  1. Baldo 568 Competizione What's special? - 420cc's - Newly developed DAT55G forged cup face that reduces spin by 800rpm on average - still forgiving & workable - TSG can handpick driver heads between 8.5 - 10.5*
  2. Dotonburi in Osaka is a pretty wild street. Osaka Castle in all it's glory This dog lives in between the Kyoei & Miura factories they are literally one good driver shot away from each other. Chankonabe - Sumo Wrestlers eat this in vast quantities every day Geisha walking down the streets of Kyoto
  3. Get these with MCI's or Mitsubishi OT shafts for sure! The standard lofts are fine, already strong.
  4. Added this to the proshop last week and have been getting a lot of inquiries about the new CRAZY-9 series shafts, probably due to the high price at over 1k. Crazy is touting these as the best shafts they have ever produced from a design and material perspective, currently there is no "full length" 90T carbon shaft on the market, this one takes it even further by reinforcing certain areas with both 46T & 40T carbons over the 90T. 2 versions, one is a light weight version in the 52-58g range the other in the 68-71g range and both are supposed to be incredibly stable for a straight flight. I've not hit these yet but they are shipping now.
  5. Even with a membership good courses are still 1 or 2 + hours each way from my shinjuku apt then after 9 holes I'm still at a 6+ hour day with travel time. I'm not just talking about playing golf, I need to test clubs. that's at least 30 clubs + camera time.
  6. A little smaller than the Kuro's yet just as forgiving and a little longer, they are not as gushy soft yet still bery soft almost feels like the ball dissapears on center struck shots.
  7. I don't have any specifics sir.
  8. Ive got my sample! waiting on a new 7D. You can order now anyone who wants a pre order email me [email protected]
  9. My solution is to play Zama, Atsugi and Tama Hills!

Yes MP-55's are awesome! It's so easy to suggest this iron and no one has said a negative word about them. Usually an undercut that size feels a touch clicky but with the MP-55 it's soft/springy it's a hard iron not to choose now days.
  11. I'm living in Japan right now, the business end has been great working on projects that will make you guys very very happy in years to come BUT.... My Golf situation is not the best here, consider this a rant... In the states I lived on a private course "dragon ridge" had a fast cart, club making room and photography room it was the perfect setup to test, build, and shoot clubs. I averaged 3 rounds a week just hop in the cart with 30+ clubs in 2 bags and get on the course to play as many holes as I wanted usually 4-9 holes at a time during empty hours. Plenty of Golf, Plenty of Testing. In Contrast Japan has been very different, no space to hold many clubs, golf takes all day from 7am to 6pm and it's a good 1-2 hours each way. Gotta play a full 18 by the rules with only 1 bag, can't play as a single easily, the lunch break between 9's, can't just walk on anymore, it simply takes too long and isn't as casual. They need to make Golf more fun and casual in Japan. Rant Over...

Mizzys are naturally soft irons and many know that feeling very well but when you start to adjust grinds and change the finish it changes in a good way not better or worse just different I think this is one of the best things about buying Yoro clubs, if you like Mizzy's soft feel but want to try a variant of it.
  13. I've been to Reflex, you don't want to go it's a super tiny shop with almost nothing in it. In about 5 minutes your scratching your head as to why you visited.
  14. 15. Yes thats Ben and yes thats his course in gotemba near mt. Fuji but he has accesss to so many others. All courses have a similar look and style to them, everything you saw there should look the same no matter where you are playing. great video by the way I wish I saw this when i first came to Japan.
  16. These are part of the Chiromikey collaboration this set was produced at the same time as the red2 prototypes, the only difference is these do not have the cut away in the mid to short irons and the blue paint. I produced 2 sets of these and 1 is available in the proshop soon.
  17. Japan has just finished their chocolate covered fries promotion here in Japan but they also have shrimp burger and half cooked egg in teriyaki burger and the newest release the quadruple big mac. They also have exclusive deserts. one strange tradition is that on Christmas the Japanese eat KFC....
  18. I suggest contacting ben from golf in Japan and paying him to arrange the entire experience and even play with you. make sure you have a full full days time as its a a very long day.
  19. Yes Japan has amazing Chinese food, better than Ive ever had in China.
  20. Sorry team, had little time to post this week as Im in Ichikawa, Himeji for 10 days working on new projects for 2017. I have a ton of stuff to post but will get to it when I return to Tokyo. Here is a bit of new and old modded by Master Sasaya. A classic putter modified by Gold's Factory the Hiro Matsumoto 100 Forged is a carbon head originally with a very light head weight. This putter was bought used by TSG from one of our forum members with our intention to bring it back to life by polishing the edges and removing scratches while applying a fresh new finish and most noticeable is the quad overlapping tungsten weights and slit line on the sole to increase it's head weight significantly and change its feel. This putter is finished in soft black with a polished sole and face and will be available in the TSG proshop in coming weeks, if interested in this one of a kind modification please email us directly at [email protected].
  21. No difference, it was just a run made with no sheep logo.
  22. It would be the MCI's and based on our client feedback nearly everyone who has moved from steelfibers to MCI has preferred them.
  23. Yes so it's a different type of screw but there is one there to hold in the spring.
  24. I'm sorry no info on that yet. They are not on a standard 2 year release schedule I've tried to predict it in the past with no luck. Because they offer so many lines it always varies.
