  1. Let me confirm this with KW.
  2. Its only 30 min by express to Shinjuku from yokohama.
  3. Both have the Valve conforming and non.
  4. Introducing the new 2016 VG3's by Titleist. Only offered in Japan the VG3 series is geared toward the mid to low handicap player the forged version as seen in these photos features very little offset yet with a rounded somewhat thick topline it's forged head has a progressive cavity with short irons having no undercut while the mid to long irons have a deeper CNC milled undercut for extra added forgiveness. The soles of the mid to long irons also feature embedded tungsten weighting spread optimally across the entire sole area making these very forgiving and lowering the trajectory which blends well with it's stronger lofts somewhat the same combo used in the Titleist T-MB 716 irons, but these are not stainless steel or hollow like the T-MB they are soft forged 1 piece heads, just the way we like um. Above - PW Above - PW Face Above - PW shows minimal offset while the top line isn't all that thick with nice rounded edges. Above - better image of the lack of an undercut, you don't need an undercut with the short irons and you want something with a more mid trajectory designed around accuracy and manipulating approach shots. Above - PW sole isn't wide, more medium size Above - nice shot of the undercut cavity depth Above - notice the CNC milling marks within the cavity. Above - Beautiful face shape on the #7 iron Above - the #7 has a thicker top line than the PW yet not chunky, the rounded edges make the shape very attractive and hides extra size well. The heel to toe length is not long it's on the shorter side. Above - #7 sole is perfect for the mid handicapper Above - #5 Above - #5 has a more shallow face height for a lower CG making the long irons very easy to hit Above - very nice amount of offset for a long iron Above - I'm happy they didn't make a wide sole long iron
  5. The deals in the B/S/T are much better than any used shops in Japan.
  6. Just realized I posted this from my wife's account because I was using her computer!....lol
  7. I will do a better job making it clear. How to tell a conforming vs non conforming head - conforming heads have no half lofts stamped while non conforming do. You can order any real loft on either it's just the .5 designates it is non conforming. Black sole finish is only available in conforming. Silver & Gold is non conforming Conforming heads do not have the spring inside of it. There is air pressure injected into these heads, air doesn't release if you change shafts. Under HS39m/s 50kps air HS40 to 42m/s 60kpa air Over HS43m/s 80kpa air Left handed is available.
  8. yes give or take a couple weeks.
  9. Yes may is the official announcment and june is the release and what you see in these photos are not final.
  10. Shaft is next, ZY-11 already spins very low - the most spin redcuing can be found by 7D but also the AAA does a pretty good job as well.
  11. These come standard as non conforming, the spring is removed if you order conforming. The head still has air pressure pumped into it based on swing speed. Also rule of thumb is if you swing over 100mph go with conforming.
  12. I have not hit these yet but higher launching, somewhat forgiving is what should be expected. the shallow face & Ti construction are the two giveaways that lead me to think this.
  13. oh yes and I want the new ford raptor as well, I had a fully modded raptor in the past and of every car ive had it made me the most happy.
  14. I like the car a lot especially the power but everything is not nearly as intuitive as Mercs are, In the past I also had an ML and Caynne and I think overall Mercedes just feel smoother, the gadgets and placements seem to make more sense. For BMW custom coding is required to make it play like a merc but I dont have time for that. Im eyeing the new E63 Estate wagon once it releases, I like SUVs a lot though. Im not going to be living in the states for a while so my car is sitting and Im blessed not to have to think about a new one as I have a very bad habit of taking a hit due to switching to frequently.
  15. Miura Craftsman World CB-1008 Custom Irons - Another heavily customized set from the Miura Giken Factory in Japan, this set features a Copper - Nickel - Chromium Mirror finish this is the softest feeling chrome mirror finish available anywhere, the sole has the custom grind dent sole option and the heads have been ordered extra heavy. Finally we have requested as little offset possible on this head design making it look like a butter knife at address.
  16. Introducing the new Crazy CRZ Full Titanium Fairway Wood, this is the first full Ti fairway wood from CRAZY first revealed at the 2016 Japan Golf Fair at Tokyo Big Site last month. The new CRZ Ti-FW features a more shallow face profile and lower center of gravity to help the player get the ball up easier, the inner weighting produces low spin while the CG promotes a higher launch. The size head size is still somewhat compact for the better player, and the FW-Ti was just released this week in Japan available in a variety of lofts 15.5/18.5/21.5/24.5/27.5* from 3 wood to 11 wood that's right an 11 wood is available! Expect these in the TSG pro shop early next week.
  17. The FW's are very good and long not Ryoma long but pretty darn close. The Drivers on the other hand are not so hot, many of my friends in Japan try Roddio clubs and end up moving on in a short period of time except for the FW which they tend to hold on to longer. TSG doesn't sell these because we won't fix parts which Roddio requires, imo Roddio clubs are a pain due to hosel adapters preventing easy shaft changes, little screws & parts that get loose or fall off and there is no reason for them to have all these parts as they don't improve performance or fitting. Also the retail Roddio shafts are a bit meh because they are love or hate kinda thing. We do sell the shafts. TSG does a 45 day feedback email where we monitor customer satisfaction on various products, Roddio iron shafts do well but don't come close to OT or MCI's, the Roddio wood shafts are equals to TRPX which unfortunately don't last in the bag very long for many 60%ish satisfaction rating. Seven Dreamers has a 95% satisfaction rating! Basileus AAA is 90%! Fujikura EVO II is a very high 80+% as well! TRPX & other model Basileus shafts are only 60% after 45 days of ownership Crazy is a mixed bag, they have some models that are the 95% but others that are 65%.
  18. Just added today sir, welcome to TSG btw.
  19. TourSpecGolfer posted a post in a topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Right now A-Grind has a total of 3 drivers in their line up, the Classic 350, 440cc, and now the new Y-PROTO A-Grind Classic 350 - This driver is very small, it has a low trajectory and muted feel at impact. It's geared to the absolute golf purest who still loves the smaller shaped heads and those low shooting less forgiving drivers of past, TSG suggest it for the low handicap purest golfer. A-Grind 440 - This one is for most people from mid/high handicaps to even low handicap players it's 440cc with a deep face and low center of gravity combined with low spin, it's forged face feels very soft and the club features a mid/high trajectory. It's available in a light weight or heavy weight spec in 9.5 and 10.5 lofts. And now on to the new Y-PROTO... A-Grind Y-PROTO Driver - This new A-Grind driver is an interesting one it's 410cc's with a shallow face design and standard open face angle. It was designed with the input from JPGA player Yasuharu Konno who has 7 JPGA victories. The concept of this driver is easy to hit yet easy to shape shots, it's shallow face and optimal forward and mid CG location combined with strong lofts 9*/10* produce a piercing mid/high trajectory. While being 410cc's it has bigger footprint when looking down at it from address due to the flattening of the head to create a more shallow face it gives the appearance of forgiveness for more confidence to the player. The 9* comes standard with a 1* open face angle while the 10* features a 1.5* open face angle, head weight is 200g and with a 58.5* lie angle. TSG is offering these as heads only or you can get in touch with us via email [email protected] for a custom build with the best shafts & grips Japan has to offer.
  20. Very good prices, 130 per head.
  21. No badges or decals on any of these irons other than PP-9005 but sorry no that isnt an option nor is stamping changes.
  22. I would probobly do: #3/4 - DI #5/6/7- CB #8/9/PW - MB
  23. Make HD Expand Screen Crank up the Volume
  24. A-GRIND CMB Combo Irons - It's not often we see dedicated set of combo irons produced by a brand so kudo's to A-Grind for releasing the all new CMB series which is designed as a true combo set matching the the MB & CB in shape, size, and performance along with a dedicated driving iron to replace the your long irons for more forgiveness. Each of the 3 CMB products can be purchased ala carte as full sets irons ( non-combo ) but both A-Grind & TSG suggests #3/4 in the Driving Iron #5/6/7 in CB with #8/9/PW MB. Of course you can mix it up any way you want and I mean any way you can possibly think up given all the lofts they provide. Lofts, Lie, Head Weights, FP, all flow by design to make it a dedicated combo set. Forged of S25C in a brushed satin finish the MB iron is your traditional blade with a beautiful shape from all angles face, address, and back face. Again these are available as a full MB set 4-PW or in any make up you choose or a Combo set as we suggest. A-Grind calls this the HC or half cavity, we are going to call it the CMB Cavity Back Iron but it's a simple design that was made to flow effortlessly from the MB's short irons. Available in Combo make up as you desire or a full set of CB's consisting of 4-PW. The A-Grind CMB Driving Iron comes in many lofts #2/3/4/5/6! So in theory you can go from Driving Iron to MB or CB straight. MB at address, minimal offset, thin top line and great shape. Same goes for the CB but with a slightly thicker top line, sole, and just a smidge more offset. Into the Driving iron which isn't supposed to match perfectly but still flows well visually, it's designed all around making your long irons much easier to hit.
