Yes very different feel when there is an NiCr finish between the ball and the club face. Then there is a wide range of satin or mirror finishes that feel different from each other, it all depends on the maker some go for soft feel others durability or a combo of both. Satin or Mirror alone to me seems more durable than copper + satin/mirror.

Many reasons in no particular order good & bad. hide pitted steel add weight to head due to a particular grind removing too much from the base head make it feel softer ( hardly noticeable ) make is seem special (marketing) thats the truth man, feel will come from sole design, overall design, loft, material and make up of nickel content in the finish far more than a copper underlay. It's cool though and depending on the look of the iron I would prefer it over not.

Circle T for a Gold's Factory
I have a few Gold's that folks have never seen. What CT do you have? If I got one from you I would just send the CT to golds anyway. Many people sent their CT's to golds factory. I don't consider it an up and up battle because Golds simply modifies putters, yes they have their blanks but really the glory of golds is the intense customizations they can do to your putter. I would take a custom golds the way I want it over a CT any day, but a CT custom made how I want it from Gold's would be awesome too!

No Idea, I don't consider copper underlay a big selling point as it can be done on any iron with a satin or mirror plated finish for next to nothing. It adds about 1-2g head weight also helps hide dings but on the negative it hides details or rounds edges slightly.

To me, all Zodia irons & wedges feel like rocks. I don't know what it is but we never ever had good feedback on them. Love the way they look and Chiba is the man but we have sold a ton of Zodia and people never stick with them.

Thats another thing I love about Japan, the best club makers all have these ratty beat up wooden tables, none of these stainless steel table pristine club making rooms.- blaSTS FROM THE paSTS....
- Easiest Driver To Hit?
Thats a lot of good info but the big variables are the shafts design & profile and the heads design & characteristics.- Easiest Driver To Hit?
I love it! 30yds is no joke and what I hear a lot is aggressive swingers with higher spin and sometimes negative attack angles get this type of mad distance with Blackout 435 or ZY-11. smoother swingers with a positive angle and naturally low spin don't do as well and should hit the Glorious.- Funny Warranty Claim

We get our share of doozies here's a fun one. Customer contacts me about Defective Yamaha's, he says the head cracked and paint chipped from hitting range balls off a mat. I'm like no problem I'll see what I can do please send me some photos so I can send them to Yamaha and tell me how they were damaged. I only used these clubs on the driving range with a mat, with regular range balls. My other domestic clubs (Taylormade, Adams, Bridgestone, Yonex) never had this issue. and here's the pics: ...- Copper Mirror/Satin Titleist Cold Forged Vokeys

- 7D Divot Tool & Coaster Pics
Seven Dreamers has released a new and (and expensive) Divot Tool & Coaster. Both available individually the divot tool retails at $80 while the coaster set (2pcs) is $175 or the other way to get them is to clunk down some major coin for their awesome L01 Limited Shaft and get both included as a set.- Grandsita's RS-F is VERY Good!
I hope so, I can only guess they would. This is a brand I hope does really well so Yoshida-san can continue to make clubs, his designs are unique made for the pro'ish enthusiast which is a segment many TSG'ers will love.- Copper Mirror/Satin Titleist Cold Forged Vokeys

Roddio's latest spoon is much harder to lift by far with it's deeper face I've hit it and it's on par with PRGR Egg Spoon in ease of getting up. - blaSTS FROM THE paSTS....
