  1. I suppose that could be, but I routinely ship items all over the world and I can send a golf club from the US to about anywhere for less than $35 US. But if it really does cost that much overseas I suppose it could be true. At any rate the general premise of my post still stands.
  2. Selling an R11s Combo or separate. 9* head with headcover. RIP Phenom shaft in Tour X flex, 2.5 Torque, plays at 45" finished. NDMC grip on shaft in decent shape. I have played the best golf off the tee of my life with this setup, but I have been bitten by the JDM bug and she has been replaced with a Ryoma V Spec w/ Crazy 519 Proto. Head is in exquisite condition, minor marks and paint wear on ASP plate. $250 for the combo, or $160 for head and $110 for shaft. Thanks for looking!
  3. Great seller here, would love to have those. If it was April 8th instead of Oct 8th I'd move heaven and earth to get these puppies. It was 28f this morning...great price.

I have an Egg Utility 19* 40.5" bomber with original M-43 shaft. Hits high, long, soft shots from any lie. I have the 3 and 4 and there's only 2* difference in loft, and the 3i+ always ends up being the odd man out when it comes to club selection. It literally looks like a new club, face and all. Very minor brush marks if you really examine the sole. These are $375 plus shipping in the pro shop, I am looking for $250 shipped CONUS. Will ship overseas at actual cost. Has Iomic grip and headcover. Awesome awesome club. Sold
  5. From all the research I've done it basically is a launch height and spin matter. The techno composite is going to be a higher launching max carry shaft whereas the other 2 are higher swing speed low launching control shafts. Interesting to see what Tario has to say. My gut feeling is that the Max WBQ is basically the replacement for the Proto as they seem to overlap heavily.
  6. Nice! I would love to play a non conforming driver but seems pointless to own one just for messing around as most rounds I play are league or for money.
  7. Of course... Just love reading his reviews.

I'm glad they send a diagram of the "target area". And to think all this time I've been aiming for the toe! :)
  9. Anxious to the see the reviews on this! And by next golf season Stew will have had one with 14 different shafts in it to tell us what works the best in the head to aid in buying decisions lol
  10. In what world does it cost $200 to ship a putter to Japan and back? No one wants to have problems with an uber expensive ridiculously priced custom putter. The fact of the matter, though, is that if you want it fixed, you gotta give it up, even if it is in the middle of the season. So either use the putter until the off season when you can send it off, or send it off and use a ping anser putter (which is the same thing without the customization) for the rest of the season. As a business owner and retailer, I think it is wrong to come and vent in a public forum unless you've been totally ignored or basically told to shove it by your dealer or manufacturer. It is obvious from this thread that the guys at TSG and GF are trying to help you, but you have to work with them. They can't ascertain or fix the problem unless they have the product in hand. If you bought a Maserati and had a warranty issue, would you send them a couple of pictures of a failed part or a sound clip of a rattle from a loose exhaust component and expect them to just snap their fingers and take of it? No...you'd have to take the car to a dealer. Same applies for really spendy exotic putters.
  11. My honest opinion is that if Epon hadn't told anyone there was alpha gel in the 502s...they'd be much more highly regarded. I actually was somewhat biased against them prior to hitting them just because of the gel, but I thought the feel was just fine. My beef with them was the offset...I am not a great golfer but for some reason I cannot handle much offset in irons at all. It really messes with my head for some reason. I was planning on getting a 502/302 combo set but found I consistently hit the 302 better in the longer irons and went that route. That is one reason why I really agree with the Miura mantra to "go with what looks right." The 502s are great irons...but it is gonna be tough to sell the purists...
  12. MoreCrazyBetterGolf 75g 8.2 flex anti left mid launching active tip shaft!
  13. Here you go moving along clubs without even hitting them again!!! 3 days ago I'd have bought it but sprung on a cheap V Spec. GLWS.
  14. Need a couple shafts for my egg utilities… They have the standard M – 43 in them which I find to be incredibly sloppy. I don't want to spend a fortune for these I just want something that's going to let me swing normal and be more controllable. Something that has a little bit of trajectory to it, I don't want really low launching shafts for these. PM me with what you have.

    Found thanks
  16. I'm in a highly seasonal rich/poor business and I'm til October 6 til the "rich" part starts again. Love to have this unit it's set up almost perfect but can't bite for a bit. :(
  17. Here is a set of Cobra SS Forged irons with X100 shafts...they have the unique skid sole grind on them that makes them awesome to play off about any lie. Just a great forgiving, easy to play iron set for those crappy cold days or early season when you're not swinging the best. Most in pretty good shape with minor groove wear and considerable browning on the 8 and PW, considerable bag chatter on all but does not affect performance of course...could use a regrip. Been sitting on them a while just like to unload them cheap. You chance to own an American classic...$125 shipped CONUS.

  19. Which egg? The key of course is either adding head weight or adjusting your swing to let the club do the work.
  20. My egg spoon is the single best club I've ever bought. Ever. Can't recommend it enough. I'm an aggressive Swinger as well and I try to take a little off and let the egg do the work.
  21. You've got a sickness...and I love it
  22. Forgiveness and distance are dependent on the user. This club is geared to an entirely different audience than the Ryoma. And I think they're on to something.
  23. There is a severe shortage of player reviews on the 7. Love to hear more.
  24. This will sound weird and not near cool enough for this market, but I came from c tapers and x 100s and Nippon 1150 etc. Tried myriads of shafts including Aerotech and all the other trendy obscure boutique brands and of all sad things, the TT GS95 is an absolute gem. All my life I've been told I need heavy stiff shafts etc. I don't notice much height difference in my shots but my ball striking and the feel improved instantly. If Nippon or some other Asian brand came out with this shaft it'd be the rage except for the hard ass "I need heavy super stiff shaft crowd. "
