What's irons are actually made in Japan now?
Yes you can get the EPONs with custom specs. MB is very different than CB in terms of feel. Yonex is not somthing i would suggest spending big money on.

Iomic Grips?
I would use a non abrasive thinner, I think white thinner or somthing weak. They have been known to tear if there isnt enough care in the installation. very sweet grips though.

Forged J-spec Iron recommendations...
Epon Type X or PRO II should do you good. How much offset do you like, what sort of topline makes you feel comfortable?

What's irons are actually made in Japan now?
Tourstage is made by Endo Miura is made in Japan & Taiwan Mizuno forged products are made in Japan Srixon is made in Japan Honma Beres is made in Japan Several more also. I think Endo has the best forged product in the world, and I am a hardcore JDM fan.

Help choosing a Japan-spec driver...
Its available in both, but the non conforming versions face gets scratches easier than the conforming. I only ship out conforming unless the customer requests the HR model.

EPON 460 any reviews?
Thats great to hear, Plus1 has tried so many of the new import, tour and domestic clubs i really think he has a good concept on feel, performance, and adjustments. Im glad you liked the driver, its expensive but well worth it. If you can find a shaft that suites you then your golden.

New irons suggestion
The MP-32s are great clubs. i loved them in the mid to short irons yet not so much in the long irons. Remeber this guys, Handicap measures how low of a score you shoot not how good of a ball striker you are. KZG used to use kyoei and they felt great, they then switched it up and are using a chinese company now and still feels decent. What i have learned over the years is that some people can feel or hear the difference while others cant. Price is IMO the biggest factor for the majority of golfers, people who can afford it really dont understand that. I just spoke to the post man today, he said he wanted to purchase the best quality irons in the world but could spend no more than 400 bucks, I then had a flashback to when i needed to save up for a month to buy the then new Callaway X-12 irons. Its not easy laying down the $$$ if ya really cant afford it. If ya can then its a whole different story.

FT-3 with PT-6?
One of the best shafts on the market. No joke, its the diamana killer. In Japan its #1 The entire PT series rocks! Thanks, Chris
-
New irons suggestion
Type J or the Type J, I also suggest the Type J :tsg_smiley_yes: Here is my reason: 1. Head weights are a tad heavier 2. Its ENDO's best forging 3. tolorence is .25 where other brands is +/- 1 degree 4. Quality control is at a tour issue level 5. Shaft options are vast 6. they perform

which speeder is AXIV 6568?
none, speeder is old tech compared to an axiv, i would say about 10 years old adapted from fishing rod weave tech. read the thread on why axiv shafts are so good. also keep in mind the speeder and axiv feel, play, and perform different.

Mizuno JPX 310 Ti face irons...
Hit them on a grass range in japan. They are not as good as i was expecting, distance control was off and it had too much offset for me.

I have wondered the same exact thing, I am not willing to try it myself but I think the PRO I is under there.
