  1. So how it go in your round? Romaro is one of my top choice brands now a days:) Loved their irons, but now really getting into the woods.
  2. Nice... they look good but are even better once you hit them! :)
  3. Romaro is in my opinion a very underrated brand. As you may know, I did many testing sessions with Chris on this brand and I loved the Romaro irons over the very popular Epon line of clubs. The driver and woods are just as good! On the driver, I like how it has the high back finish, It makes it look more compact and helps produce a flatter trajectory for me.
  4. Glad you like the driver! Ryoma is a veeery popular driver for those enthusiasts and loyal followers. It is one of the best drivers out there for the performance and quality! The ST is Looong! :)
  5. I dont think it's a club I'll play, but as always a very cool and unique design by George Spirits!
  6. Oh. also while I'm here... Just like to mention that the MONO M1 Putters are in shop now! http://www.tourspecgolf.com/product_info.php?products_id=4922
  7. The 450, like Chris said is not the lowest spinning, but is very easy to control. I think its best attribute is the feel and workability of the head. Gorgeous lookin too!
  8. These irons were very solid! It sets up square and the compact head really makes it easy to transition to and from a full muscle back. TS did a REALLY good job this year!
  9. The new Maxima is very appealing! Can't wait to try it. I hope they can get it out soon! I know there's alot of talk about the heads from China going around... It's best to wait it out for the final product. Ryoma does alot of testing and will release it once they are sure its performance and quality are in tune. Most of the time you can tell a big difference in performance if you compare the final product to a fake or "premature" product.
  10. It's for the Solid Color Japan model. No news for the US one yet... Too bad... its too soon:(
  11. Standard Niion grips are now in the shop! Putter grip coming soon! :)
  12. Geotech is a very underrated brand! Great quality and playability. They are starting to put out more higher priced products, but still waaaay more reasonable in price than most brands. Still no.1 in bang for buck.
  13. Yup. Agree, only the areas needed are left in this head. Its a rather compact size overall, but it is definitely is very very stable across the face. I think it sets up better than most other drivers I've seen recently.
  14. It always amazes me how small tweaks make a big difference in performance. As for clubs, I think its good to have 1 set of clubs once you dial in on the type of club that works for you. It helps you adapt to the clubs as overtime, your swing does naturally adapt to the club. But with that said...Golf's a continuous work in progress and it doesn't hurt to continue the search for a that something a little more..;) Part of the fun. It's a good thought to use 1 set of clubs (or 1 type of club) once you dial in on what's working for you. Then from there you can go for minor adjustments, to find that optimal combination for you.
  15. The new Black Gloss finish looks amazing! Now I'm confused on which finish is my favorite. Its a toss up between the Black Gloss and Twilight... at least for the moment. :)
  16. Oh man, The S=Yard BOLD wedges will be a great addition to your family!
  17. I love the Yururi Raw or the Kenmochi Black model, if you want extra spin. These are very fun to play around with! The do chew the ball up real bad so make sure to bring out extra golf balls for your rounds. ;) In the right conditions, these will back up even on shorter shots!
  18. Hi Guys., The Proshop listing has been updated. To clarify: The head's titanium construction, but the face is a separate piece made of layered Carbon Composite. Sorry for the misprint in the shop.
  19. Craft 611 is the only driver I'll consider (from Mizuno) to put it play. I love the compact and clean shape of the head. That combo with the Roddio s6 in Xstiff flex...it't a man's club for sure! When you're on it, its a deadly combination. I find Roddio shaft to be very smooth in feeling too. I can relate to Vegaman when he says not at "glassy or electric" as Crazy shaft.
  20. Exciting!... We're getting more and more requests for these wedges everyday! You guys are lucky (if you pre ordred) LOL Haven't seen a wedge get this much attention in a looong time! But this one is definitely a wedge to be excited about!!
  21. LOL. wow. I guess looks aren't everything.... If it performed, it would have been my favorite Yamaha driver for the appearance!
  22. Interesting, nice lower flight for you huh? I wonder if anyone else had the same effect with the new Gloire? I understand that its tipped, but still lower than other shafts. What combos did you try it against?
  23. I hit a bunch of their clubs in Japan and was a pleasantly surprised. I was talking to them about some things I didn't like and was more excited to find that they can change it up with some custom touches. Excited about all the options they got to offer!
  24. I love this video. Very interesting to be able to see the small details that goes into putter modifications. Gold's Factory stuff are always great in quality. Even if it takes a few putters to find your match, you will always have that pretty one of a kind putter! (It may cost a pretty penny, but pretty clubs are always more important than extra money in the bank... LOL)
  25. I hit it at the Golf Fair and found it interesting. It is definitely more forgiving, (I got a higher trajectory off anywhere on the face). I didn't like the feel of the new face. Its kind of dead and I didn't get feedback to my hands at impact. I'd say it'll be good for someone who has trouble with obtaining higher trajectory. Good for forgiveness, not good for feel... Distance wise, I'd say its similar to the older model.
