  1. I would probobly do: #3/4 - DI #5/6/7- CB #8/9/PW - MB
  2. Make HD Expand Screen Crank up the Volume
  3. A-GRIND CMB Combo Irons - It's not often we see dedicated set of combo irons produced by a brand so kudo's to A-Grind for releasing the all new CMB series which is designed as a true combo set matching the the MB & CB in shape, size, and performance along with a dedicated driving iron to replace the your long irons for more forgiveness. Each of the 3 CMB products can be purchased ala carte as full sets irons ( non-combo ) but both A-Grind & TSG suggests #3/4 in the Driving Iron #5/6/7 in CB with #8/9/PW MB. Of course you can mix it up any way you want and I mean any way you can possibly think up given all the lofts they provide. Lofts, Lie, Head Weights, FP, all flow by design to make it a dedicated combo set. Forged of S25C in a brushed satin finish the MB iron is your traditional blade with a beautiful shape from all angles face, address, and back face. Again these are available as a full MB set 4-PW or in any make up you choose or a Combo set as we suggest. A-Grind calls this the HC or half cavity, we are going to call it the CMB Cavity Back Iron but it's a simple design that was made to flow effortlessly from the MB's short irons. Available in Combo make up as you desire or a full set of CB's consisting of 4-PW. The A-Grind CMB Driving Iron comes in many lofts #2/3/4/5/6! So in theory you can go from Driving Iron to MB or CB straight. MB at address, minimal offset, thin top line and great shape. Same goes for the CB but with a slightly thicker top line, sole, and just a smidge more offset. Into the Driving iron which isn't supposed to match perfectly but still flows well visually, it's designed all around making your long irons much easier to hit.
  4. It's not a bummer for you Nob-san because TSG will take care. email me and I will make sure of it.
  5. I dont think so because these headcovers are not going to be produced in time for the 435 black is what i was told.
  6. I dont like the name either or the yellow but these flat out perform. The ladies color theme looks good as well trying to get my wife to switch from PRGR to Honma BeZeal.
  7. I have a strong feeling that if I went all BeZeal I would shoot lower scores than my current gamers
  8. I wrote my full review in the blog but this driver has left me very surprised, completely different from what I thought would happen, I usually require low spin, low launch, heavier clubs but something with this one has got me more open to going lighter, higher and not necessarily needing low spin. This is a high launch with what they call optimal spin, they thickened the face behind the sweet spot, and added a new material to the lightweight shaft its my favorite Honma driver to date. Feels and sounds really good and the shape which I'm told was based on tour preference looks great as well. Again full review in blog.
  9. Yes they are the standard covers for all the new clubs and they are stunning!

In no particular order: - Crazy Tour Wedge - Seven Wedge - Sky Dream Proto 115 - A-Grind - Buchi VS200 - Yururi Tataki - CGS Orion Type-S & Type G All of the above 100% handmade and forged in Japan.
  13. Yes I have many but waiting for Crazy to send me some data so I can get everything prepared for TSG.
  14. Head over to the blog to read the story. In a nutshell, - smaller - rounder edges - a little easier to hit - same trajectory
  15. Translucent pink is beautiful.
  16. Good prices - http://www.tourspecgolf.com/miura-cb-1008-iron-5-pw Custom options are by email quote only but it's not as expensive as Yoro. Reason why Miura Irons are reasonably priced is because its a fully pressed design with no CNC. These guys just know how to do a good shape.
  17. I think so. Let me see how many I have at the end of the week, Maybe it might not make sense but you know me man you can just email.
  18. Its not flat to me they already look rounded due to a slightly beveled edge, they dont offer a more rounded top line option. looks pretty thin already imo.
  19. Full Story in the Blog, photos and quick run down here. So these have been sitting on my desk for weeks, we also have another cool set to come sorry it took so long to post these. Miura Giken CB-1008 Custom Finish + Custom Grind + Heavy Heads + Reduced offset. - Copper Underlay + Nickel + Chromium Brushed Satin - The Sole Grind has trailing edge relief and leading edge relief - +2mm FP also known as less offset this here is the least amount possible offset that this iron can have - each head is + 4 grams heavy Enjoy fellas!
  20. yes leading edge is slightly sharp that is correct, no custom grinds these are already made and no more like this are coming.
  21. I would suggest going with a different shaft, drop me an email with some info about your swing. The Air is supposed to be played long it loses umph
  22. We are phasing out the crazy spin double milled SEVEN wedge with a final edition to start working on a new designed version which will not have the same spin but it will be conforming. This is the last of the mohicans if you want the most spin of any wedge in golf on both sides of the pond. Only produced 20 sets of 52/58 combos, here are some shots in custom finish:
  23. Add these to the top wedges at TSG. In no particular order: - Crazy Tour Wedge - Seven Wedge - Sky Dream Proto 115 - A-Grind - Buchi VS200 - Yururi Tataki - CGS Orion Type-S & Type G All of the above 100% handmade and forged in Japan. Here are pics and a quick run down on the Type-S vs G. currently CGS Orion Japan has two models of wedges the Type-G and Type-S. The S features a rounder leading edge for a more traditional look at address while the G is very straight edged for a look that helps you visualize a straighter setup toward the target line. This does not mean sharp leading edge it just refers to the shape of it. As you can see above it's got a slight curve. CGS Orion offers wedges in 3 finishes RAW, Satin, & Mirror the plated finished both have a copper underlay for a softer feel all three finishes are polished in Tsubame Sanjo. Another difference between the S vs G wedges are the trailing edge grind + heel & toe relief the S is meant to be opened up and have the face manipulated for higher flop shots or a more delicate touch around the greens where the G is ideal for players who want to see it straight to the target, have the club sit flat without tilting open and make contact for a straight shot most of the time.
  24. we have a may announcement with June release as confirmed just a week ago from J Beam.
  25. Closest thing I've felt to the Original Crazy FW80. Same designer Hashimoto-san it's roughly 70g! Very impressed hitting this in a Ryoma Head and it works extremely well off the tee box. Hashimoto-san was saying the original FW80 is very similar to this one, not sure if you guys noticed but the tip section in the orig. FW80 was on the softer side considering it was heavy and stiff in the butt section. The one thing they say about the original is that it promoted a draw so it was great for stronger amatuer players yet professional players required a special version of it that promoted a fade. This LOOP SIX shaft is basically a 70g version of the FW80 but it has less toe droop and promotes better contact and like the orig. FW80 it's designed for the stronger amatuer player.
