I really like the sticky feel on the Iomics, but I still enjoy the standard Golf Pride grips. I think they're not too fancy and I can feel the clubhead the best with them.
  2. Just had to add.. New Srixon Z Star and Z Star XV are out! :)
  3. Oh. I love it! I'm interested to see if that changed the feel of the club at all. Ofcourse looking good = feeling good... :)
  4. The golf ball is a big part of "feel" and most premium golf balls are great in their own way. I think its good to find one premium ball you like and stick with it, as they each have their unique feel to them. Getting used to the feel and performance so you know what to expect on the course is the hard part. (-coming from a guy who likes to experiment with clubs and balls. LOL)

Omg! Nice pics... So many wedges I don't know what to choose. I need to think about this deeply.
  6. Oh, boy all the wood from back in time. Makes me want to look the other way in the fairway woods time line to decide on what to play next. :)
  7. Man, that Srixon looks good!
  8. It's getting to the exciting time of year! Everyone's coming out with their "latest and greatest"! Lots of new designs and rebirth of older lines.
  9. George Spirits clubs are very pretty. I'm sure some people would buy some based on just appearance. To sit in an office and look pretty. lol
  10. Lol. Wow, now that's a true golfer!
  11. Royal Collection always pops into my head when I think of fairway woods. Yamaha's always been amazing, with a great pop to the face. jBeam is another one that's up there in my list.
  12. After researching more on the new ONOFF irons, I'm getting more excited for them. They seem like something I could have in the bag for 2013! More emphasis on control and penetrating flight, with same great feel... Hmmm. decisions decisions.. :)

Nice set up.. Love those Romaro irons!!! Also, the Scotty... Love Scotty Camerons, they're just so pretty to look at!

Yururi's have that pure look to each club they make. The feel is very consistent and easy to get used to. The performance is great, easy to control distance with and work the irons. The spin = incredible.

Tourstage, Mizuno and Epon has a few leftys out. I know there's a few others out there, but wish there were more to serve the left handed community with.
  16. I'm not sure about playing with something like that, too much to look at. But I'm always curious to try it out. If it somehow helps my game I'm in!
  17. Epon balls are attracted to fairways! LOL... No word of a forged Rocketballz, but the Gloire Forged is sure to be a popular item.
  18. Titleist makes great balls for overall performance, but been experimenting with more Srixon and Tourstage lately. When I play a serious competition, I usually go back to Titleist. But Epon golf balls!? Haven't played them yet, but may be a top contender.
  19. And keep in mind JDM brands are known to be very precise in specs. Some drivers just have a number slapped on them and is not the true loft.
  20. Good choice. The AF-302 is a great set. It is very easy to work the ball with (feels like a blade), but you get that extra forgiveness of a cavity back. I'd say if you are looking to keep on improving your game, the 302 is the way to go.
  21. Its a great, very forgiving driver. It does produce a higher launch, but is a strong high launch with no excessive backspin. It'll be a good choice especially if you are looking to maximize your carry distance. Solid "crunchy" feel.
  22. Hi Everyone, New items keep rolling in. Here's the latest. Stay tuned for more... The Epon golf balls and the new Taylormade Gloire line has been getting alot of buzz! Having the proper shaft is a very important part to driver performance. Crazy Longest Yard may be one to look into, for distance gain and straighter to slightly drawing flight. Ofcourse, we have many more options too! :)
  24. I hit alot of balls with the Pro Forged a few days ago and they felt absolutely amazing. Very soft, I actually like the performance and feel of it better than the Epon Personals. It is a blade head, but I found it a bit hard to turn the ball, which isn't always a bad thing. I had a very tight ball dispersion with a strong mid trajectory.

I like the HD for the flatter trajectory it produces compared to the original. I like the deeper face design especially off the fairway, it seems to help me get a lower spin and more run.
