  1. He would have my wedges in his bag...  :circl: Two brand new FE 99.9% V.2 maru's sent over to Joe Kwoks for a double dip in copper and brushed satin, what makes these hard to refinish is the fact they have the hologram diamond Tourstage logo which needed to be carefully removed before the new skin was applied. Original specs on the Maru's with X100's was a light C6 Im rocking D6 now... with Tour Concept R3's
  2. Pm's are good :smile2: They run 1250.00 3-PW shipped, takes 4-6 weeks you have your choice of satin, chrome, flat black or shinny black check out this link for stamping examples: http://www.mizunonetorder.com/cluborder/st...lub_kokuin.html You can also get the Japan only MP27's or make a 3 -tier or 2- tier combo. all shafts except Rifle PX and TC shafts are available. you can select the loft, lie, swing weight, and grip's You can also select the color paintfill you would like if its not to exotic. If you have anymore questions please feel free to drop me a pm or continue in this thread. Here are some pics of what IMO are the best looking setups enjoy: there is also the custom grind version for 1500, you can adjust everything custom almost.
  3. 400 easy! Im guessing its the black XM360 with maru script on the sole and cavity? Brand new they go for retail 800.00, when i bought mine almost 1 1/2 ago it was 860.00. hope that helps some.
  4. You guys remember how they got the name ELDIK? Its not El, d**k It was made because the putter looks like an elephants.....
  5. The V.2 is the exact same thing as the version before it except made of FE 99.9%
  6. I don't know what I'm getting, cant say till after the fair. too much stuff, I'm pretty sure it will be Gauge Japan or Crews Bettinardi, The Bye Bye putter is now in TS girls bag, I'm playing a backup retail Eldik...lol  I know, I know, last week I said I was all anser but now I'm playing a Neo mallet, who knows what direction my bag will turn.
  7. " The Balde " thats right im not spelling it wrong. :-D I swear I will find out why it was named this at the Tokyo Golf Fair! Anyway, Forged CNC milled, the flagship anser for 2005.
  8. Release date is in March, they will be affordable at 299.00, look out white hot!
  9. JohnnyTn, Joe put my Maru's to a perfect D5 & D6 with a Satin refinish, TC R flex shafts custom paint job...the works, the difference is night and day, how can Maru hit them feathers, the grind on these wedges are just to good to be wasted with such a light Swing Weight and stiff/short shaft.
  10. Hey if the scratch's are made in Japan they are good, but I need to first know what Maru are you talking about. The maru I suggest is the v.2 just for the fact that it is 99.9% FE, ask any club maker who has worked on these they extremely soft, softer than 1018 and if they don't say its the softest thats BS, because these will bend and needs to be adjusted every 3 months if your a range rat and every 6 if your a grass dude. Scratch is good, the made in japan stuff rocks, 1018 is softest metal i have hit besides the maru's these too you will have to adjust if your a range rat but just not as often, its custom, takes a little while but they are no where as hard to get as the Maru's.. Are you buying them new or used and also what version of Maru? If I had some scratch wedges to compare them to, you guys would have all the pics in the world. You talking about two very different price ranges here also, the scratches new are very affordable while the Maru's are very expensive and on top of that spec'd out to fit you cause they are made for Maru and his taste is very individual it will cost you big bucks. X-wedge is all you need every option under the sun, even FE 99.9% there are models 01, 02, 02mid, 03 & 04, its the affordable Maru with good resale value.
  11. Yes, he is using his maru bag with bridgestone writing on it, his hat is bridgestone but all of what really matters is still Tourstage and Import Japanese equipment. MR-23 blades NS pro M266V X, X-Drive w/M65 maru wedge paradiso black shoes, paradiso or epicure pants and a toned down shirt. Paradiso sales will dive but Bridgestone could really use his personality in their roster. Shame on him for his new lack of style :wah:
  12. The JPX irons can ship today if your interested. They are hot sellers in Japan the E301 reminds me of a more player TS202 while the TS ViQ forged Irons remind me of the cross between the Mizuno MP30 and Tourstage X-CB. My guess is that the E301 feels more pure and the ViQ is softer, I have not hit either of these Irons yet so I wont be able to give you an accurate review till late Feb. kpcw, thanks for always sending them my way
  13. Your Custom GD Japan putter will ship this week GF1, They specifically made the retail line soft because they want to go up against Odyssey this year on the JPGA, Also they have a theory where golfers that play slower greens more often request a softer face. You will see the flat CNC milled faces on the limited issue putters, they will be SS303, 304 & GSS, none forged. IMO flat face is so much better for extremely fast greens that are firm. Its all about how sensitive you want your putter to feel, the deeper the milling the more the contact feel is muted and that is what many call " Soft like Butter" Soft or Crisp Click we got you covered GF1.
  14. Compact Soft Forged CNC mallet called the Gauge Japan " MEGA" I call it the retail " Jigga "
  15. I call it the retail " Jigga" It is CNC'd out of soft forged carbon steel, the face insert is Aluminum w/ a new milling mark to make it feel even softer.
  16. 2.5.2005 33-year-old professional Will Yanagisawa ( former team mate of Tiger Woods at Stanford University) of Long Beach, CA Wins the Hawaii Pearl Open! Stanford Univesity c/o 1995 All-American Member of 1994 National Championship team Canadian Tour 1996-1998 APGA Davidoff Tour 1999, 2001 Japan Tour 2000-2001 Can you guys guess who does his club work? Driver: Fusion F2 FW's: Steel Head plus w/757 ( Kwok'd) UT: TM Rescue w/TRTI46 (Kwok'd) Irons: Callaway X-14 pro series w/6.3 Flighted rifle (Kwok'd) Wedges: Cleveland Tour 53* & 60* w/S200 (Kwok'd) Putter: Modified 2-ball custom by no other than Mr. Joe Kwok  This guy only missed 8-9 greens in 3 rounds. An amazing 9 under on par 5's alone for 3 rounds Congrats to Will and Joe !
  17. Only the pro spec models are legal. The 325 is more advanced than the 300. The shape and feel is just more refined. If you like small drivers the 325 is for sure a winner. Also try the new Tourstage X-Drive 340.
  18. This is the new retail line that is now forged/CNC milled, the retail price in Japan is only 299.00. There are 11 total new putters, Here is a preview of the Giga.
  19. I don't think you understand, I'm not talking about TM selling to shops, I'm talking about full blown non authorized product coming out of the factory in China. There was no R7 TP discount sale last August was there? R7 HT? Tour V-Steel's? This is totally different, when your stock comes in does it come from Australia or China? My guess is from TM in the U.S. Most often it ships to another country before they ship it to the U.S and most often its Country's with very loose custom laws. Do not think this is only TM, Nike golf apparel seems to fall of the truck very often, Scotty fakes are huge, Titleist Tour 970's etc.. Selling over the internet to non contract buyers has opened a whole new door to importing China price goods. TM does dump bulk heads to good accounts, but usually at the end of the products life span. a Good Example was the R7's released March 10th last year in scattered amounts to used golf shops in Japan when the release was supposed to be late April in Japan and June/July in the U.S. This was reported as a warning in the used golf shop monthly publication for the store owners.
  20. Any Maru v.2 2004?'s by any chance in this bunch?
  21. Right when I open my mouth' date=',.....lol[/b'] They ruined Maru :wah: Why the gay Bridgy hat when Paradiso is so much cooler! Do you think this could be the start of Maru turning to Bridgestone? Do you think his clubs will ever switch over? MR-23's in the U.S? I think its a great Idea for Bridgy to do this, they already got a huge chunk of Japan now time to use what they already have and go for the U.S.
  22. X-01 or X-01s. Maru is Paradiso/Tourstage same company but totally different equipment. Right when I open my mouth,,.....lol They ruined Maru :wah: Why the gay Bridgy hat when Paradiso is so much cooler! Do you think this could be the start of Maru turning to Bridgestone?
