When you see them, they just look like serious weapons.

I played these for 9 holes on the weekend as well. Not much looks any better and they feel good to. If I didnt have 4 million Crazy Toyoshima wedges, I would have taken them back with me.
  9. I have the Driver, 3W and ute. All go good. I dont play any of them as I have found other stuff that just goes better. The 3W and ute have a very Crazy like performance. The 3W is tiny very similar to the Crazy F3 size. Even though I dont use them, I cant knock them. They are quality clubs, and for me are only a bees d**k off being in the bag. Pretty much these days, we have an abundance of quality clubs that just perform. All the technology etc is out there and they all have it. Comes down to personal preference me thinks.
  10. Well done. Anyone who can get this head wired is one lucky boy. Wish it was me

This one is a significant improvement over the original 450. The original 450 was a dud. I dont think it is a monster long head like the 435 or the Maxima, but it is not too far behind. It is as long as these sometimes, but not consistantly. It is certainly in the next group distance wise. Where it wins is its forgiveness. Hard to hit a really bad drive with it. I still play it as my Driver of choice as, for me it is the longest and straightest that I have. Easily. Sound, well cant say anything good about it. Its pretty ordinary and loud. Feel, well not so good there either. To be honest, I cant see anything knocking this out of my bag in the near future.
  12. Firstly, the cave is full. Have hit this a few times and I really like it. Cant say that I will ever fall in love with the sound, or feel. It is quite unique. Looks wise it is a treat. Never putted with it before so cant make any comparisons as to any improvement in performance Very straight and true, but I need ear plugs.
  13. I also had a crack with these yesterday on the practice greens. The Catalina classic is even better in person than the photos
  14. Very nice result. Stunning in fact You should be over themoon with this Best of luck with it.
  15. I dont know anything at all about this shaft. But I do think Geotech is the most under rated brand out there performance wise. Bang for your buck it cant be beaten. I would have no hesitation giving it a go if you like it
  16. I think I might get a set. And give them to someone I dont like

As I said it was and still is good advice. Most wedges spin like mad, for a while. The Crazys will for a long long time. That is from experience. They dont spin as much as some, like for example the Yururis, but after extended use, the Crazys (and some other high end wedges) lose very little. Mine spin the same after 2 years or so as when I first started using them. Buying them used is better. Makes them cheap

I think mpbachman gave you some good advice. You should snaffle up those Crazys.

I think it is a fair price. The BST at the moment is a sellers graveyard. The Ryoma F2 is a great head. Might possibly knock the Egg out of the bag. Higher launching but not as long. Both of these are awesome clubs for different reasons. The S Yard, well i think its just another FW. Nothing better or worse than a 1000 others.

Must admit I did have a wry smile at the title Good gear, good luck both with the sale and at home.
  22. Good write up. Both sets are obviously very good Have always thought the AF tours to be the best of the Epon blades, yes I liked them better than the Personals I too really like the look of the 5005. The problem is , there is just so much great gear around, and it all looks so good. I think our decisions are getting harder every year.
  23. Regardless of the who, what when and why, I still think it is a harsh comment, and uncalled for You may have every right to be upset, and the person may be a rat, but still !!!!!
  24. Must admit the Modart woods and utility look as good as anything I have ever seen Have heard good reports on the Driver but this is the first I have heard reviews on the FW To ne compared to the Ryoma FW is no mean feat. Also a shame that some of the best and most popular Crazy stuff is no more. Hopefully they will continue to produce proven performers.
